- Lesley (7/5): Had a lovely stay as cottage comfortable however probably didn’t suit our needs due to location to facilitaties and lack - Lovely decor, comfortable beds and sofa, downstairs bedroom great for elderly parents Clean bedding and bathrooms but lots of dust/ cobwebs on skirting boards everywhere and on TV table. Quite far from beach and property gets no sun at any time to sit out.

- parkes (8/5): - Lovely cottage, spacious, close to many attractions and places of interest. Lovely, shared outdoor space and patio area. We would definately stay here again. Soft furnishings, mattress toppers, cushions, settee etc could use a deep clean. Mattress/pillow protectors would be a good idea. Spare pillows did not have cases but luckily we had packed extra. Limited amount of utensils in kitchen. Could do with a welcome folder with leaflets/site information-map etc. We have stayed at a different property at The Bay before and found this really useful. Plenty of messages from the management team before/during and after our stay but i did have to phone on arrival over a small matter with the key. I was made to feel as if i shouldn't have phoned and should have referred to the virtual handbook. Less business, more personal. We would definately stay here again and have only mentioned the issues above as they are easy fixes.

- Sue (5/5): Passable - Could have been cleaner. We never used the oven as this was really dirty, there was dust/food behind the sofa and under the TV unit, the property could have done with a deep clean. Only moved the furniture as our grandson's toys went underneath.

Nice decor, all rooms Comfortable beds Good location The property was clean through out, however There was one issue when we arrived . There were a lot of flies in the lounge kitchen area. We had to keep swotting the flies for duration of our visit.
