- Marie Ann (1/5): Did you lose your undies š¤š¤£š¤£ - It was ok location wise Under the bed was full of rubbish and items from previous people that stayed their including someone's underwear and when I have to pay $275 to stay somewhere for 1 night I expect some type of cleanness
- Mackenzie (7/5): -
- Errol (1/5): - Bed was hard ac was noisy. cases were dirty on spare pillows, and the shower head was held up with plumbers tape
- Markus (5/5): -
- Binjamien (10/5): -
- Ibrahim (10/5): -
- Peter (4/5): Never again. - Convenient location due to work Reception locked had to wait for someone to come out from the pub. All furnishings are very old and outdated. Towels were not changed, bins were not emptied each day. Thankfully I had ear plugs as it is a very noisy area.
- Michelle (2/5): Too much per night for unsatisfactory accommodation - Close to a supermarket & main road Broken fridge shelving, no towel rack, main door didn't seal when closed, air conditioning on wall was very noisy with broken fins, hole in wall behind door
- Jesse (6/5): -
- Belinda (4/5): -
- Claire (5/5): - Supermarket directly across the road Quite isolating for a solo traveller, with no communal areas other than the bar
- Suhr (10/5): - Value for money. Clean rooms. Friendly staff and environment. Midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane CBD To be honest I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This is at least the third time I have stayed here and won't be my last that's a fact.
- Marci (4/5): Will never stay here again - The bar staff were friendly Everything, the check in was a crappy experience, the room is extremely dated, no water pressure, very little hot water, mouldy bathroom, broken hairdryer.

- Wendy (1/5): Very dissatisfied with our overnight stay when we had had such a stressful horrible day. Made it just that much worse. - It was nice and close to the Logan City Hospital to visit my son and my other sonās brother and to be close by when he passed away yesterday afternoon on the 28/11/2025 The room had clearly not been cleaned properly, especially behind the beds and bedside tables. Ceiling in bathroom mouldy and shower tiles grubby. Room nothing like we had looked at on the website and very outdated. Bed uncomfortable and rolled away from the wall . Very disappointed for the money we paid for it. Way over priced and itās sad that at a time you just want to go back to a nice clean and relaxing place to put your feet up after a traumatic day at the hospital with your son who is about to pass away, you have no choice but to pay that sort of money for accommodation.
- Sue (8/5): Value for money - Good location Room smelled a little stale
- Ben (3/5): -

Receptionist was nicest part of the stay and itās close to the hospital. - Nothing the property is noisy with gaming until 4am and doors slamming from others staying. - Roland (10/5): Exceptional - Location, convenience of having shops, cafes etc
- Emmalene (5/5): Passable - The lift Towel rail missing or broken in the bathroom no normal shower or corner bath. The light from the aircon kept me awake and the revving cars at the servo couldnāt sleep
