• Denise (9/5): Superb - The rooms were very clean and well presented, and the location was spot on for us I marked it down for staff. The reason was only because we didn't see anyone as it was an apartment. So I couldn't give it a score. That was the only reason for the low score
• David (9/5): A very nice stay in a lovely, clean and well-equipped apartment in central Derby - Very clean, well equipped, centrally located, well decorated. Lovely towels and bedding too. Marcus messaged me several hours before my planned check-in time to confirm how to access the apartment, which was very easy. Leaving in the morning was really easy as well. The flat didn’t have a hairdryer - I saw someone else confirm as such in a review so I was able to bring my own, but it took up space in my luggage, so it would be great to not have to bring my own in future. Something that would improve the comfort of the bed - a nice thick mattress topper. A very minor point - the flat needs a scrubbing brush and a sponge for washing up dishes in the sink.
• Moulding (7/5): We had a great time and it was lovely and warm. - The location was great and no distance to the pubs and restaurants. It would have been useful to have information in the property but we enjoyed wondering about. The communication with the host was very good. A message via the booking.com app didn't come through and he contacted us to make sure we knew how to get in. Not his fault but it was fairly stressful getting the key. But this was a minor blip. It would have been nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom. One loo roll seemed a bit mean but it didn't affect our stay.
• Trudy (2/5): Left a day early ….Never again. - Close to the city center. The area, key collection wasnt nice. 2 bus stops outside . Noisy. No terrestrial tv…had to connect the WIFW to tv. Bed cheap. And so soft. Floors not been cleaned or swept. Requested additional towels to be told that they only supplied 1 towels per person even for up to 3 days…after complaining we did get more. No mirror or hairdryer to do hair. Can not stand in front of sink in bathroom to brush your teeth…..sink installed the wrong way. Toilet wasn’t clean neither was the shower. Parking nearby not secure. No curtains…only blind….was up at 06.00 with the light. Said it had and iron and ironing facilities..but it didn’t. Advertised that it had toiletries ….it dint. Rubbish left from other people that hadn’t been cleaned. More pic of the place but no room
• Peter (10/5): An absolute dream cannot fault it on every level - Everything, clean modern could not fault the facilities would definitely use again and will also recommend to any one I know travelling to the area 👍👍👍
