• Tarcisiorm (10/5): Nápoles é imperdível! - Localização no coração pulsante de Napoli, o anfitrião muito gentil, nos deu dicas de como nos virar na cidade! Nápoles é uma cidade imperdível, com muitas atrações e um povo muito amável! O aquecedor do chuveiro é pequeno, então é necessário esperar de 20 minutos a meia hora entre um banho e outro. Tendo essa informação, nos organizamos e foi tudo bem.

• giuseppe (8/5): - Posizione eccellente, vicina a san gregorio armeno e comoda per la stazione. La sera la zona è molto viva fino alla una di notte circa, dunque da valutare in base alle esigenze Insonorizzazione assente verso le altre stanze

Tralasciando lo sporco( ho trovato unghie tagliate sotto il letto), tralasciando la maleducazione di chi ci ha accolto (signora maleducata, prepotente, indisponente) , 2 cose sono state gravvissime. 1. Noi eravamo in 5 e abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare con bagno privato. Sulla prenotazione non era propriamente esplicitato che il bagno si trova nell’AREA ESTERNA IN COMUNE con le altre camere. Quando siamo arrivate lo abbiamo scoperto e sono rimasta sconcertata. Per andare al bagno sono dovuta uscire dalla camera, passare attraverso la cucina (anche questa sporca, sul soppalco visibile buste, attrezzi di operai, vernici, finestra che si chiudeva con un cucchiaio), questa zona in comune CON ALTRI OSPITI SCONOSCIUTI e poi forse andare in bagno (sporco pure quello ed inoltre mancavano i prodotti da bagno. So che è un b&b, ma dalla descrizione della prenotazione erano inclusi). 2. Cosa non grave DI PIÙ: appena appreso che il bagno era esterno abbiamo chiesto alla signora se le chiavi assegnatoci aprissero esclusivamente le nostre camera e il nostro bagno ( ovviamente per questioni di sicurezza). La signora ci ha assicurate di si, che gli altri ospiti avevano una serratura diversa. EBBENE stamane gli ospiti dell’altra stanza sono usciti prima di noi e ho voluto fare una prova : LE NOSTRE CHIAVI OLTRE AD APRIRE LE NOSTRE STANZE+ BAGNO HANNO APERTO ANCHE LA STANZA Degli altri OSPITI. Per quanto mi riguarda eravamo 5 ragazze, sarebbe potuto entrarci in stanza CHIUNQUE. E la signora HA MENTITO. sintomo di NEGLIGENZA. MAI PIÙ .

• Lucian (7/5): Good - Basically middle of pedestrian zone Spaccanapoli, în the historical centre Napoli, 6 minutes walk to Metro, close to public transport to every historical attraction. Host was helpful, let us keep luggage longer in the room after check out time allowing another morning walk on departure date. Good value for money if your not too fussy. Building is historical, old , which we knew from the beginning and the area is busy until midnight. We slept well with earplugs, sensitive sleepers should look for another location. Area is bustling with pedestrians, scooters although officially pedestrian zone. The whole old city has an old sewage system which you can smell at times.
• Doina (7/5): Per total ot was an ok stay for a few nights if you want to be in a busy fun area. - The property was ok, in a very good area with restaurants shops and transportation close to it. It can get noisy during the evening/night as it is in a busy area. The host asked us for 5€/night/person as city tax, even if on booking it was 4.5. Internet said 4.5€ is the tax for 5 star hotels.
• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - Good location Be aware - you only get a room not the whole apartment. Bathroom was not so clean. Host was a bit hard to communicate and not very pleasant.

• Nat (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent Location! Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
• Luka (8/5): Naples should be experienced. - The accommodation was in the center of the city. The rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy, the owner cleaned them every day and put new towels. The furniture is new and has a modern design. Considering the price, the accommodation is very good. Naples is a noisy and restless city, and the disadvantage of accommodation is that it is difficult to find the exact location that is not marked on Google maps. The owner speaks only Italian, but this was mentioned before the reservation.
• Veronika (9/5): Perfect for young people who wants to by in centrum of Napoli - We were traveling everyday to another positions so we were basically just sleeping there but it had everything what we needed. Perfect location It’s really loud outside at night.But that is not the apartment fault of course.

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Our room had Its own bathroom (I think that bathroom for other two rooms is outside of their room, in common area). Balcony is leading to very busy street, but I actually like it. You have feeling you really live in the heart of Napoli. Beds were very comfortable. There was coffee, Moka pot and gas stove in kitchen, but thats it. Landlady (she does not live there, but she takes care of the place) does not speak English, but you can communicate through messages and translator. If there is no problem during your stay, then you dont really need to communicate at all.
• Bram (3/5): Poor - Close to the city centre. Although promised, there was not a proper kitchen. It was hardly equipped. Staff was unfriendly and didn't provide clear information.No space to park the car in the neighbourhood. Very noisy building and neighbourhood.

• Robert (6/5): Good Value but with Flaws - I stayed in October. Great location, short walk to metro stations, and local famous pizza places. Good value for money. WiFi was good. Owner doesn't speak much English, had slight issues finding the location. The entrance is directly next to the bar Forcella Spritz on the left. You walk through the entrance way and keep right, then walk up 2 floors. The flat is the second one on the second floor. The apartment consists of 3 separate rooms with locks, each rented out to separate guests, sharing a kitchen area. I had a single room, and the bathroom and toilet must be accessed by walking through the common area. This wasn't made clear in the listing. There were lots of mosquitos in the room and I couldn't get much sleep. I kept the windows closed but there were still a lot in the room. I would highly recommend bringing some sort of mosquito repellent just in case. The room can get quite warm, with no fan or AC in the single bed room. Very noisy at night, close to a bar and busy side street, and curtains let light through. I would suggest bringing an eye mask and ear plugs if a light sleeper.

• Amine (6/5): Pleasant but not for long stays - - The apartment is clean, the room is spacious. - The host is very kind and tried his best to make our stay comfortable and reserved a taxi for us at 5am, his english is limited but he speaks french. - Excellent location: the apartment is very close to the old town and is 1.3km from the train station Napoli Centrale. - Old neapolitan building, the entrance has some christian statutes. - There were white and transparent curtains in the room when we arrived, so much light was coming from the street light in the night and from the sun in the morning, we didn't sleep well in the first two nights, we contacted the host and he helped us and made thick and dark curtains that worked well. - The room has a view on a busy street, so there is noise coming even at night. - The room can be hot during the day, I suggest to the host to add a fan
