Deze zeer brandschone accommodatie is comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht, met twee grote boxspringbedden – echt een luxe die je niet vaak ziet. De ruime tuin was een groot pluspunt; we hebben hier veel tijd doorgebracht en volop genoten van de barbecue. Achter het huis lopen kippen, wat het extra idyllisch maakt. Wat ons verblijf bijzonder maakte, waren de kleine cadeautjes van de eigenaren, zoals heerlijke lokale lekkernijen. Het zijn ontzettend vriendelijke en bescheiden mensen, die regelmatig even kwamen kijken of alles goed ging. Met behulp van een vertaalapp op hun telefoon was het contact heel prettig en persoonlijk. De locatie is ook een fijne uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes en wandelingen. We zijn vanaf hier naar Lefkimi gewandeld, hebben ’s avonds achter het huis veel vuurvliegjes gezien – echt magisch – en genoten van de uilen die je hier hoort. Daarnaast hebben we een mooie fietstocht gemaakt via een lokaal bedrijf. Dus zoek niet verder als je een relaxed schoon huis zoekt met vriendelijke eigenaren in een rustige omgeving. Niks

We were pleasantly surprised by the generous variety of drinks and fresh fruits prepared by the hosts. They also spoiled us with delicious homemade dishes. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming people, always available and ready to help at any moment. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa and would be delighted to spend another vacation here.
• michele (10/5): Villa Lefkimmi - Tutto perfetto Villa stupenda dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, i proprietari che abitano accanto alla struttura si sono dimostrati degli Host di una gentilezza unica, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un delizioso Pasticcio preparato da loro oltre ad altri prodotti. Struttura situata in un punto strategico per visitare il sud dell'isola. Ottima vicinanza a due centri commerciali di cui uno Lidl. Zero.. tutto perfetto
• Tamás (10/5): Perfect villa with amazing hosts - We spent 7 wonderful days at Villa Boltado, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa is quiet, spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers true luxury. The owners, Janis and Sofia, live right next door, which was only a positive thing – they are among the kindest people we have ever met. On our arrival, we were welcomed with a freshly prepared, delicious pastitsio, the fridge was fully stocked, and everything in the house was new, modern, and of excellent quality. The villa is a perfect choice for anyone who loves peace and tranquility. The garden is spacious, perfect for children to play safely, and there is plenty of parking space for several cars. Every need we had was fully met, and the many thoughtful gifts and warm hospitality made our holiday truly unforgettable. • marian (10/5): Recomandăm cu drag - Vom reveni cu drag... Am fost doua familii, 4 persoane, la jumătatea lunii iulie, o locație perfecta din toate punctele de vedere, in realitate arata mai bine ca fotografiile. De la intrarea in proprietate ( gard, poartă, lumini ambientale), aleea de acces betonată mai mult decât încăpătoare pentru a parca câteva mașini ( aspect important de multe ori in Grecia), spațiul verde generos foarte bine întreținut, curat, cu umbră și multe flori, câte o terasă pentru fiecare cameră (cea din față suficient de mare pentru câteva persoane, cu masă și scaune, unde poți petrece seara momente liniștite), încă o zonă cu umbrelă, masă si scaune pe lateralul casei, duș exterior si furtun unde poți înlătura nisipul de pe picioare, încălțăminte )...până la interiorul perfect cu două camere mobilate ( pat mare confortabil, lenjerie si prosoape de calitate, înlocuite la câteva zile, șifonier încăpător, baie utilată si funcțională perfect), living generos cu canapea, scaune, tv, aer condiționat, bucătărie mobilata si utilată cu absolut tot ce poți avea nevoie, produse de rezervă, frigider cu tot ce ai nevoie când ajungi după o călătorie lungă. Proprietatea este într-o zona foarte liniștită, oferă intimitate, acces ușor la infrastructura, aproape de feribot, aproape de magazin Lidl , câteva terase, peco etc Nu in ultimul rând, am lăsat intenționat la final proprietarii, o familie cu niște oameni extraordinari, genul care te fac sa revii cu drag in Grecia...disponibili la orice oră, locuind chiar lângă proprietate, din prima zi de când ajungi când îți prezintă proprietatea si explică modul de funcționare al facilităților, atenți la nevoi, doamna gătește dumnezeiește si nu ezită sa ofere din produsele pentru care te lingi pe degete...vă mulțumim pentru ce ne-ați oferit, continuați sa faceți ceea ce faceți și sa oferiți ceea ce oferiți prin faptul ca sunteți voi înșivă, naturali, autentici... Am mai fi avut nevoie de câteva zile😁
• Sonjovich (10/5): - Вперше за багато років я відчув себе, наче вдома. Такого прийому я не зустрічав за весь час своїх подорожей. Щиро дякую господарям за все. Комфорт та чистота були на найвищому рівні. До пляжу всього три хвилини на машині. Було тихо та спокійно, і я дійсно насолоджувався кожним днем перебування там. Сподіваюся, ми зможемо ще раз відвідати цю віллу.

The hosts are kind and welcoming people, they welcomed us with warmth and provided everything we needed, fron water to even something cooked by themselves. We will definitely be coming back, as we are very sorry for booking the villa only for one week.

• Ion (10/5): Fantastic accommodation!!! - We are spending holidays in Greece yearly since 2013 and this was by far the most extraordinary accommodation we had up to now! We spent here 17 days. The house and interior are still pretty new: a beautiful construction with an interior design showing good taste and high care of details. Kitchen, fridge, bathroom, bedrooms and cleaning wardrobe are way more then fully equipped. The owner's care for the customer's well being is spectacular! We even have been treated with home cooked food and garden products a few times during our stay - delicious!! Communication with owners is very good and with no delay (they live next door). House has outside 2 sitting areas, parking area and also enough space for kids to play, all this in an isolated yard, separated from access of strangers. House can accommodate 6 persons: has 2 large double beds in 2 separate bedrooms (each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower) and one extendable couch in the living room. House awaits customers shiny clean, with a lot of sweets, cofee and various cold drinks. Clean towels and sheets are provided  regularly. Everything is absolutely great!!! House is located in a very quite neighborhood, 3 min by car from Alykes beach, which is a lovely, small, sandy beach with sunbeds free of charge! Bouka beach is also a great beach 10 min away (by car)! Go for this accommodation with absolutely no second thoughts! -

• Samoil (10/5): Amazing - 8 days spent beautifully. we haven't experienced this kind of Greek hospitality since the eighties. the villa was equipped too well, the environment was peaceful, we felt comfortable as at home. only the most praiseworthy words for the hosts Janis and Sofia, they welcomed us with delicious homemade food and homemade products, Sofia was subtle and kind and always brought everything she cooked. we would come back again with pleasure at any time, I recommend it to everyone wholeheartedly. I wish all the best to their whole family, everything was amazing.
• Asya (10/5): Fantastic! - Everything was perfect. The house was clean, most of the things were brand new. It was quiet, cool, and some of the days we didn't even need to use the air conditioner. The fact you can park your car in the garden was very convenient. The owners changed the towels and bed sheets every few days. They made us feel special. And now a few words for the owners.. They had left dinner in the house when we arrived. They put homemade drinks and food in the garden discretely every now and then. Thank you for the wonderful vacation! We'll see you again next year! 💛
