The hosts, Jen & Scott, were incredibly helpful and kind; the location was perfect - peaceful, alpacas and chickens, what more could you want?! - and the Farmhouse itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for the perfect week away Nothing - we can't fault anything. Can't recommend it enough :)
- Rachel (10/5): Beautiful farm stay - This is a gorgeous farm stay in a beautiful, peaceful valley. The place feels totally new and is completely renovated with all modern fittings and appliances. It's full of little details that are a joy to discover (I won't spoil them!). It's the perfect spot from which to explore Lamington National Park or just stay in and enjoy the serenity.

- Debbie (9/5): We had such a nice relaxing weekend, we didn’t even watch tv or get on our phones. - It was nice to find breakfast condiments in the fridge. & the packet of Tim tams was nice. The place was cosy & we enjoyed sitting outside on the deck enjoying the view. The gardens were beautiful & I loved the bird life. It was nice they had all the items we needed, body wash, hand wash, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo & coditioner. Having a dishwasher was good too That we didn’t stay long enough

- Mardi (9/5): An idyllic farm stay - Everything was well equipped. The bonus breakfast including fresh eggs was lovely. Fresh herbs in the garden. The girls especially loved the chickens and alpacas. We needed a bit more time to really enjoy the fire pit etc.
- Joe (10/5): Great family catchup holiday - This was a family catch up with two of our adult children now living away. We just wanted family time, and this place was perfect. The alpacas roaming the property was an interesting site and feeding them a whole new experience, as they gently gnawed at the hay on your hand, made some interesting noises and jostled for the hay, they sometimes spat at each other, so lookout😃.
Jen and Steve were our hosts and Jen communicated well leading up to the trip and when we got there, Steve went out of his way to look after us and he invited us down to their farm to see a 4 week old alpaca and as luck would have it, another one was born that morning. Amazing to see, my daughter was so excited! They also have alpacas to take for walks at the farm only a few minutes drive away.
We toasted marshmallows on the fire, checked the chicken coop for eggs, and we played card games and Mario Kart challenge on the huge TV (brought our own Nintendo). The house was amazing. Great verandah to sit down and enjoy the mountain views. The kitchen was exceptional with everything you need. And as it is such a big property, there is plenty of privacy from the neighbours. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom and ensuite excellent.
We went for a beautiful lunch at Sarabah estate, only a few minutes away. We visited Lamington National Park for a small hike to see the beautiful Morans Falls. And even some shopping at Pacific Fair for a few hours, as it is not that far away.
Overall, a great family catch up holiday.
I would highly recommend this place.
Regards. Joe Nothing not to like.
