• Antonella rita (6/5): Posizione ottima! Ma pulizia lascia a desiderare. - La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima. Zona bellissima piena di locali e ristoranti, comodo il punto per raggiungere tutto. Metro a 4 minuti, Acropoli a 5 minuti. Plaka è la zona più serena, accogliente. Tutto molto bello. Host gentilissimo, ci ha consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante. Molto cordiale. L’appartamento è molto buio. È vecchio, appena entrate sembrava molto accogliente, ma una volta posato le valigie ci siamo accorte che il water era sporco, qualcuno aveva urinato e non aveva neanche tirato lo sciacquone. Nella veranda c’era ancora un posacenere pieno di cicche. C’è odore di muffa, perché ovviante entrando poca luce si accumula molta umidità. Vi consiglio di portare un phone perché in struttura ce n’è uno piccolino. Sotto il letto meglio non guardare. Insomma punto a sfavore, pulizia.

• Lamb (10/5): - It was close and handy for both the access to the acropolis and train station and food options. The host even reccomended a great dinner spot and met us even when we arrived late. Communication was excellent.

• MAOR SADEH (9/5): GREAT LOCATION - GREAT LOCATION CLEAN WELL ORGINIZED APARTMENT EASY TO GET IN SHOWER IS TOO SMALL THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE WATER THAT WENT OUT EVERYWHERE AFTER SHOWER. THE HEATING SYSTEM DIDNT WORK AND THERE WERE TOO SMALL A.C. IT TOOK TIME TO HEAT THE APARTMENT.IT WAS TOO COLD.THE BEDROOM IN ON THE FIRST FLOOR ON THE STREET IT WAS NOISY AT NIGHT.

• Veselin (9/5): - Excellent location, there is a nice terrace In the pictures the apartment looks much newer than it is. The furniture needs replacing, as do the towels, which are worn out
• Sylvia (7/5): - L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement idéal pour 2/ 3 personnes et le chauffage fonctionnaît très bien (mois de décembre) et la communication avec le propriétaire. Pas de possibilité de prendre un bain alors qu'il y a une baignoire car il n'y a pas le bouchon. La vétusté des meubles et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le sèche cheveux car il donne des coups d'électricité. Il faudrait aussi changer la table basse qui est vraiment abîmée.

• kabani (1/5): Unsafe – apartment break-in - This property was close to Athens proper. Our apartment was broken into while we were out to dinner. The place was ransacked, and a pair of AirPods was stolen. There were no signs of forced entry suggesting someone had a key. The owner discouraged us from calling the police. We filed a complaint withbooking.com– would not recommend staying here for safety reasons.

• Schnyder Pascal (6/5): A compromise between location & comfort - Good sized studio - which is perfectly situated in a cool district near to many bars & restaurants. The self-check-in process was super efficient. The apartment needs an important makeover, as most facilities are in a very sad & shabby condition.

• Juliane (10/5): Athen nur noch in dieser Wohnung!!! - Ein so tolles Appartement! Noch viel schöner als gedacht. Perfekt für einen super-Aufenthalt in Athen. Sehr sauber, einfach eingerichtet, aber alles da, was man braucht. Christos war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, check- in per Schlüsselbox hat dank bester Kommunikation top geklappt. Und die Lage ist unschlagbar, zentral und trotzdem ganz ruhig. -

• LEAH (10/5): I would stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants to be close to it all. - This property is very convenient to everything. Nothing really. There were no wash cloths, but this could be a cultural difference. Wish there might have been a pan to reheat left overs or a microwave.

• Işik, (10/5): Comfortable stay in Athens - We had a great stay in Athens! The location was excellent. Most of the main tourist attractions were within walking distance which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The place was clean and had everything we needed, like an iron, extra toilet paper, spare bedsheets and blanket. Christos was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat. He also kindly tried to arrange a late checkout for us, though we had to leave early in the end. Overall, it was a very good experience and we’d definitely recommend this place to others visiting Athens!

• Mona (10/5): Great location, comfortable and spacious studio. - The location is great. In a central neighbourhood but not too crowded. The host is so kind and lovely and even recommended us good places to eat. The studio was spacious and comfortable. The bath tub could be a bit cleaner.

It’s a nice studio with the terrace on the ground floor, but it was not clean and I did inform the host. The host offered a cleaning lady to come clean again. The kitchen utensils were all dirty, you could see how someone licked yoghurts from the spoon and out it in the shelf. Plates were with dry fat spots. The table was not cleaned, the coffee machine was all in dust with fingerprints and coffee leftovers in filter. Fridge and all mirror, glass surfaces were in fingerprints. I had the impression the at they did the essentials only - changed the bed sheets and cleaned the toilet. Not clean

The host is fantastic, very kind and even recommended us a wonderful local place to eat at night. The flat is in general very nice with good air conditioning. Not a noisy area. We've found a large mould in bathroom bathtub / shower. Moreover, there is not exactly two rooms, but one large area instead where one sleeping area is separated from the other only visually - that is to say, we lacked a bit privacy in our 3 person + one kid group. I imagined this had 2 separated rooms when I booked.

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable, especially the bed. Our host was exceptional, organizing taxis for us and being extremely responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great communication with the host and clear instructions on where to find the keys to the apartment. I was able to check in a few hours earlier as the apartment was available and that was great after a long flight. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Athens.

We had a great time there because it is cosy, very clean and modern. It has very good wifi signal, flat television and even washing machine for your clothes. The host is always available if you need any help. We highly recommend it for a visit to Athens!
