• Craig (10/5): Every room was nicely decorated and family friendly. Waking up early to read a book off the balcony with a cup of coffee - Attention to needs the guests might have (games, blankets, coffee machine, books). N/A
• Abigail (9/5): A brilliant trip. Accommodation really spacious and perfect for 2 families. - Really welcoming vibe. Loads of cutlery / crockery and everything you could need in the kitchen. Great space for relaxing and cooking in. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely views of the golfcourse, spacious bathrooms, very clean, warm and cosy - a great stay! We had a wonderful stay. If nit picking, was a bit annoying to have to strip all beds. Always tricky when getting out in time for 10am with 4 small kids as it is. And recommend getting mattess / pillow protectors. Everything currently seems new and very clean so to protect it to stay that way
• Lydia (10/5): A stunning family property in a lovely wooded area. Perks if the kids want to go to the driving range while the adults g - We loved so much about The Castleman! It was spotless, spacious, perfectly decorated and with every amenity you need for the perfect weekend. We especially enjoyed being on the first floor and being surrounded by an explosion of autumn colours (an October visit). Perfect communication from the hosts, easy self check in and the ideal family location. Not much I can say! You’d even put in tea towels and sponges and gorgeous linens and towels on every bed!!

• gary (9/5): Great apartment loads of room, everything you need and helpful staff - Lovely and clean ideal for a large family Radiator in one bedroom not working spoke to staff who was very apologetic and unaware of the issue, used electric oil filled heaters that were in the property all ok

Lovely, spacious, clean, light, attractive comfortable and well organised apartment in a quiet rural setting. Excellent for cooking and dining. Plenty of dishes etc. large and comfortable seating & TV. Every bedroom en-suite. Great restaurant and bar onsite together with driving range & golf course. P.arking on site. Private terrace and balcony - so lovely to have that outside space. Shoe racks at entrances, large lounge with dining table. Games area. Every space utilised creatively. Great child beds. Lovely bed in a child friendly den with beanbags, books and toys in an alcove off a bedroom. Excellent communications with host, before and after. Downloadable user guide. 7th adult bed was in an alcove off a double room, so only really suitable for a child of the couple in that room ( and would be excellent for that). 2x Z-beds only really suitable for children.

• Barbara (9/5): Property suited family needs when visiting family nearby - Very suitable for family needs worked well sleeping arrangements for adults and children . They enjoyed location on the golf course with the pub and driving range . Kitchen facilities were good My husband had a bad fall at 10:30pm leaving the property to get to the golf club carpark when visiting my sons . The outside lighting was non existent it was pitch black , he fell on the kerb surrounding the carpark which was not visible once the clubhouse shut suggest this information could be included in the property information

• Abigail (9/5): Immaculate 1st floor apartment, accesible up elegant spiral staircase. - Self check-in was straightforward. The property is immaculate - recently refurbished, in very good condition. The one important thing to note is that the whole property is on the first floor accessed by a spiral staircase so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The kitchen facilities are very good with a dishwasher, induction stove and oven. Dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs and coffee pods were provided. The mattress in the family bedroom was too soft for my liking but that is obviously subjective! The kids liked the bed that looks a bit like a ships cabin and the mattress was long enough for my 5ft 4 - 14 year old. There is aircon in 2 of the bedrooms and fans in the 3rd. All rooms have an ensuite with showers - there is a bath and bidet in the middle bathroom. My only gripe was the accessibility issue - otherwise, the property was lovely.

• Joanne (10/5): An awesome apartment. Highly recommend. - The property was perfect for myself and four friends; for our ‘girlie’ weekend. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor balcony was very much welcomed and used. The location of the apartment on the golf course gave a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of life. We walked (8 mile round trip) to Moors Valley via the Castleman Trail. There is a restaurant on the golf club site and Sainsburys is a 5 minute drive away. My husband came and played 18 holes at the ‘guest rate’ which he really appreciated. The sofa area & dining table was large enough to accomodate us all and the beds were really comfy. Everything was perfect! We were a little surprised that the booking details asked us at check out to 1) strip all the used beds, 2) put everything back in its place and 3) to bag up and take out all rubbish we had generated. We would have left the apartment in a clean state but we paid a cleaning fee we felt that was paid to do the above tasks.

Quality fitted out, kitchen had everything you’d need, bathrooms immaculate, really spacious (5 of us), great location on a golf course, quiet, pub on your doorstep. • Tara (8/5): Very good - Very clean and tidy,very spacious,games for the children. As a guest being asked to take the bins out,take bedsheets off and put the dishwasher on before leaving.This is a housekeeping job and I don't agree that guests should have to do this.Not a nice end to the stay.

• Araib (10/5): Would love to come back again at this place in Summer time. - I really appreciated the perfect location and the spacious rooms, which created a cozy environment. Most importantly, the host was a lovely and incredibly helpful lady. Everything was perfect; however, the only issue I and my parents encountered was with the pillows, which caused some neck pain.

• Sarah (10/5): A wonderful, family-friendly stay - We loved the property! It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and clearly very well looked-after. The beds were warm and comfy, and the towels were soft and smelt gorgeous. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we found almost everything we needed was there. The living space is fantastic, with plenty of space for the children to play, and us to relax in comfort. My husband and I, plus our three children, really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed for longer! The kids especially loved all the books and toys, and my husband enjoyed a visit to the driving range with our eldest. The property was located around 25mins from the coast, and we enjoyed a day trip to Mudeford. It was also close to other family-friendly attractions, such as Moor Valley Country Park, which we'd highly recommend. Our contact, Hannah, was fantastic and liaised with us throughout, as and when we needed her. She was warm, kind and welcoming over email, and she helped make our stay exceptional. A great property and we hope to return with extended family. Nothing! It's worth mentioning that it was a little chilly when we arrived, but it was 8pm at night in November! The heating worked well, but we found we needed to use the extra plug-in oil heaters that had been left for us, in order to keep the baby warm at night. These were really handy actually. The only other comment was that our eldest was woken by the early morning maintenance activity on the golf course, but this was all mentioned in the details of the property, and is to be expected at such a location. It didn't bother us or the little ones at all, but always good to know if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep in the room with the pirate ship bed.

Great location being right on the golf course, with lovely views and went to the club house for dinner, drinks and morning coffee. The kids loved it!! Awesome "den" space with lots of toys and the travel cot provided for our baby saved us packing our own. Fantastic stay. Nothing to feedback on

• Katie (10/5): AMAZING 🤩 - From the very beginning Hannah was so lovely, answering all queries and her communication has been amazing. The Castleman was happy to accommodate earlier / later check out if needed for us too! On arrival the office was really helpful, showing us to the key safe and ever so friendly, advising what was happening onsite, where to go etc The apartment is totally stunning and we were definitely not disappointed; like a tardis with rooms, snugs, en suites appearing all over, with two extra fold up singles to provide extra sleeping if needed and the terrace a great space for an arrival vino! The apartment was equipped with everything you would need. I was so impressed with the gorgeous dinner table, laid ready to use and looked like a show house… Duvets dreamy, beds comfy, spacious rooms and decorated to a beautiful and modern appearance - great balcony to the main bedroom too with views over the course, south facing and was able to enjoy a nice coffee and chill with the doors open before getting ready for the day The location great, easy to find, close to everything. Enjoyed a day at the Bournemouth pier which was easy to get to by Uber Would a million percent stay again, thank you so much 😊 The only recommendation would be black out curtains over the fitted blinds, as being the summer, the early sun did play a little havoc with a lie in … however, we got to enjoy full days so not too bad!

The host - The property is stunning, very spacious, clean and the host was so helpful with all my questions. Went for a girly weekend and we all had so much fun. Very nice to have a choice of different beds. Having a room with singles meant it was nicer for the girls that didn't want to share a bed. The location is great aswell. Nothing
