• Sophie (7/5): Did the trick. - Really loved the area we stayed in. 20 min walk to the cathedral, a lot of restaurants and shops around and not very loud. It's very simple and you get what you pay for which is totally fine. It wasn't really clean tho and electricity only works with generators which they come change whenever they're empty.

• Trompezinski (1/5): Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est - la localisation en centre ville Nous avons été très déçus par cette location. Dès l’arrivée, l’expérience a été compliquée : malgré le fait d’avoir communiqué précisément notre heure d’arrivée, personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir. Les indications fournies étaient confuses et nous ont envoyés vers un parking souterrain pour récupérer les clés… où il n’y avait finalement personne non plus. Concernant le logement, plusieurs points sont problématiques. Il n’y a pas de raccordement électrique classique à la ville, mais uniquement une batterie, qui n’était même pas branchée à notre arrivée. C’est une situation assez surprenante et stressante, car on ne sait pas si l’électricité va tenir pendant le séjour. Même si nous sommes repartis avec encore de la charge, cela reste inconfortable. La porte d’entrée est une simple porte en verre, ce qui pose question en termes d’intimité et de sécurité. À l’intérieur, les lits sont tous différents, tant en taille qu’en hauteur, ce qui donne une impression de manque de cohérence et de confort. Enfin, les parties communes sont assez austères et manquent clairement d’entretien. La propreté n’est pas au niveau attendu. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience ne correspond pas du tout à ce que l’on peut attendre pour ce type de location.

• Laura (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio en una buena ubicación - La ubicación es buena aunque como suele pasar, la calle es ruidosa, pero las ventanas aislaban bastante bien. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación es amplia. Christian era amable y estaba atento a lo que nos hiciera falta, pero sería muy deseable que hablase al menos inglés. Hace falta cortina en la ducha y renovar algunas sábanas y toallas, que están viejas y grisáceas. Sería mucho más útil poner microondas en vez de horno.
• Grzegorz (5/5): Pokój jest znośny tylko na krótki pobyt (1-2 noce) - Korzystna lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum, sklepów i restauracji Pokój był czysty, ale brakowało wykończenia oraz wyposażenia. Prąd był dostępny z akumulatora, który wyczerpał się po 1 dniu i nie działała lodówka. Trzeba było czekać aż właściciel wymieni akumulator. W pokoju brakowało czajnika i nie działało wi-fi oraz część gniazdek. Przy wejściu do budynku jest brzydki zapach ze śmietnika restauracji znajdującej się na parterze budynku.
• Julia (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Köln :) - Einfaches Einchecken, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Betten waren bequem und Badezimmer modern. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. In Zimmer 1 roch das Badezimmer leider sehr stark nach Abfluss.

Strom- Aggregat zum Selbst bedienen, geräuschintensiv. Flur und Eingang schmutzig. Müllcontainer im Eingangsflur. Es stank.

• monica (8/5): Sitio céntrico a buena distancia del centro histórico y en una zona de ambiente nocturno. - Lo mejor la ubicación; en pleno corazón del barrio belga y a una distancia razonable a pie de la catedral. Buena relación calidad precio. En el alojamiento no había secador de pelo; pese a que lo pedimos en varias ocasiones al anfitrión nunca llegamos a tenerlo.

• ChiaraBi_Germany (9/5): Tolle Wohungen, gerne wieder! - Mein Mann hat sofort den Schlüssel bekommen und beide Wohnungen waren im perfektem Zustand. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend. Am letzten Tag mussten wir eine Freundin unserer Tochter beherbergen, die den letzen Zug nach Hause verpasst hatte, und unser Gastgeber hat ihr erlaubt, bei uns ohne Zuschlag zu übernachten. Es war sehr nett von ihm! Die beide Wohnungen, die wir hatten, waren schön, gemütlich und warm. Die Badezimmer waren sehr modern. Alles war glänzend sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm! Die Ausstattung der Küche war ziemlich minimal, daher mussten die Kinder aus der anderen Wohnung ihre Tassen und Teller zu uns bringen, damit wir alle zusammen frühstücken konnten. Ein paar Teller mehr und ein Geschirrtuch, um die Teller abzutrocknen, wären sicher hilfreich gewesen, aber wir sind auch ohne zurechgekommen, da wir nur für das Frühstück die Küche gebraucht haben. Hätten wir auch zu Mittag oder zu Abend kochen wollen, dann hätten wir unserem Gastgeber danach gefragt.

• Dagmar (2/5): - Top Lage Spartanisch Einrichtung. Küchenzeile nicht nutzbar, keine Tassen, kein Wasseroberfläche, wenig Strom. Strom wurde über Akkus geregelt, mussten ständig mit Personal in Kontakt sein zum Akkutausch, dubiose Geschichte!!Keine Duschabtrennung. Steckdose im Bad in Duschnähe lose.....so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

• Olga (1/5): Een ellende - Lugging Geen stroom!!! 21ste eeuw geen stroom! Dus niets, stroom van accu, geen koffie, geen werkende kookplaat, geen werkende koelkast. Geen werkende oven. Dat zijn geen appartementen, het is een klein kamertje, waar je niet eens met je drieën aan tafel kan. Ah die heb je die ook niet nodig als er geen mogelijkheden voor kop koffie of gebakken eitje. Een rol wc papier! Een maar! Zal niemand aanbevelen. Nogmaals stroom van accu!!!!! Hé, hoezo Duitsland?

• Wolfgang thomas (1/5): kein kontakt im vorweg möglich, kein ersatz gür nicht erbrachte Leistung. letzter booking auftrag - sollte per e mail 1std vor ankunft schreiben. die e mail gab es nicht. dort hingefahren: junkies die im eingan schliefen und spritzten. weiterhin kein e mail kontakt möglich , da nicht gültige adresse. habe dann in umgebung neues hotel gesucht. spät nachmittag/ abends nachdem ich eingecheckt und bezahlt hatte, kam e mail mit tel nr. stunden zu spät.

Fleck auf dem Bettlaken und generell den Betten. Gebucht mit WLAN, hat nie funktioniert bzw. viel zu langsam konnte nicht mal eine WhatsApp verschicken.

• Frederick (6/5): Good location in the city, not enough cooking equipment - Location was near a lot of transit and shops, which meant that it never too long to get something. Kitchen equipment was good (hob, fridge etc.). Bathroom was good. No cooking equipment (knives, pots, saucepans and such). There was some sort of loud fan nearby that was made it hard to get to sleep until it turned off at roughly 1am.

• Olena (7/5): Entspricht die vorherigen Bewertungen voll. - Die Lage, Betten sind bequem:). Personal ist sehr gut! Zur Zeit kein Strom ( wurden mit dem Power Bank versorgt) und Kochinsel funktioniert deswegen gar nicht. Der Boden war kalt. Hellhörig, man kann die Nachbarn von oben sowie aus der Nachbarschaftlichen Appartements gut hören.

Anahtarı almak için yeterince net talimat berilmedi ve çok uzun süre bekledik. Çünkü anahtarı verecek kişi otelde değildi. Ayrıca otelin bir tabelası olmadığı için çok uzun süre aradık. Etrafıda %100 güvenliydi diyemem

• Cheng Vermanen (1/5): Appartement zonder elektriciteit en dramatische hygiene. - Location fine Absolutely Awful appartment There is only one word to describe this appartment, INHUMANE. The appartment had no elektricity, except for one big powerbank, this is unacceptable in this day and age. The powerbank was half full when we arrived and was naturally empty in less then a day. We tried to call,the owner, but never answered our calls. So we were without power for the rest of our trip. I think the owner knew this, because he left us “frühstück” in a pan. The pan was filled with rotten pasta.and the smell was undescribable, I think something died in there. The overall hygene was very poor. We rate this appartment a 1 of 10 We absolutey do not ecommend to stay here.
• Petronella (2/5): Goede locatie en redelijk schoon, maar veel te klein voor drie personen, met stank uit de douche - Goede locatie: de ligging in Keulen is echt een pluspunt en ideaal voor een stedentrip. Veel te klein voor drie personen: het appartement is écht mini-mini-mini en absoluut niet comfortabel voor drie personen. Elektriciteit via noodaggregator: de stroomvoorziening liep via een noodaggregator wegens renovatie, die blijkbaar al sinds september gaande is. Bij 15% moest de beheerder worden gebeld om een nieuwe noodaggregator te plaatsen.. Elektra is een basisvoorziening en dit is simpelweg niet acceptabel. Stank uit de douche: er kwam een sterke putlucht uit de douche, wat het verblijf onaangenaam maakte. Onjuiste advertentie-informatie: meerdere faciliteiten die op Booking.com werden vermeld, waren niet aanwezig: geen föhn geen waterkoker geen zithoek geen binnenplaats geen uitzicht Advertentie moet worden aangepast: de beschrijving op Booking.com komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Klacht nog niet opgepakt: ik heb dit gemeld bij Booking.com, maar heb tot nu toe geen reactie ontvangen.

• Vicki (1/5): This is NOT a hotel and is a seedy set of apartments/ no wonder they make the fee non-refundable! - Nothing. This is not a hotel - it is an apartment block in a seedy area opposite a marujuana shop - no receptions or signs - just a doorway set back from the road. No lift, narrow stairs, no mains electricity - running on a battery only. We left as soon as we could get an uber. Not safe for our children.
• Kurt (1/5): Stay away!!! No - The care take was easy contactable who let's you in the apartment, and I recived some compensation due to the party moving to another accommodation. The pictures on Booking.com are very misleading. The apartments have got an awful entrance that is not presentable they also store all the waste there, which has a foul smell. The room itself is powered by a black box that lasts about 1.5 days and seems to knock off during the night, the basic ammenities seem to be lacking. There was a foul smell in 1 of the rooms which would not go. I travelled in a party of 6 people and had 2 rooms. 2 of the party left as soon as they seen the room, and the rest of the party changed hotels after 2 nights.

• Teodor-Stefan (3/5): Do NOT stay here - The beds were really comfortable When we got there we were told by a really nice man that the power was cut off because the hotel was closed on paper ( shouldn’t even operate). The house keeper helped us with a large battery so we could charge our phones and use the lights. There was a big hole in the wall in the bathroom. Also taking a shower means spraying everything in the bathroom. This place should not even be on booking. I was told that we would get a refund for one night but nothing happened.

• Michael (5/5): Sehr korrekt, aber nicht schön - Es gab am Tag der Einreise einen Stromausfall. Er wurde nicht behoben. Wir bekamen aber dann von der Geschäftsführung gesagt. Wir können die Reise stornieren und bekämen unser Geld zurück.
• Maria (9/5): Apartamento completo numa ótima localização - Apartamento confortável e muito bem localizado. Tivemos um problema com a energia do prédio, mas todo o staff foi incrível connosco e sentimo-nos sempre bem. Prédio antigo e tivemos um pouco de dificuldade a encontrar.
• ATALAY (10/5): - Köln şehrinin merkezinde harika bir konumu var. Dom kilisesi, tren istasyonu, Noel pazarları ve Neumarkta yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen yanında Mado var, 2 dk mesafede DM, Rewe gibi marketler var. Bazı aksilikler yaşadık ama ev sahibi harika bir insan. Her aksiliği telafi etti, istediğimiz an kendisine ulaşabildik ve gerçekten de bizlerle çok ama çok ilgilendi, hala böyle insanlar kaldı mı dedirtti bize. Evin olduğu sokak ana caddeye çıkan sokak olduğundan özellikle haftasonları çok kalabalık ve haliyle gürültülü. Onun haricinde başka bir sorun görmedim.
• Tom (1/5): Vreselijk en belachelijk! - De stroom van het appartement deed het niet, dit was opgelost met een grote accu welke aan de meterkast was aangesloten. De tweede dag was de batterij leeg dus was er helemaal geen stroom meer. Er werd gedaan alsof dit allemaal net was gebeurd en dat ze snel deze oplossing hadden doorgevoerd, op de doos (stond nog in de gang) stond dat de ''batterij'' al begin november was geleverd.
• Yilmaz Ali (1/5): Katastrophe ! Ich hatte kein Strom. Musste meine Geräte im Café gegenüber aufladen. - Gar nichts !!! Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes dort KEIN Strom, obwohl ich ein Tag später angereist bin als geplant. Mir wurde versprochen, dass es im laufe des Tages erledigt wird, aber man konnte es den Hausmeister schon ansehen, dass er selbst nicht dran geglaubt hat!

• Aurore (9/5): Une bonne expérience malgré une réservation de dernière minute ! - Hôte très serviable et réactif. Qui nous a logé dans un autre appartement malgré le bug de booking. Il y avait un chauffage d'appoint. C'est confortable et il y a de grandes télévision. Eau impossible à régler. Ce fut très froid puis brûlant et, après avoir attendu quelques minutes, à nouveau glacé sans possibilité de remettre le chaud. C'est possible que ce soit dû aux travaux non terminés, je ne sais pas.

• Daniela (10/5): Good choice. - The room is small but has everything you need — a place to eat, a fridge, and even a washing machine. The bed is big and super comfy, and there’s a large TV if you want to relax and watch something. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and fast-food places right outside. Just walk straight down the street and you’ll reach the lively area and the cathedral. Everything — the river, old market, and main sights — is within easy walking distance. The view - facing the multi storey car park, but is manageable.
• Bastien (5/5): - Très bon emplacement proche du centre. Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas, les deux codes fournis renvoient à des box appartenant à d'autres personnes donc cela ne marche pas. La télé ne peut pas être utilisée non plus. Plusieurs trous et câbles apparents dans les murs, petits bouts de verre près d'un lit. La machine à laver tournait à notre arrivée. C'est un AirBnB qui passe par booking mais il n'y a pas la qualité AirBnb. Seul le prix est correct par rapport à l'emplacement.
• Sven (7/5): LAGE IST ALLES ! - Die Lage, dann noch die Lage, und ganz besonders die Lage. Mittendrin im Belgischen Viertel. Perfekt. Badezimmer ist sehr schick, Betten bequem. Vermieter gut zu erreichen. Eingang schwer zu finden, Treppenhaus wenig einladend. Wirkt wenig seriös. Über der Küchenzeile ragt einfach mal ein unverarbeitetes Rohr aus der Wand...

• greg (4/5): Apart from the location which was excellent, I would was very disappointed. - Location Wifi didn’t work, coffee machine was broken, towels and kitchen utensils were dirty. The double bed collapsed in the middle of the night, I had to repair myself.

• Haemel (7/5): - Sehr zentral und doch leise. Bett sehr bequem Badlüftung ging in die Kochnische was sehr unangenehm war. Essen nur im Stehen möglich wenn man es abstellen will. Sitzmöglichkeit nur auf dem Bett. Kein Tisch kein Stuhl, kein Licht am Bett und in der Kochnische. Kaffee und Tee nicht vorhanden obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand.WLAN trotz Passwort nicht möglich zu installieren. An der Dusche kein Vorhang daher alles nass.
