• Guest (5/5): Decent place to stay, wouldn’t recommend for families though - Great location, plenty of rooms for a family. Staff responded quickly when the requested amentities were not provided. Elevator remote provided by host didn’t work, causing my 76 year old grandmother to have to walk up 4 flights of stairs, while I carried two babies and a stroller up the stairs. Staff didn’t respond to request to assist.

• Gerald (8/5): We loved Rome & the property is in a great location to see all the attractions. - Bed were comfortable, great location. Plenty of space. 4th floor with heavy bags. Kitchen amenities could be improved. A dish cloth & tea towel would be nice. Shower is tiny & hot water tap runs to the right.
• Család (7/5): Fairly priced clean accomodation at a good location - The accomodation is in walking distance to the old town, which was a big plus. There are restaurants, shops and everything you need in the near. The apartment is spacious, has the equipment that were listed (washing machine, dishes, etc.). Sometimes we had difficulties with the elevator (maybe someone did not close the door of it after use, causing it not to work), but it wasn't that big deal. What we missed was a clothes horse (we found a clothes line outside of the kitchen window, but as the weather was rainy, so we didn't use it). Also, a mop and some cleaning equipment would have been nice to have, but otherwise, all was fine.

• Mathew (3/5): High hopes, very disappointed with the quality of our stay unfortunately. - Central location. Air conditioning insufficient, no fans, and air conditioner broke requiring it to be serviced…during an extreme heat wave with multiple babies in the apartment.
• Paul (9/5): Superb - Close to all tourist attractions and train station, but away from the very busy tourist area. Host was nice enough to provide baby facilities and little gift on arrival.
• Ισιδωροσ (10/5): Exceptional - The house is exactly in the middle of the central. You can go everywhere from there, and there is an elevator for the 4th floor.
• Peter (7/5): Great location and nice apartment with a few minor issues. Overall a very good stay - Location. Elevator is very small, washing machine smelled like sewage, no accommodations for late check out
• Holly (7/5): Convenient, quiet, spacious location within 10 minutes of the metro. - We enjoyed the space most. Being able to spread out was very nice. The directions on how to access the property for the first time was a bit confusing. The washing machine had a smell to it that was off putting. We didn’t know what to do with our trash. Overall though, these were small things.

• Daniyar (10/5): Ideal for travelling to Rome for the family of four. - Great location and nearby facilities. Colosseo and foro romano within 10 min walk. Perfect distance from Roma termini: easy 10 min stroll with baggage, but far enough not to see it everyday. State of property is close to perfect, everything clean, shiny and new. Useful kitchen, easy to make dinner for 4 people. Big supermarkets 5 min from property. Quiet street. Welcome gift from property owner 🍷 Poor wi-fi connection in master bedroom. No iron and cleaning equpment for quick cleanup. Electric locks require stable internet connection. No shoehorn.
• Mario (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. - The apartment was clean and spacious. It's only 8 minutes away from the Colosseum and 7 minutes from Termini train station. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby." We couldn't use the elevator even though we followed the instructions everytime we tried.
• Warren (10/5): Fabulous find - Location to station was good, easy to find on foot. Felt safe to walk about at all times. 7 mins walk to colloseum. Good bars and restaurants close by. Plenty of room in the apartment. Good kitchen area and had all washing up stuff if cooking in. Would go back again without hesitation. The first 3 floors if you walk up.
