La habitación y cama estuvo bien, como detalle para mejorar es colocar algunos ganchos, perchas o mini armario para acomodar la ropa y camperas, o toallas mojadas, ya que todo nuestro equipaje y ropa la debíamos dejar sobre el piso.

• Amy bah (1/5): Never again - Parking was easy and free They double booked my room so downgraded me in a tiny room. When I told them about it they refused to acknowledge it and provide a larger room. I called multiple times to adress the issue, the staff was rude and arrogant and could not care less. Their attitude was appalling. the guy next door was weird and smelling like alcohol, not a safe place for a lady to stay.

The building was poorly insulated so could hear the neighbours TV and people talking at 2am.It was impossible to sleep. The windows blind was broken so no way to have a dark room to rest. The bed sheets had yellow stains. Terrible place to stay

• Rinske (8/5): Goed verblijf, leuk. Veel mensen op werk reis - Locatie was goed. Wel naast de trein dus voor lichte slapers mogelijk niet ideaal. Niet een supermarkt in de buurt. 30 min lopen of meenemen uit centrum.
• Emily (9/5): Stayed here multiple time, great communication with the owners & lovely house to stay - great communication between myself and the owners, I personally love the downstairs room next to the front room kitchen however this time i was on the top floor next to the bathroom - still comfy Only thing for me is the way to get into the rooms, the locks for each room can sometimes trigger if accidently click the wrong number (i have long nails but sometimes hard to see the numbers as its not lit up) as its a touch lock which is quite sensitive - however - at least its secure and works perfect!

• Jessica (8/5): - It was reasonably priced for a last minute booking, the facilities were nice and a communal area I'm not used to city noise so my sleep wasn't the best, plus the walls seem pretty thin as I heard someone's TV on until late at night. The bed was also a bit too firm for my liking but that's just me being picky

• Liliana (8/5): - Stay was great. My room was on the ground floor which made the access to the bathroom quick and easy. Rooms were clean. TV working, heating working. The keyless entry system can be a bit tricky, the entrance door however is not as sensitive as the ones inside so you’ll get in with no issues. Once inside, there’s a button on the the middle of the keypad that you have to press before entering the code! Then it works wonders :) Property is placed about 10 min drive from co op live. N/A - Everything was great. Will be back.

• Jesse (3/5): Close enough to coop live but would not recommend - Decent location 40 min walk from coop live or 10 mins in a taxi The room was less than satisfactory. Semt very unclean, unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in, stains on every wall. Extremely loud person shouting at 1am in the morning to someone for a good half an hour on the phone, swearing, banging about, very agressive and threatening, was quite scary. An unpleasant experience / stay

• Kathryn (8/5): Worth staying for comfort and value - The house was very clean and spacious, my room was clean and the bed was so comfy, the bedding was super clean and fresh. If I could I would have stayed another night just for the comfort No dislikes just I found it a bit hard to enter the house as I have not used a digital keyless entry before, but the owners was so so helpful and helped me to do it

It made her feel unsafe, therefore I felt uncomfortable to stay here being on my own I didn't like the response I had from staff, it didn't reassure me I would be safe

• Brannen (1/5): Poor customer service broken keypad to get into room didn’t even stay a single night - Noting Key pad was broke couldn’t get into room admin was poor service hung up on me when said I was locked out of room with my stuff locked in there didn’t even stay because of poor conditions
• ocallaghan (1/5): We cancelled and left the property after 20 minutes - Nothing We was in room 3 near the stairs, when we entered the room all you could smell was cigarette it was dirty, the shared bathroom was also disgusting. Me and my partner decided we no longer wanted to stay in the property the admin teams phone was off and the property owner wasn’t any help just told us to leave the property if we was not happy and they will book the room out again. After travelling over 3 hours to the property what was supposed to be a nice weekend away ended up in a trip home as the sleeping conditions were disgraceful.

• Ray (1/5): Horrendous - I'm far from being a "Karen" i've stayed in some pits - but this was truly horrific - To be quite honest not a lot - the property has very little going for it. I would say to anyone don't book based on the photographs shown on Booking.com. The property looks different. I don't know if the photos are old but the property did not look like this when I checked in. The Carpets were filthy, There were people hanging around the property that looked sinister - luckily enough I stayed with two mates, we are all young men but I can't imagine staying here as one or a group of females (It would probably be quite intimidating) the area is horrible in general. Nothing in the room seemed clean, there was no door on the shower downstairs. Also the owner is elusive if you have any problems in terms of not being able to get in he is 100% un contactable he or she will simply not answer any calls (so you need to accept any problems and you are on your own)

Loud talking key pad that Keep waking me up as people entering their rooms. Broken furniture in mine and my friend’s room. What I took to be a member is of staff but could be another guest doing washing at midnight.

Owner treated me with contempt, devoid of respect or dignity plus the place is inaccurately depicted NOT what the photo shows, what an utter sham DON"T go to this place, , , DON"T go to this place, , , DON"T go to this place! the owner is not present, involved, no welcoming, no contact either DO NOT BOOK HERE I booked for 6 nights due to work - booked three months prior! All attempts to contact by phone Ignored, including by the exploited 'cleaning 'boy' young man I had arrived a bit later due to different flight - entirely sleep deprived two days & exhausted; still I tried to contact the place but nothing/nilch/zero response so nerve wracking/ AWFUL On arrival was told by the 'cleaning 'boy' /exploited young man with the few words english he spoke -that my "room was CANCELLED!! Can you believe this? not even the courtesy of sending a message - CANCELLED!! I was going nowhere for the time being till it got sorted. I coerced the 'boy' to get the OWNER on the phone. The owner refused to tell me on what grounds was my room cancelled? cowardly he refused over and over then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME !! Then I understood ... Just prior to my departure from other side of world, I realised I hadn't checked the reviews! so I looked them up. Negative many of them. I was naturally very, VERY concerned. No phone or written replies worried "What is this place?" Am I to arrive without any body at reception. The so called guest has to obtain codes for front and room doors. So, I wrote a very polite, tactful note hopeful it would reach the owner which it did straight away - The entire note ignored my concerns, no apologies, no explanations instead - the reply I got back and it would seem, uncoincidentally - arrived immediately ! threatening me he would take me to court!!! THREATS !! Unbelieveable.

• ERICA (6/5): - My room was spacious. The kitchen was top-notch, and the shared dining area and bathroom were quite nice. The other guests were quiet and unobtrusive. I couldn't get the shower to work in my room so I used the shared one. Not a big deal, but I did pay for en suite. The decor in my room was gray and masculine, and the lighting was cool, which made for a somewhat depressing vibe. (The decor in the common areas of the home was nicer and the lighting warmer.) The front yard needs landscaping and tending to, as it makes the place look run-down and unsafe (even though this neighborhood is safe).

The photos are really good but there was some wear and tear in the building... the place was fine just not as picture perfect as it was in the photos. Overall really good.
