• Daniel (5/5): - The location was very central which allowed us to move about Thessaloniki easily, and they were very accommodating for our check in, since we had many musical instruments with us. The wifi worked well and was necessary because there was no cellphone reception. The apartment was very small, and there was no cellphone service. There were no reading lights by the best and no electric sockets near the beds as well. The water pressure in the shower and the faucets was low, and the bathroom sink did not have a stopper, which made it difficult for shaving. With regards to the above it seemed a bit overpriced in my opinion.

• Marina (7/5): - Great location, cosy apartment even if it's small. They let us have later check out. Upper bed is not safe(fence is not fixed), pillows are not comfortable and some pillows and sheets were smelling stale and on cigarettes. Very low water pressure in the bathroom, shower curtain is dirty/moldy at the bottom part. Frying pan was dirty/not properly washed.
• Gianluigi (9/5): Key location with all amenities nearby. - The apartment was very clean and spotless. It is situated in a very central and good location, close to shops, bus stations, not too far from the promenade and restaurants. There was a small kitchenette and we had adequate facilities for cooking. The apartment was warm and cozy. There was hot water all day. The bathroom was comfortable and functional. The host was very friendly and he met us to provide keys and give us instructions which we appreciated. Would highly recommend.

• Δημήτριος (3/5): Αρκετά μέτρια. - Καλό δωματιακι γενικά. Δεν ήταν βρομικο. Ζεστό δωματιο. Είχε ζεστό νερό όλη την ώρα. Μπαίνοντας στα αριστερα είχε έναν ωραίο καθρέφτη και συρτάρια. Στην μπανιέρα είχε κλωστές και τρίχες. Ο Ορφέας ήθελε πληρωμή με μετρητά και χωρίς απόδειξη φυσικά. Για να φοροδιαφυγει προφανώς. Με έβαζε να τρέχω να κάνω ανάληψη για να πληρώσω μετρητα που ήθελε αυτός. Όμως αυτό εξέθετε εμένα, τον πελάτη, γιατί αν συνέβαινε κάτι απρόοπτο, δεν θα μπορούσα να απόδειξω ότι έχω πληρώσει ηδη. Επίσης με δυσκόλεψε στην επικοινωνία. Δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο παρά μόνον αν καλούσα 2 με 3 φορές. Και το σήκωνε μια κυρία (υποθέτω η Miljana) η οποία μιλούσε σπαστά ελληνικά (δύσκολη η επικοινωνία). Κακή ηχομόνωση και αναίσθητοι γείτονες. Δίπλα έμεναν κατι φοιτήτριες και έκαναν φασαρία όλη τη νύχτα έως τις 5πμ (με τα τακούνια και τις δυνατές φωνές τους). Δεν μπόρεσα να κοιμηθώ καλά. Έμεινα μόνο 8 ώρες και τα λεφτά ήταν πολλα σε σύγκριση με τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες του καταλύματος.

• Αντριάνα (10/5): Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν παρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός ήρθε μέσα στην νύχτα να μας ανοίξει να μας καθησυχάσει μετά από όσα είχαμε περά - Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως το δείχνει στην φωτογραφία πολύ ωραίο καθαρό και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά.
• Kateryna (1/5): Не рекомендую! - Тихо за вікном, тому що виходить в середину двору іншого будинку. ВСЕ. Це зовсім не апартаменти, навіть у Harry Potter комор був більше! Спочатку власник здався таким доброзичливим, не можливо було його зупинити з розповідями, заговорив нас на що ми і повелись. Через 10 хвилин, в мого чоловіка почалась паніка, він фізично не міг знаходитись в цій кімнаті, вона реально менше ніж у вʼязнів в камері! Коли ми зрозуміли, що в цих «апартаментах» нема де розвернутися, Ми попросили власника увійти в наше положення, що у чоловіка паніка і що з нами ще й дитина, повернути кошти, так як не могли тут знаходитись! На що власник відповів відмовою, йому було все одно! Тому можу сміло сказати, що власник плював на людей, гроші понад усе! Пральна машина знаходиться на вулиці, вся в пилюці і плісняві. Якщо прати речі, то можна тільки зіпсувати їх! Двох поверхневе ліжко небезпечне! Залізна ручка, яка має служити як захист для того щоб дитина не випала з ліжка. Зовсім не закріплення, просто вставлена поміж матрацом і каркасом. Душова лійка вже давно зіпсована і вся в корозії. В результаті не створює тиск, щоб помитися. Туалет дитячій, дуже маленький. Для великої людини зовсім не зручно! Розеток біля ліжка нема! Мобільного звʼязку нема! Ніколи не повернусь! НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДЛЯ СІМЕЙ АБО ПАР. За ту саму ціну є готелі зі сніданком. Або переплатити трішки і знайти щось краще! КВАРТИРА ЛИШЕ ДЛЯ ОДНІЄЇ ЛЮДИНИ.

• Guergana (8/5): - Very nice clean apartment to stay at the center. The place was nice and clean but I think there are other option a couple blocks away in Ano Poli that have more space for two people that want to sleep in a different room for similar prices. It was too small.
• Rika (10/5): - The apartment was lovely, the host was very nice and polite- responsive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything you needed. Around the area, there were plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, markets- everything you can think of . The location was not far from the city, maybe a 10-15 minutes walk- but it was uphill. So if you’re planing to walk, be prepared.

• Christopher (9/5): A great family-owned property very close to the city and restaurants - The host was really lovely, caring, and attentive to our needs. It was a cozy little space for the time we were there. The bed was pretty comfortable, and it was nice to have a laundry machine and kitchen available. Everything you need basically! We loved being walking distance from the city centre and so many great restaurants and tavernas. The kitchen could use a few upgrades like a new frying pan, a cutting board, a kitchen knife and a baking dish. But for simple cooking in a pot or reheating food it works!

• Beatrix (9/5): I had two wonderful and relaxing days at the city. - It was a small but well-equipped room with bathroom near the center of Thessaloniki. The room was modern, the bed was comfortable. Everything was accessible that is needed. I got smart tips from the owner what to see in the city.

• Anastasia (10/5): It is not just a value for money, it is a steal! - I will list my pillars that I usually notice on my various stays: - The host was very sweet, she showed us around the apartment and explained how to use the heating and the warm water. She was waiting for us in front of the building and also explained the building rules so that we won't be faced with any bad experience - The house is a studio, very clean and not smelly like the ground floor houses usually are. I even dared to shower without any feet covers for my fear of foot mucus which was nice. - The location is arguably the best one yet. In the corner of Aghia Sophia and Aghios Demetrios, sits between the city and the old town and is very close to both Kamara and Aristotle street which is very convenient. - The house itself is very quiet. Although on the ground floor it has a cute little balcony with a private alley and enough sunlight. Fully equipped with an oven, fridge, cutlery, towels and a hair dryer. There is a single deck bed which was safe to sleep in and the bed on the bottom which is a double and the mattress was new and so soft. The highlight was that there were many places to put our things and not just leave them on the ground. Wi-Fi was working perfectly. - Security was impeccable, the building is in an alley with 2 small orthodox church buildings and the biggest threat were the cats that were too friendly! I can see myself staying there alone as a woman and going back home alone late at night, which I did with no concerns! I have stayed in various locations around the city, as I travel at least 5 times per year and this is my favorite. I could see myself staying there each time I visit and I already advertised it to my friends who are also visiting the city quite often. It is not just a value for money, it is a steal! I can not think of anything I would like to change or missed, it was like going home for us.
