The apartment was modernly furnished, extremely clean, and had a huge terrace with a panoramic view. Communication with the host was excellent! He is very kind and responsive. We would gladly visit the apartment again.

• Taxiarchis (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο με όλες τις βασικές παροχές που μπορεί να προσφερθούν σε ξενοδοχείο. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, από το οποίο μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημεία και χώρους της πόλης.
• Antonis (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ότι καλύτερο για την επίσκεψη στον εκθεσιακό χώρο καθώς και για να μπορέσεις να κινηθείς με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, ήταν ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρό. Και την επόμενη φορά εκεί θα μείνουμε αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα.

• Albena (10/5): Прекрасен апартамент на добро място, зареден с всичко необходимо - Апартаментът е просторен и красив. Има огромна тераса с прекрасна гледка. Хазяинът беше много учтив. В кухнята имаше всичко, от което би имал нужда човек - много чаши, заредена кафе машина, сол, черен пипер, зехтин, оцет. Беше се сетил да сложи и отделна кърпа за ръце в банята и кухнята. Определено е мислено за комфорта на клиента.

• Panos (9/5): Αξιοπρεπής διαμονή - Πολύ βολικό, μεγάλο και άνετο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί να χρειαστείς, άνετα κρεβάτια, ωραίο μπαλκόνι με θέα! Καλή επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή. Κάποιες παρατηρήσεις που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιώσουν την εμπειρία, τις λέω εντελώς καλοπροαίρετα: 1. Δεν έχει σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα. Εχει σε μερικά. Το θεωρώ σοβαρή παράλειψη, ειδικά για το παράθυρο του μπάνιου 2. Τα κάγκελα του μπαλκονιού δεν έχουν βαφτεί, έχουν αφεθεί από την εποχή πριν την ανακαίνιση. Ειναι ψιλό σκουριασμένα 3. Λόγω της έλλειψης σίτων σε κάποια παράθυρα προφανώς μπαίνουν κουνούπια. Υπάρχουν σημάδια από αίμα σε τοίχους αλλά και κουρτίνες , προφανώς από σκότωμα κουνουπιών. Δεν έχουν καθαριστεί, καλό θα ήταν να γίνει, είναι κρίμα να χαλάει η ωραία εικόνα του χώρου. ΥΓ: Ακόμα περιμένω τις προτάσεις για brunch από τον διαχειριστή…

It was very hot during our stay and the air-conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't quite strong enough but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment.

Owner Vasilis made an effort to pay attention to many small details which made our stay more convenient and pleasant. Location is just perfect for exploring Thesaloniki. Minutes away from White tower, museum quarter, Rotunda. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants. Apartment is on the last 7th floor (building has elevator) and has great spacious terrasse overlooking the city which is additional plus. Great spot to start a day. Excellent value for money.

The host very welcoming and fluent in English, made sure we are welcomed and provided perfect advices for restaurants/sightseeing/car parking nearby. Complimentary bottle of red wine on arrival and nesspresso machine highly appreciated too. Lightning fast Wi-Fi ……….Overall perfect choice for our Easter long weekend minivacation, but the property equally convenient for longer periods. Thank you Vasilis! Nothing.

• Georgi (10/5): A beautiful and convinient apartment in the center - The apartment is clean, contemporary, very appealing as situation of the rooms, well heated in the winter with easily controlled temperature. It is on the last floor (it has an elevator) and as a bonus it has a really huge balcony. It is in the center of the city and everything is very close. After reading some of the comments written before, I was worried about the water pressure, but for me it was OK, and there was plenty of hot water (very important for me:). The host is kind and helping. We liked everything. We would suggest to make it pet friendly, as we usually travel with our dog, and this time it was an exception to be without.
