• sleep (8/5): Hat mir gefallen. - Die Lage war Top, Sauberkeit Top und eine Willkommenskleinigkeit (Kaffee, Tee) war vor Ort, sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank. Alles war gut, aber die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Es war frisch, die Radiatoren liefen, aber der Raum blieb immer kalt. Die Klimaanlage war vor Ort, aber ohne Bedienung, also konnte ich sie nicht brauchen. Alles andere war top!

• helena (8/5): Vredi zbog lokacije. - Odlična lokacija jasne instrukcije, dobar stanodavac. Prostor je nekako tmuran. Neispravan fen za kosu, nedostatak daske za sečenje, generalno kuhinjske tave su u losem stanju trebalo bi ih zameniti.

• annette (5/5): - Vi fikk muligheten til å sjekke inn før tiden som vi satte stor pris på. Vi likte at det var sentralt og beliggenheten var i nærheten av hoved torget hvor trikkene går og gamle byen med mange små hyggelige butikker og restauranter. Vi sjekket inn på egenhånd via melding på WhatsApp med kode til nøkkel boks utenfor bygningen. Vi kom oss inn i rommet/liten leilighet som først og fremst var veldig kald. VI ble veldig overrasket over dette, da noen akkurat hadde gjort ferdig rommet for å sjekke inn. Da sørger man for å sette opp temperaturen opp til et normalt nivå, men istedenfor stod vi i leiligheten for å prøve å løse problemet med klima anlegget som vi fikk instruksjoner fra eier, men dette hjalp ikke. Det kom bare kald luft ut. Til tross for at mannen min som snakker kroatisk ringte eier og fikk forklart hvordan fjern kontrollen skulle brukes. Vi brukte over 1 time på å vente på at det skulle bli varmt. Vi klaget nok en gang, og da fikk vi beskjed om at en person skulle komme veldig raskt. Det viste seg til å være eieren selv ( mannen til damen vi hadde på telefonen). Han beklaget det hele og sa at fjern kontrollen bare fungerer om sommeren og ikke om vinteren. Han forklarte og viste oss et digitalt display ute i gangen som vi måtte stille temperaturen for dag/natt. Han beklaget dette med at de har en baby og at konen hans ikke tenker klart!!?? Om dette er tilfelle, så burde noen andre ta seg av vasking og klargjøre rom for gjestene! Vi var i leiligheten tilsammen 2 timer med påkledde jakker og ventet i 2 timer for å være sikker på at det ble varmt før vi gikk ut. Pga. at vi frøs så mye, så gikk vi ekstra på kafe for å varme oss. Synes det var en skuffende måte å bli møtt på. Det står i omtalen i at leiligheten er 35 kvm og setter spørsmålstegn rundt dette, da vi kom fra en annen leilighet som var 35 kvm, men var mye større. I tillegg står det at det er en King Size bed, men King Size seng er 180 m bred og denne var 150 m bred. Det hadde ingen betydning for oss, men det er viktig med riktig informasjon i en annonse.

The pillows - like rocks! Parking - but seems like that's just Zagreb ... A little difficult to locate - tucked aways inside - not obvious from the outside where it is.

Loved the blackboard highlights what is good around the area! Would definitely book again next time I'm in the city. Hvala vam! Nothing to make a cuppa with when I arrived but there was a Konzum open nearby.

• Шевченко (3/5): - City center. There were no slippers It was very cold, the air conditioning did not work for heating There were three of us, but there was only bedding for two people. I specified the number of guests when booking. The booking says there's parking, but there isn't. You have to find a place to park yourself and pay for parking yourself. The faucet in the kitchen was broken—I sent photos to the owner, but did not receive a response. In addition, the owner wanted an additional payment for the tourist tax, which should be included in the total cost of renting the apartment. The owner informed us of this after the fact, when the apartment had already been reserved and paid for. There were no toiletries in the bathroom: no shampoo, no shower gel. There was only hand soap.
• Kirsten (6/5): - Good location. Easy check-in. Spacious. No kettle or bin in the kitchen. The washing machine is communal (which we did not know beforehand). This is not an issue as such, but literally every time we wanted to use it, it was full of bedding/towels (which was either on a timer or the cycle was finished hours ago and the wet laundry just stayed in the machine). This made it a mission to wash our laundry. Some strange smells coming from the drains and in the entry way from the bins. Probably not the property's fault, but a bit sub-ideal. A bit noisey, but comes with the territory of such a central location.

Easy to walk to from the main train station, close to green spaces, lots of restaurants around and easy to get to the tram - however, we walked to most places. The apartment itself was larger than we expected which was nice and it was very comfortable. Bonus that it is pet friendly.

• Vânia (9/5): Great stay at Zagreb! - Good location to visit the old city, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The appartment was very clean and it is big enough for a família of 4. The bed is confortable. The host answered all our questions promtly and helped us with the parking information (parking at affordable price within 10 minutes walk distance). I recommend it! -

It is in city center. So can be bit loud in night. Building itself looks quite old. Make sure to read good instructions when you enter for first time (which elevator to take etc).

The host is very friendly and responsive and provided us with very useful tips for dinner and breakfast and most importantly for where to park the car. We enjoyed every moment of our short stay. La anfitriona muy atenta .Quizás un poco pequeño para cuatro personas adultas. Nosotros solo nos quedamos una noche y no utilizamos la cocina, pero si tienes pensado cocinar lo ideal son dos personas.

The hosts were lovely and sent detailed instructions on how to get the keys etc. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There was a little noise from the street but I stayed over the weekend so that's to be expected.
