- Abdulrahman (3/5): تجربتي كانت مخيبة للآمال - للأسف لا توجد أي نقاط إيجابية تذكر في هذا الفندق. السعر كان مرتفعًا مقارنة بمستوى الخدمة والجودة. المشكلة الأكبر هي مبلغ التأمين (Security Deposit). حتى الآن مر شهر كامل منذ مغادرتي للفندق ولم يتم إرجاع المبلغ. تواصلت معهم أكثر من مرة ولكن بدون أي حل واضح أو استجابة جدية. من غير المقبول أن يحتفظ الفندق بمبلغ التأمين كل هذه المدة بدون توضيح. مقابل السعر المرتفع، كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل من الاحترافية والتعامل.
- Greg (9/5): Loved the location and loved Barcelona - would stay there again - The location was fantastic, the apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. The lift worked well and big enough. The beds were uncomfortable - we used the mattress from the couch to put on top of our bed and that changed it totally. You needed mobile data to use the app which was the only way to open the apartment - only one of us had that so it was a little inconvenient - I think keys would have been much better.

- Anonymous (8/5): Would stay here again. - Great location, everything walking location. Bakery right below was great for breakfast. Apt was very clean. Would have liked the shower to be a bit bigger. You need an app to enter and a bit of a bummer as you could not share it with the family like duplicate physical keys.
