- Beatrice (7/5): - Spazi ambi e ben arredati Mancanza di aria condizionata. Passaggio luce dagli infissi la mattina.
Strada rumorosa.
- Imran (10/5): Beautiful apartment near the Vatican area - It’s a beautiful apartment and plenty of room and plenty of space. If you’re aiming to spend alot of time in and around central rome such as colosseum or Trevi then this location is quite far but if you’re hanging around the Vatican area then this is the perfect spot

- Matt (8/5): A great place to gather your family and enjoy the beauty of Rome - Beautiful house. Lots of character. Very large. Had a romantic feel. Great location. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Great views. Host was very responsive. No AC. Some damage, but that’s to be expected in an old apartment. Low toilet paper. Needs more fans.
- Lisa (8/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment though some of the interiors need updating, as does the description to ensure visitors kno - Beautiful building & very spacious apartment. It advertises a washing machine which isn’t there, there are 10 steep steps to the lift which also isn’t advertised and lack of basic cooking tools (sharp knife, chopping boards, etc) in the kitchen.
There is no air conditioning which made our nights uncomfortable as it was 40 degrees in Rome at the time.
- Karen (8/5): You will feel like Lord and Lady of the manor staying here! - A true Italian villa in a great neighborhood. The villa is huge with great architectural details. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are hard to find in Italy so this is a hidden gem. The neighborhood is safe with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The bathrooms are dated. A few more towels and pillows would have been nice.
- Karen (8/5): A beautiful Italian villa that will impress - It is very spacious and lovely, with chandeliers, high ceilings, and lovely windows. Dated bathrooms
- Roberto (10/5): Gorgeous stay! - Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean and awesome! Fantastic location, walked everywhere.
- Nancy (9/5): Museum apartment beautiful - Great location beautiful interior apartment No manual on how to operate things
- Muraközi (9/5): Excellent, elegant, best location. - Wonderful location, excellent access to the Vatican and Rome City. Everything reachable by walking along the Tevere. Roomy, comfortable, elegant. Hot water is rather only warm, no washing machine.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (8/5): Only 2 nights but great location as we were going to the Stadio Olympic for the rugby. Loved it except for 3rd bedroom. - Location was great. Easy walk from the metro and 5 stops from Termini. The property has a lift which is very helpful as it is on the 3rd floor. The apartment is huge - very well equipped bathrooms, beautiful seating and dining areas with great views from all the bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main master bedroom has a beautiful black marble bathroom with lovely mosaic tiles and good lighting along with a large spa bath. It also a wonderful dressing room. Amazing parquet floors throughout. The apartment is traditional and it even has a library. The third bedroom has a very thin mattress not suitable for an adult. It has a mezzanine up a spiral stair case with 2 single beds. One couple from our group used this room and found the downstairs bed (which only one could use) very uncomfortable. I would like to suggest that they replace the bed with a queen with a proper mattress as there is room in there for it. Currently I would say this apartment is only suitable for 2 couples and maybe 3 children.
- Luca (8/5): Very good -
- Jacqueline (8/5): A pleasant place to stay in Rome - Large enough for our group. Close enough to city without being too loud. Can walk to Vatican The door key is very difficult to operate. No air conditioning but it was ok for us. There is a lift but have to walk upstairs first
- Bogna (3/5): Very old apartment, needs renovation, but lots of space and charming. Would be nice if better managed - The style The apartment wasn’t cleaned correctly, lots of dusts everywhere, dirty and disgusting bathroom, sticky countertop and table in the kitchen. We let the host know and she came the next day to clean it out.
- Elena (9/5): A beautiful stay in a central location - We loved staying in this beautiful apartment, which was walking distance to the center of Rome. It was full of lots of lovely restaurants nearby, was super spacious and five mins from bakeries and a supermarket. The hosts were really responsive throughout Whatsapp and were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early, which we were really grateful for.
It was on the third floor but we make great use of the lift! One bedroom (the bedroom with the double bed, and then stairs up to a mezzanine floor with two single beds) looked out on to a busy road, meaning it was quite loud (especially with all the motorbikes throughout the night), which isn't unexpected when you are so central. With earplugs this isn't a problem, so just make sure to take earplugs.
The internal apartment door also had a certain way to unlock, so make sure you ask for the instructions on how to unlock the internal door. The hosts instantly responded to us with clear instructions through Whatsapp when we couldn't work the lock, which was great!
- Theresa (10/5): We had a lovely stay in an exceptional property. - Photos do no lie. Fabulous
- Noel (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Everything Nothing
- Theresa (9/5): Loved loved loved this place. Lots of room, perfect location where everything was within walking distance. Owner/ ma - Everything Door was hard to maneuver, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s really not a complaint.
- Giovanna (9/5): I would like to comeback to this property - The size and rooms. We were 8 and we were confortable They don’t have air conditioning and it was summer so very hot they just have fans
- Jordan (9/5): Superb - Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very central to all attractions and the local metro station for ease. Raffaella’s communication was excellent when checking in. The lack of AC led to some uncomfortable nights but each room had a fan.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosita (10/5): Domus Gracchi , a palazzo home away from home. - I love the property itself. It was just what I wanted to stay in in historic Rome. Looks and feels like a loving family lived in it. The facilities and comfort level my family had was what we wanted to feel in a home away from home. The location is perfect and we discovered quite a few wonderful restaurants around. Rafaela was easy to work with. We were grateful that she allowed us to enter before check in and drop off our bags because we arrived from the port early. Carla and Mara were wonderful too. We were just a bit uncomfortable at first because there was no air conditioning and I did not notice it in the booking. But with the windows open and the breeze coming in we got pleasantly comfortable. The main sofa could use a little maintenance but it is really beautiful.
- Josh (9/5): Very nice - Spacious No AC
- Elena (9/5): Superb - Great place, big spaces, very comfortable, atmospheric, very suitable location.
Raffaella was very polite and helpful Luck of air-conditioning
- Konstantinas (10/5): Just amazing! - This apartment was incredible! It was spacious, well-located, and the communication with the owner was excellent. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top accommodation.
- Britta (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome! - A real palazzo in the center of Rome. This venue has everything you need and more. So charming and beautiful - we had a great stay there! Highly recommend! Especially for a group of friends!
- Nikolai (9/5): Superb -
