• Anna (4/5): Nie polecam - Blisko centrum targowego. Smród w łazience, po uzyciu prysznica straszny odór z kanalizacji, nie mozna było sie go pozbyć. Lazienka z grzybem, kiepsko czyszczona. Stara,wymagająca remontu. Materac niewygodny, prześcieradlo skulkowane, używane wielokrotnie, szorstkie dla ciała. Klimatyzacja -nie działała, zepsuty byl centralne sterowanie w pokoju. Bylo bardzo cieplo, więc obsluga wyłączyla, ale nie naprawiła.

• Inna (7/5): - The breakfast was good, varied, and tasty — thank you for that. Daily cleaning and towel replacement — that was great! The hotel lobby is very beautiful. It is also convenient that there is an elevator. The staff was friendly, and the location is more or less okay. The room we received was different from the one shown in the photos on Booking. It was very uncomfortable because the beds were placed around a square construction/structure in the room, which we constantly had to avoid by bending down. At first glance, the room looked nice, but the furniture and bed linen were a bit outdated. At least the bed linen could be renewed. The room was not very clean, and I would have appreciated more thorough and regular cleaning. The room windows faced the mosque, which was very loud across the whole area at 5 a.m. and also every evening. The spa area is very old. The saunas need some cosmetic renovation. The steam sauna was especially terrible — the walls were crumbling, and there was an unpleasant smell.

• Xin (9/5): nice food and clean room - There are many varieties in the buffet, and the soup is delicious. They arrange personnel to clean the room every day, and the employees are also very polite and help with luggage. I stayed for three days, and overall everything was fine.

• Habib (1/5): A hotel with uncomfortable rooms, basic facility failures, unsafe emergency communication, unprofessional overcharging p - Just the location Unfortunately, my experience at Sarisa Hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the room temperature cannot be adjusted. Even in winter, the room was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep. Secondly, the toilet had a bad smell because the ventilation system was not working. This is a basic hygiene issue and should never happen in a hotel. Thirdly, the room phone did not work. I reported this to the staff and was told it would be fixed the next day, but it never was. This is a serious concern, especially in case of an emergency, as I was unwell at the time and could not contact reception. Regarding payment, despite having paid in advance, the staff tried to charge me again, claiming it was due to an internal error. Their handling of payments was inefficient and unprofessional, and they also attempted to overcharge me. If guests are not very careful, the exchange rate used by the hotel is extremely unreasonable. The breakfast was very limited and did not meet basic expectations. Finally, the cancellation policy is extremely rigid. I had two bookings with a four-day interval. Due to my poor experience, I wanted to cancel and move to another hotel, but cancellation was not allowed and I was forced to pay the full price, which left me no real choice but to stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many alternative hotels in the area that offer better comfort, service, and value for money.

• ousama (7/5): In general it was good - Good breakfast .. good location Ehen found 1st room not convenient, immediately staff changed to another better room. It is very important to check rooms for any defects before customer been in.
