• NESTOR (8/5): Muy recomendable - La ubicación del apartamento, a media cuadra de la estación de metro (Linea Verde) Santo Agostino y cercana al barrio Navigly, con canales tipo veneciano y una amplia oferta nocturna de bares y restaurantes. También su equipamiento y la amabilidad de Daria, la persona encargada de entregarnos las llaves que nos esperó una hora debido a las combinaciones de líneas de metro que debimos hacer ya que había dos estaciones en reparación. La escasa luz natural del apartamento y algún problema solucionable con el agua caliente de la ducha.
• Florin (8/5): - Amplasamentul și dotările bucătăriei, deși nu le-am folosit. E foarte aproape de metrou iar cartierul e liniștit. A fost foarte cald, deși e la parter. Lipsa plaselor de țânțari e un minus întrucât sunt o droaie.
• Emma (2/5): - Lors de notre séjour, nous avons malheureusement rencontré plusieurs désagréments. Tout d’abord, la maison n’est pas équipée de climatisation, et aucun ventilateur n’était mis à disposition. La chaleur au rez-de-chaussée était particulièrement difficile à supporter. Par ailleurs, la maison était envahie par des centaines de moustiques, ce qui a fortement altéré notre confort. Enfin, nous avons été surpris que le check-out soit exigé à 10h. Cela laisse très peu de temps aux voyageurs pour profiter de leur matin, d’autant que dans la plupart des hébergements, le départ est généralement fixé à midi. Nous espérons que ces retours vous seront utiles pour améliorer l’expérience future des voyageurs. Cordialement,

• Dario (10/5): Highly reccomended !!! - Five stars! The apartment is new and very cozy and confortable! The location is perfect as it’s only 10 seconds from the metro stop, and the Duomo is just a 16-minute walk away. The host is very kind and helpful.

• Fernanda (9/5): Great experience even if a bit pricey - Very well located, less than 5min away from a metro stop and walkable distance from touristic places. The apartment seemed recently renovated, it was very clean and organized. The host was very kind and understanding, allowing us for an earlier check up and then waiting for us because our transport was delayed. The only thing I can complain about is the noise of the AC, it was hard to sleep with it.

After arriving in the city center from Bergamo Airport using Terravision buses, you should take the train from Centrale FS Station and get off at the S. Agostino stop. Use the Sesto exit, as it is the closest one to the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance from this stop. The house we stayed in was very nice and clean, and everything was in working order. I had a small issue with an adapter, but Daria was incredibly attentive and resolved it immediately. You can confidently come here with both your family and friends. Initially, I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but they were completely unfounded. We can easily buy our own coffee and detergent, and I think it is unreasonable to expect the hotel to provide these. The only potential downside might be the thin walls, but since we are here on vacation and usually quite tired, I don't think the noise will affect your sleep. I will definitely stay here again next time. Daria's exceptional service truly made our stay memorable and pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her dedication and kindness were outstanding and greatly appreciated. -
