- Svitlana (7/5): - This apartment is one of many located in a block building, but it truly stands out. The space was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared to welcome the next guests. Equally remarkable was our host, who proved to be not only hospitable and cordial but also highly respectful and attentive to all our needs. The location is another advantage, as the property is situated very close to the sea. That said, those seeking a quiet retreat may wish to reconsider. The apartment is surrounded by several restaurants, and a few times per week the noise continues until around 23:30. In addition, the soundproofing inside the building leaves something to be desired—you are largely at the mercy of your neighbors, whether it be children running or someone moving furniture or dropping heavy objects above you.

- Lana (10/5): - Нам сподобалося усе. Спілкування було чудовим, апартаменти були чисті( за винятком підлоги, вона була дуже брудна). Я б додала кімнатні капці, бо ми не взяли із собою. Ще додайте будь ласка пледи, та у ванній кімнаті не вистачало поличок для шампуню.

Магазинчики, кафешки, ресторанчики - все поруч Відсутність пральної машини в орендованих апартаментах. Є окремо пральний куточок внизу біля ресепшина, але з дітьми було б набагато зручніше з пралкою.

Ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Il parcheggio privato poi é stato comodissimo, poiché in strada non si trova facilmente parcheggio! É stato un soggiorno fantastico, grazie ancora!

The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy. The beach and shops were also easily accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only one key was provided, which was inconvenient when we had separate plans. Other than that, everything was great.

- Klaudia (10/5): - Pokój duży, bardzo czysty z przepięknym widokiem. Jeśli będę kiedyś w okolicy to chętnie go wybiorę jeszcze raz. Właściciel zapewnił nam taxi z lotniska i na lotnisko, bez większego problemu było również zostawienie bagażu po wymeldowaniu z pokoju.

- Iryna (9/5): - Для любителей апартаментов с видом на море, это идеальный вариант. Два балкона с видом, на одном из них стол и стулья. Можно было медитировать. Море во всей своей красе. Близко к пляжу. Пляж такой себе, но апартаменты тут не при чем. Просторный номер, очень стильный, хорошо укомплектованная кухня, кондиционер, удобная кровать, матрас, подушки. Наличие биде. Мелочи в виде чая, масла, соли и т.д. Мы ими не пользовались, но их наличие порадовало. Нас ждала бутылка охлажденной воды в холодильнике. Парковка бесплатная, просто вдоль улицы . Мне не очень понравился Дуррес, а в апартаменты я бы вернулась Достаточно слабая звукоизоляция. Не работал чайник, но нам сразу предложили его заменить. Тихонько капала вода из сливного бачка в туалете и на полу всегда было немного воды. Но без мелочей и не бывает?..

Asunnon läheisyydessä on muutamia kauppoja ja leipomo mistä voi ostaa perustarvikkeita. Myös useampia ravintoloita lähietäisyydellä. Nettisivuilla lukee uloskirjautuminen klo. 11.00 ja majoittujan omissa papereissa klo. 10.00. Tämä on hieman ristiriitaista. Uloskirjautuminen klo. 10.00 on aika aikaisin.

Do centrum Durres można dojechać autobusem miejskim łapanym na ulicy lub taxi za 12 euro. Wszystko w porządku.

- Skátula (8/5): - Velký čistý byt s klasickým zařízením, 100m od pláže. Velmi ochotný personál. Čisté moře s pozvolnou pláží. Dlouhá promenáda s restauracemi a obchody. Byli jsme rádi, že nejsme přímo v Durrës, protože tam bylo moře špinavé. Sprchový kout nemá ani závěs, podlaha je po každém sprchování mokrá až k toaletě. Nelze projít po pláži do města, protože vedle je vojenský objekt s nepřístupnou pláží.

They provided us with a shuttle from the airport, for an additional fee, but we didn't have to look for ways to get to the property. The apartments have everything you need for cooking. - hitesh (7/5): Average with potential to improve - The property is located in a safe neighbourhood with the beach being 100 m away, There are loads of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets in the area, and the location is away from the main city. The host and his family were helpful, and endeavoured to do their best. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds, good wifi and two balconies. The host arranged pick up and drop facility for us at a very good price. The host can work around magic if asked to do so, he’s a great guy with a smile on his face. Wish him best of luck. The kitchen has bare minimum utensils, cutlery and crockery, and not in the best of shape. Toiletries were not provided and upon asking, only a shampoo was given. Only one roll of toilet paper provided for 5 days 🤣. The baby cot was not provided, despite being committed that it will be available. The washing machine is present in a common area and there might be a que at times; however , the host were generous enough to put/ remove clothes in the washing machine , thereby saving time. The bathing area needs to be covered with glass/ curtain.

Fantastyczny i pomocny gospodarz Albi-takich gospodarzy ze świecą szukać. Jakikolwiek problem o każdej porze byl do zalatwienia-nawet w nocy (w środku nocy osobiście zalatwił przenośny kompresor ze względu na problemy z ciśnieniem opon w dwóch autach) Przydałoby się uzupelnić naczynia (kubki, szklanki i sztucće) ale to nie był duzy problem.

Its also nicely located within 5 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to everyone, no problem will book it again.

- SARAH-VINGA (10/5): Accueil d'exception & dépaysement assuré ! - L'hospitalité, la gentillesse et la générosité d'Albi (notre hôte) sont EXTRAORDINAIRES ! Une collation et une bouteille d'eau nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La vue mer, tant espérée est au rendez-vous ! Le logement est spacieux, au calme et la literie y est très confortable. Tous les commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pieds et la promenade sur le front de mer est agréable. Le stationnement (gratuit) dans la rue est aisé. L'atmosphère générale est paisible et la population locale serviable et accueillante ! L'adresse sur la réservation ne nous a pas guidé jusqu'au logement : recevoir la localisation GPS en amont de notre départ nous aurait facilité la tâche. La douche est dépourvue d'une cabine ou d'un rideau : le sol est donc inondé après chaque utilisation et nos pieds systématiquement trempés pour utiliser les WC. La plage (face au logement) est difficilement praticable hors saison, faute de nettoyage.
- Felicia (6/5): - Very nice host and nice apartment. Close to the beach and the few restaurants that existed by the beach. The area was not nice, very “dead/quiet” and almost nothing was open. We could tell it wasn’t close to city centre. There was no shower curtain or door to the shower so after 1 minute of showering the whole bathroom was covered in water. The address for the apartment on Maps that is said on Booking and when you get the email confirmation is incorrect. Eventually, they sent us a text message with the right address, but by then our taxi had already driven to the first address they gave us so it was a very expensive taxi ride :/

It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare some light meals "at home." I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony This unexpected generosity provided so much extra space and comfort during my stay. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the fresh air. This apartment truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Durres, look no further! I will definitely recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area. Nothing!
