I travelled with a car, thus appreciated a large underground parking. A small kitchenette is very useful. A bit of room's interior refreshment would be useful

- Guex (9/5): Hôtel tres agréable, ainsi que le personnel et la proximité au top. Merci encore. - Super petit déjeuner avec grand buffet tres bien garni et le personnel très agréable et a l'écoute. Les joints dans la salle d'eau tres grossiés et présence de trous suite a une mauvaise pose , désolé je suis artisan. Par contre le tout et tres propre merci au personnel.

V.a. hat meiner Seele die liebenswerte Freundlichkeit der Hotelbesitzerin sowie des Personals gut getan. 4 Tage hatten einen Erholungswert von 2 Wochen!

Possibilité de laisser la voiture dans le parking souterrain durant toute la journée après le check-out. Peut-être le prix du parking souterrain (12.-/jour) pas mentionné sur Booking. Hôtel un peu vieillot: cuisinette, courants d'air à certains endroits (mauvaise isolation)

The check in staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was also dog friendly which was important to us. Nothing negative!

Parking souterrain très spacieux avec un accès direct avec les ascenseurs jusqu la chambre. Petit déjeuner très varié avec beaucoup de choses. Nous nous sommes régalés. . - Max G. (9/5): - Le calme, la sympathie du personel, la literie, la proximité de toutes les activités. La chambre spacieuse et très pratique avec plein de rangement. La salle du petit déjeuner est juste formidable, on a l'impression d'être dans un château. Petite salle de jeux et coin dans la salle de restaurant pour les enfants. Les cousins des lits sont complètement mou. Il faut bien faire une boule pour qu'il y ai quelque chose qui tient la tête.

- Rory (9/5): Comfortable and welcoming family hotel, great value and location - This hotel has been run by the same family for generations. The staff were so kind and welcoming and they have so lovingly preserved the 1970s fittings and decor - it is like a time capsule. The rooms are very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable, shower is strong and hot, breakfast is very generous. The location is perfect, equidistant 400m from both hot baths and cable car. Parking provided. Dog was welcome. Absolutely nothing, will return.

- Qian (7/5): 综上 我不会再来这间酒店，对着镜子睡觉会使我神经衰弱 - 非常有年代感的酒店，房间非常大这让我感到意外，浴室非常非常小，酒店面积非常大 无论是餐厅还是房间，餐厅餐食一般 没有咖啡机 这使我不能接受 我在房间里面想锁门或者开门都需要用钥匙，这使我觉得非常危险，因为一旦发生危险 我不能第一时间逃出房间 而是去找钥匙开门，于此 我不会再选择这间酒店。停车位是收费的 12瑞郎直到退房，然而这个收费的车位非常窄小 这对我造成了困扰。床的对面是一面大镜子，这和我们的传统大相径庭，我们说床对着镜子会招鬼，好在我的孩子们不在乎这些。

The personnel was helpful and kind, and had nice recommandations for nearby family friendly restaurants The breakfast was very rich, and our table was just next to the children's play area, happy kids, happy parents! The last day we had a very early start so they offered to bring us our breakfast orders the evening before, it worked out wonderfully, really great service!
