• Sergio (6/5): No había otra cosa - Bien comunicado. Buena comunicación con el dueño. Entorno tranquilo y seguro. Persiana rota. Puerta de la ducha rota. El colchón es el peor que he dormido en mi vida. Cuando llegamos a casa no había luz, nos pasó lo mismo el ultimo día
• Fabiola (7/5): Podría mejorar las instalaciones - El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nuestra estadía y respondía rápido a nuestras inquietudes. Había buena locomoción. Además, nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas antes de la hora de check in, lo cual agradecimos mucho porque llegamos muy temprano a la ciudad y eso no dio tiempo de salir a conocer la ciudad cómodamente. Las instalaciones podrían mejorar. La habitación era pequeña, pero el principal problema fue en el baño y la conexión eléctrica, el baño tenía mala la puerta de la ducha y era incómodo. Además se nos cortó la luz durante nuestra estadía. Estaba alejado del centro pero había buena locomoción en el sector.
• Laura (5/5): - L'emplacement super ! Quartier calme, et bien desservi. Beaucoup de bruit dans le logement, les murs sont très fin. L'appartement petit, sans chauffage, la salle de bain très petite également, avec une porte de douche cassée et l'eau froide/chaude échangée. Pour le prix, c'est passable. Il ne faut pas vouloir y passer trop de temps. Pour un bref voyage à Londres, en partant tôt le matin et en rentrant tard le soir c'est parfait !
• Izaak (7/5): Prima kamer in fijne rustige buurt. - Locatie, rustige straat dichtbij park en eetgelegenheden. Grote kastruimte. prima badkamer. warm water. Erg gehorig, als er andere gasten waren die hard praten of muziek speelden stoorde dat. deur van douche was stuk.
• Levi (1/5): Ofräscht sunkigt dåligt! - Hade en kyl som funkade. Man välkomnades av en mus utanför och när vi kom vid inchecknings tiden så var rummet inte färdigstädat. Vi fick vänta utanför en timma. Köket var så sunkigt att det var oanvändbart. Duschen höll på att falla sönder och avloppet rann superdåligt så det blev en pool i duschen. gardinerna funkar inte. Tv:n funkar inte. De va sunkigt och jätte lyhört. Rekommenderar inte!
• Girls (6/5): - Il fatto che erano disponibili nonostante i diversi difetti Non mi aspettavo una reggia per quello che ho pagato ma almeno il minimo, innanzitutto l'armadio da fuori non era ben pulito c'erano le manate e dietro la televisione c'era polvere.. Il. Bagno non profumava, siamo state due giorni senza acqua calda che poi per fortuna hanno risolto, e il fono anche... Ennesimo disagio non funzionava ma hanno risolto, e non c'era neanche una sedia, né nella stanza, né in cucina

• Anna Hoberg (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage war zwar in einem der Randbezirke Londons, aber alles sehr gut erreichbar. Vor Ort gab es viele Restaurants und Imbisse, sehr empfehlenswert hier der Italiener Al Forno auf der anderen Seite des Parks :) Das Besteck war leider nicht sauber und die Dusche sehr instabil, sodass man Angst hatte, dass sie außeinanderfällt, wenn man die Türen bewegt hat. Aber für den Preis vollkommen ok

• Giuseppe Trotta (7/5): A Londra è difficile trovare una struttura con questo buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. - La struttura è vicinissima alla fermata della metro di Shepherd's Bush e in 10 minuti si è in centro a Londra! La camera è dotata di molti comfort, compresi frigorifero, adattatori per la corrente e asciugacapelli. La nostra camera era un po' stretta per due persone e aveva pochi ganci per appendere cappotti, vestiti ecc. e in generale poco spazio per muoversi. Il bagno, seppure pulito, non ha prese per la corrente e la cabina-doccia è rotta, con un bel po' di incrostazioni. Le camere non sono del tutto isolate acusticamente, quindi se gli ospiti delle altre camere sono rumorosi, come è successo a noi, vi potrebbe capitare di svegliarvi durante la notte per la loro maleducazione.

The garden were the tiny backwards of other houses.The TV could not be tuned to any channel as the room aerial could not received any signal. There were not enough sockets to connect devices.

• Arttu (10/5): Loistava. - Sijainti oli loistava, henkilökunta oli erittäin hyvä ja he vastasivat nopeasti. Huoneessa oli muutenkin kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Kuvissa huoneet näyttivät paremmalle mutta se on vain pieni miinus.
• Johanna (3/5): Ich würde persönlich nicht wieder kommen, da es einige Sachen gab die selbst für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt sind. - Die Lage war sehr gut Es war sehr unsauber, am Boden lagen überall noch Haare. Es gab Rost im Bad und eine kaputte Dusche. An den Wänden von der Dusche waren wie eine Art von ‚,Schimmelflecken‘‘. Die Badtüre ging nicht mehr zu, da das Scharnier kaputt war. Außerdem war das Rollo kaputt. Es sieht aufjedenfall nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern oben.

• Thom (7/5): Perfect location, great value, one of my favourites but needs some TLC. - One of my favourite places to stay when I'm in London (and I am in London every other week for 4 nights). Location couldn't be better for access to tube stations, shops and places to eat. The street itself is very quiet. Check in is very easy and rooms have most things you'd need. Feels safe and secure. I've stayed here 4 times now. Shower is good and bathroom is well equipped. Good value for money considering you have a private bathroom. Being close to Westfield is great on a cold wet night, you can go somewhere warm and dry and do some shopping and get food etc. Some issues in Room 3 which need addressing: - Shower door is broken and wouldn't close properly. - Bathroom door was very hard to close, hinge is loose. - Radiator on constantly and unable to turn them down or off. - Blind didn't close all the way so hard to have privacy or darkness. - No desk or chair.

• Maria Chiara (7/5): Posizione top, stanza alla fin fine accettabile - Ottima la posizione, comodissima! A 5 min. a piedi dalla stazione metro e bus Shepherd’s Bush. Vicino c’è anche un grande shopping centre. Alla fin fine se ci si accontenta (e per la media di Londra) è buona anche la stanza: il letto era ok, gli asciugamani c’erano, l’acqua calda funzionava, il bagno privato era all’interno della camera, sono stata bene. Però davvero solo se si sta in giro tutto il giorno e si torna a casa semplicemente per dormire. Un po’ di sporcizia. Pezzi rotti nel bagno. Pochi asciugamani. Poche coperte. Cuscini raccapriccianti. Nemmeno una sedia. Basterebbero pochissime accortezze per rendere tutto più confortevole e guadagnare punti (un piccolo esempio: cambiare il soffione della doccia).
• Alexis (9/5): Cómoda habitación con excelente conexión al transporte público. - Buena conexión con el transporte público. Barrio seguro. Cercanía a locales comerciales y restaurantes. Pequeños detalles en la ducha de la habitación que no entorpecieron la estadía.
• GIULIA (7/5): Ottimo, comodissimo per le nostre esigenze. - Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana si Sheperd bush linea rossa central della metro, in 20/30 minuti ti porta in centro città e in tutti i luoghi d'interesse. Zona tranquillissima, poco rumore. Molto vicino anche alla stazione dei treni, molto comoda se si vuole uscire dalla città (per esempio c'è il treno che in 20 minuti porta agli studios di Harry potter). A 5 minuti a piede c'è un centro commerciale come molti negozi (Lidl) in cui comprare pranzi e colazioni se non si vuole spendere troppo in giro per la città. Camera piccola, ma con tutto il necessario, letto, frigo tv e bagno. Asciugamani da poter utilizzare, sapone per le mani e carta igenica. Possibilità della cucina, lavanderia e piccolo giardino in comune. La cura e la pulizia in particolare del bagno. Un pò fatiscente. La doccia aveva le ante rotte che non si riuscivano a chiudere e il gabinetto aveva la tavoletta che si smontava da sola. Muffa sul muro. Il resto della piccola stanza era pulito e in ordine, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Per il prezzo e soprattutto la posizione consigliere assolutamente questo posto
• Elena (10/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable, and excellent value for money in a prime location. - We stayed in room number 2, which has a door leading onto the terrace. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet throughout our stay. Considering the price we paid, we could not have asked for more. The person in charge was available 24/7, so I am unsure why some guests have mentioned a lack of response. In our experience, the service was excellent. There were no complaints at all. While there are a few small details that could be improved, staying in this area at this price is almost impossible to find.

• Elena (5/5): - La ubicación era excelente a nivel de barrio, que era muy tranquilo y con locales de comida cerca, y a nivel de desplazamiento, habían estaciones de bus y metro a 5 min caminando La cama sin duda, las ropa de la cama parecía sucia, tengo algún tipo de picadura justo detrás de la oreja espero que no haya sido de chinches o pulgas, pero sin duda la cama no daba buena espina. A parte de que me quisieron engañar, me asignaron la habitacion 2 y al buscar en comentarios ponía que no era la que se vendía en la oferta que era otra habitación en la cual entraban bichos (¿más?), olía a humedad… al darme cuenta de esto solicité al apartamento que me cambiase de habitación, sorprendentemente me cambio a la primera y a la habitación que ponía en Booking (room 3). Pienso que se intentan aprovechar de la gente porque si no tenía a nadie en esa habitación porque me pusieron en la habitación mala? En fin no creo que repita

• Alessandro (10/5): - Alloggio molto confortevole e accogliente. Facile l'ingresso in struttura e spiegato molto bene dal proprietario. La zona è perfetta, in una via residenziale tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro dove si può prendere la metro e intorno ci sono negozi, discount e servizi di ogni genere. Il personale è davvero gentile e onesto. Ho dimenticato un oggetto molto caro alla mia ragazza e loro hanno avuto la premura di tenerlo da parte fino a quando ritornerò lì. Un segno di grande onestà e affidabilità. Sicuramente sarà uno dei miei punti di alloggio preferiti ogni volta che verrò a Londra. Grazie per averci ospitato presso la vostra struttura e grazie per la vostra onestà e gentilezza. Ci rivedremo presto.

• Thom (7/5): Perfect location, comfortable beds, in need of some TLC - I've stayed here 3 times now. The rooms are big and the comfortable. I was in room 2 on the ground floor this time, which has access to a small patio area (no furniture though). Check in was easy, location is excellent and in many ways it's one of my favourite (cost-effective) places to stay in London. I stayed in August and the shower room was in a bit of a state. I actually ended up fixing the shower door which was hanging off. Staying again in late October and it was worse. Not draining, lots of cracks around the base and so now leaking onto the floor. Reported to the owner but got no reply. Wasn't the end of the world, provided there are no electrics under the floor!

• Zilbergas (5/5): - The price was solid only for the location when compared with other places. Also bonus points for having a fridge in the room and the bed sheets were clean. When we arrived at our check-in time, the room wasn’t ready for us, so we had to wait for 40 minutes for the cleaner to finish making our room… The bathroom was full of mold, shower doors were completely broken (it was leaking water outside when showering), toilet seat was also broken. Basically, advertised room does not match the reality.

• Thom (8/5): Excellent location on a nice street, comfortable and great value. - This was my second time staying here. This time in Room 3 on the first floor. I think I actually preferred the layout of room 3 to room 2. Room had a fridge, TV, wardrobe, bed, and ensuite bathroom. No lamp or lighting other than the main light and no bedside table. The location is excellent, really nice street just behind the main strip in Shepherd's Bush but very quiet and peaceful. Felt safe there. There's a well equipped kitchen and a small outdoor area if you're a smoker. Check in was very easy - a code for a lockbox. I'd definitely stay again for a night or two. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and I slept well. A desk in the room and bedside table would have been really helpful.
• Nováková (9/5): - Velmi klidné místo v tiché ulici. Velmi blízko stanice metra, zastávka autobusů, řada možností k nákupu, restaurace, rychlá občerstvení. velké obchodní centrum. Ubytování bylo čisté, postel velmi pohodlná. V ubytování byla k dispozici plně vybavená kuchyňka, pračka a sušička. Když jsem měla problém, ubytovávatel okamžitě reagoval a problém mi pomohl vyřešit. Velmi malá koupelna a příliš teplá voda ve sprše, která nešla přenastavit. U umyvadla tekla jen studená voda. Jedna velká společná přikrývka (preferuji pro dvě osoby dvě přikrývky).

• tyr97 (1/5): STAY AWAY, MOLD, UNSAFE CONDITIONS - Norhing, this place is dangerousy stay away! Mold all over the walls, broken shower door and host who ignores all messages and requests, the worst experience i've ever had, STAY AWAY, it's not worth it!
• Thom (7/5): Good for a short stay, lovely quiet area. Great value. - I enjoyed my stay. I had a downstairs room with a door out into a small patio area - which was nice. The bed was comfy and the room had mostly everything I needed for my stay. Check in and out was very easy - key box. It's on a quiet but pretty street just behind the main strip in Shepherd's Bush. A 2 min walk to the central line station. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked fairly well equipped with laundry facilities. All in all perfect for a short stay in a great location. The shower in my room had been snapped off by a previous guest - so had to be held while using. The shower door was very loose and felt like it might fall off at any minute. No chair in the room - though there was a desk.

The kettle was not clean and appeared to have germs inside. Additionally, the shower handle was broken, making it difficult to use properly. While the location was good, these maintenance problems need to be addressed

The TV had a chrome cast connected. We stayed in room number 2, on the ground floor. It was cold, the air was very humid and smelled moldy. There was a lot of spider webs in our room, as well as some mold in the shower. The shower door was broken, it was not possible to close it properly. The accommodation also provided plates and cutlery, unfortunately it was all dirty and we had to wash it. Since the room was on the ground floor, it has a entry to little garden. The door looked very cheap, so we felt a bit unsafe in the room.

• Maciej99 (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the time the owner answered my questions. He was kind and hospitable. My room was spacious, had big, comfortable bad (better than mine at home :D). To get to the most important monuments in the city the underground is an amazing way to choose, just 100 meters from the hotel. I really recommend this place.

• Symeon (7/5): Great for visiting London on a budget! - One of the biggest pros is the price is really good for the location. The street is very quiet. Bus and tube stations are right around the corner and all the central locations are reachable in about 30 minutes. Self check-in was easy, especially since we arrived late at night. Also, it's important that we had the room halfway up the stairs, which I would guess is the most quiet out of the 5 (2 more down, 2 upstairs) and overlooking the backyard instead of the street. The bed was also really comfortable. Besides being well connected the area offers many supermarkets, cafes and bakeries. Our favorite one was ''Kave'' which is a 5' walk, and they offer great savory and sweet breakfast and snacks. Value for money is great, but you get what you pay for. The biggest issue was the ventilation in the windowless bathroon didn't work and it smelled of mold. It seems like they had tried to clean it but the smell was very strong and we had to buy a candle to drown it out. Some of the cups provided and the toothbrush holder were also not cleaned. Also the radiator, which is right above the bed, was reallz dusty. Finally, the 3 towels we were provided (it was supposed to be 4 - 2 each) were really small to use as body towels. However it's understandable that for that price not everything will be perfect and I would consider booking here again!

• Nadi (1/5): Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I hated it. It was disgusting, disgusting and disgusting. The area was dangerous and again, disgusting. There was a strange man who opened our door and had a key and it was me and my mother in the room we were shocked and extremely scared, he started shouting at us and there was no notice to us that a stranger would walk in. A lot of people have the keys to the room. The oven was mouldy and didnt work. The washing machine smelled a horrible odour. There was cobwebs everywhere even on the handle of the door. The shower was rusted. If you love your health, do not visit 17 Sterne Street. Disgusting place. Not worth a penny of your money and your health will be in danger.
• Simon (5/5): Cheap with good location but a very small room with a lot of noise. - - location (just 3 minutes to the Shepards Bush Station) - contact with the personnel (Ahmad was very responsive) - close to the Westfield Shopping Centre (5 minutes away) - working flat-screen TV - We had Room nr 2 located on the ground level by the garden (if you can call that a garden) and right next to the washing room/kitchen. The doors to the room and walls didn't provide any soundproofing. Every time someone was doing laundry or something else in the kitchen or walking through the corridor and opening/closing the door to the house, we could hear everything. Other guests didn't care if it was late like 00:00, they still did laundry or cooking! - From our Room, we had access to the so-called garden via the door next to the bed. During the night various bugs came under the door to the room. - The room was very small ( I had to jump over the bed to get to the toilet and exit) but it had a toilet and a shower although it was poorly done by the "builders". There were cracks on the walls, toilet flash was attached to the piece from the other set with visible broken wood fixing. It looked semi-clean. The windows were dirty. - The worst part was when some workers came with the ladder before 8 a.m. and started to clean the gutters in the garden part, right outside our room windows, making a lot of noise. When I confronted them they told me and my partner that it had to be done. They were making so much noise that we couldn't sleep at all. Surely works like that can be done after 10 am when most of the guest is up or not in their rooms. Overall it was quite cheap, with a very good location but I'll never stay there again!

There wasn't enough towels but the owner quickly gave us soon dropped us more off The temperature of the shower wouldn't adjust so it was too hot to shower and the shower handle was broke. The tenants living in the next rooms were very inconsiderate as there guests repeatedly kept ringing our door bell in the middle of the night to let them in .
