• Lisa (10/5): - Uns hat der große Balkon beim Appartment sehr gefallen. Auch dass man echt viel Platz für alle Sachen hatte war toll. Zusätzlich war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Gebäckservice in der Früh hat auch super geklappt und war auch frisch und sehr lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

• Rastislav (7/5): - I appreciated the location of the accommodation, as it is situated very close to the ski lifts. On the other hand, it is relatively farther from the center of the village, and in the immediate vicinity there are only one or two pizzerias. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant or any on-site dining facilities. There is also no possibility to visit a hotel bar. Additionally, the reception is open only for limited hours—approximately four hours in the morning and four hours in the afternoon. What I did not appreciate was that, although there was a sauna available, it was not equipped with towels or sheets, so guests had to bring their own. In addition, despite paying for the accommodation through Booking, the property charges an additional €100 cleaning fee. Nevertheless, guests are required to take out the trash themselves and dispose of it in the waste containers located in front of the hotel. Guests are also expected to load and start the dishwasher before departure. In practice, this means that one has to carry out most of the basic cleaning tasks personally, which raises the question of what exactly the €100 cleaning fee is intended to cover.
• Serhiy (6/5): Great location! - Location. Small ski room (crowded) and we lost there a pair of a ski poles. To reach a ski room from some apartments you have to “pass a quest”. Many steps, elevator etc. On our way home I’ve received a call from a property with a question about missing bottles of alcohol of our neighbors (receptionist ask me : “did you take a vine from a neighbor’s terrace”) It was a terrible and erase all positive feeling of my family after vacation. DEAR staff…if people ready to pay a 15 hundreds Euro to stay in apartments they can buy alcohol itself. But most crucial in this case that we are not consume alcohol at all in my family.
• Tomasz (10/5): Fantastic apartment right next to the ski slope. - Basically everything was great: a spacious apartment, clean and well equipped, with a beautiful mountain view. The whole place is very well designed with skiers in mind and makes it easy to enjoy your free time between sessions on the slopes. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large and comfortable bathroom, and big, comfortable beds. I definitely recommend it. A parking space in the building is also a big plus. If I had to point out something, it would be the rather slow lift. When many people are returning from or heading to the slopes, or during changeover day, you may have to wait a bit. And the stairs are not always the best alternative when you need to get to the fifth floor ;)

He was willing to put extra beds in on request. The daily bread delivery option was a nice touch although I did not end up using it. Is a 20 minute walk into town up a hill

• Çelik (10/5): Very comfortable stay for ski holidays for families - It has a very good location; 2 minutes to Grünwald Bahn. Apartment is very wide; plenty of space, 2 rooms plus big living room, two bathrooms, 1 shower, 1 bathtub, kitchen equipped with everything you may need. We felt like at home for our 3 night stay for skiing with 2 kids. Closed auto-park available for every flat which is totally an asset in this region because parking is a problem especially in high season. Reception was also very kind. Overall, we highly recommend this place.
• Florin1973 (9/5): Excellent choice, highly recommended - we loved the excellent quality of materials and amenities in the apartment, the location (4 min walking from the GrunwaldBahn Chairlift), the comfort, cleanliness and quietness. And friendliness and efficiency of the staff. a bit complicated (entrance, ski room, reception on different floors). To reach for the sauna from the apartment you need to go through the garage, which isn't the best option.

• Emily (9/5): Great location, fantastic apartment. - The apartment was fantastic- we stayed in A24 and it was perfect. Great balcony with stunning views. So close to the main big lift. Two big bedrooms, one with a great ensuite. The lounge / dining area was comfy and well appointed. We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything you could need. Loads of DVDs and a smart TV meant we had plenty of entertainment available if we needed it in between skiing and dinner out. The elephant people staying in A34 above us who got up at 6am and tap danced in their ski boots. The dishwasher in the unit was useless as it needed salt, rinse aid etc- we were kindly left dishwasher tablets but they didnt help. Towels the size of a postage stamp. Quite a walk to the main town- up sheet ice on a hill as the buses stop early. but it was in a way great to stay at the bottom so you could go out for dinner and waddle down hill home.
• Irena (9/5): Very spacious and comfortable, close to ski lifts, would stay there again. - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious, comfortable, light and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a big balcony (which we didn't use as were there in February), the beds are very comfortable (a rare occurrence in hotels/apartments). Everything was fine, I wish there was more salt thrown in front of the entrance, would have been easier to walk while carrying skis. But otherwise, highly recommended, would stay there again.

• Norbert (7/5): Overall it was all ok and worth the price. - Staff was very kind and helpful, the apartment was really nice with wonderful sight from the balcony on top floor. Kitchen was well equipped, living room part was spacious and comfortable. There was a constant noise in the bedroom, not sure if from the elevator or other machine. The apartment description mentioned extra toilet, but there was only one (which is still acceptable for this size of apartment, but we counted with that). Some sauna towels and/or robes could have been useful.

Rooms are spacy, bathroom was perfect - shower tub and bath tub, toilet is separated. Hotel personnel are very helpful. We really enjoyed staying in Steinadler, and we're definitely coming again :)

The receptionist was calling several times imaptiently about our exact time of arrival and acted passive aggresively. The bedlinen and towels are separately charged wich is stated in reservation but you need to scroll through the whole reservation to find this information.

• Radek (8/5): Our stay was generally nice, we enjoyed it and we will return in the future. - Location was superb, appartment clean and comfortable, ski room on the floor, underground garage spot, ski rental and ski lift across the street/road. Town/village centre was lively, shops, banks, cafeterias, discos in the evenings. In regard to a ski area, plenty of pistes and lifts, night skiing, one doesn't get bored. Although the appartment was clean and generally comfortable, I would expect newer equipment and perhaps more stylish furnishings for the value.

Easy access to the lifts, and the nearest InterSport for ski rentals. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a week's stay away from home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.
• Birgitt (9/5): Wonderful all around! Friendly staff, beautiful environment, delicious food, perfect pistes. - We checked in online. The keys were left in the locker at the front door. We received very clear instructions per mail/sms. Perfect check-in process, we could also drive without stress from the Netherlands, knowing that we could 'check-in', even if we arrived a little later. The (bed) pillows were perhaps a little thin, but I am in any case picky when it comes to pillows.

We liked to go to the sauna every evening. One of the bedrooms had a view to a wall and ir was quite dark because of that.
