• CECILIA TERESA (5/5): - La ubicación Las fotos no coincidían con lo real. Es un departamento muy chico para hospedarnos 4 adultos, solo 2 camas y un sofá que se hace cama doble (no es cama !). Poco cómodo y la distribución del lugar poco práctica. Muy muy chico. La cocina poco equipada.

• Anne-Maïsha (6/5): Not amazing but cheap and well located - Good location and good price No natural light in the living room, there was a missing towel we asked for one and never received it. The kitchen ustensiles were really dirty and full of food stains. When we open the sofa to make it a bed there were a lot of food crumbles. The fridge was leaking water and making a lot of noise and there was a light constantly blinking in the kitchen. The apartment is not well isolated so we were hearing everything happening in the corridor and in the apartment next to us.

• Suelen (6/5): Experiência abaixo do esperado - A localização e o valor foi o que nos atraiu para a hospedagem. É bem localizada e a praia do Arpoador é segura com muitos agentes de segurança. A estadia acabou sendo frustrante, principalmente por problemas de manutenção e falta de suporte durante a estadia. Logo que chegamos percebemos que a luz e o ventilador do quarto não funcionavam. Falamos com a pessoa responsável, que primeiro disse que o controle era o mesmo da sala (que funcionava), depois que era outro controle e que deveria estar em algum lugar da casa, e por fim confirmou que ele havia sido perdido. Foi dito que iriam resolver, mas isso não aconteceu. Passamos toda a hospedagem sem luz e sem ventilador de teto no quarto, tendo que usar um ventilador antigo, que não ajudou muito. Além disso, a casa tinha outros problemas, como lençóis manchados, o varal estava caído de um lado e a pia do banheiro entupida, fazendo a água demorar bastante para escoar. O apartamento é pequeno, mas aconchegante, e chegamos com boas expectativas. Infelizmente, por conta desses problemas, a experiência acabou sendo decepcionante.

• De Assis (10/5): Foi bem tranquila, ficamos bem acomodadas, um lugar bem familiar. - Da localização. Muito perto de tudo. Isso facilitou para os passeios e o acesso à praia. Há elevadores e também tem porteiro 24h. Éramos em três amigas. Às vezes pode ser um pouco apertado. A cozinha era minúscula e poucas panelas. Como cozinhamos algumas vezes, tivemos que nos virar com o pouco que tinha.

• Gina U (6/5): Great location, use microwaved water to wash your face - Excellent location. Responsive staff. Doorman available 24 hours. Cooking utensils available. Clean. Fridge leaked a little. No hot water to bathroom sink. I had to microwave water to wash my face. Only hand soap. No body soap. No hair dryer. Shower water lukewarm. I'm not used to having electrical wires in the shower. No warm water to kitchen sink. My flight was delayed and I only spent 2 nights here and did not get the other 2 nights refunded.

• Luciana (8/5): Location is great, not great ventilation. - The location is great. The apart good size. CLEAN. Not much lightening. No air conditioning so the ceiling fan in the bedroom makes SO MUCH NOISE. Impossible to use it, it feels like it's gonna fall at anytime. There's a spair small fan, but with the heat it doesn't change much.
• Pablo (9/5): Good place in ipanema - Place near the beach, the location is very good and had good amenities at a good price in carnival. The host was very friendly and the reception was very easy.
