Excellent communication from the owner. Would have liked a curtain in the living room for privacy but I noticed many houses on the street were similar.

• Mark (8/5): Very nice owners and very helpful. Lovely welcome with niceties. Quiet. Perfect if you like cricket! - Quiet. View of Cricket pitch. Shower. Welcome - bread/tea/coffee/cakes. Location - shop and pub nearby. Bed could be more comfortable. Number of electric points around bed. Parking was some way away, but I think that was temporary.
• Gary (10/5): - Convenient location, clean and pleasant flat. Perfect for a couple. Owner provided all info, parking was no issue, extras on arrival (tea/coffee muffins etc) were much appreciated. Loads of info in binder provided. Kitchen clean and well stocked with utensils etc. Bed was comfy and bedroom even has views over the cricket ground. All in all, we had a lovely stay and will definitely look to return in the future if the owner is still letting it out.

• Lauren (8/5): Great little holiday gem. - Great value holiday home! Excellent location with it being a short walk to the north and South side beaches. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need. Hosts were informative and kind leaving some essentials on check in. A book is left how to work literally everything in the flat which we found very helpful. Children's beds were very comfy. We found plenty of towels and blankets to keep us warm and cosy. A great home away from home! Whilst the kitchen was well equipped we found we couldn't use the kitchen light which needed replacing. We didn't ask for a replacement as there wasn't a kitchen blind for privacy in the evening. Sofa bed was manageable but wouldn't recommend for a very long stay. However it didn't bother us to much as we were out enjoying our holiday.

• John (10/5): - I love the location. Within walking distance.ce of everywhere we wanted to go. We didn't use our car while we were there. The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated.. The welcome manual left for guest was very thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

• Sandra (8/5): Had a lovely mini break in Scarborough having not been for about twenty plus years. - Relatively a quiet street, no noise at all. For those able bodied and can manage Scarborough's hills on foot, we found all we wanted to see quickly and easily from the accommodation. Found the property ideal for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped even though we ate out apart from breakfast, there would have been all we needed to cook a decent meal. There was information as to where to eat out, food shop etc left for guests which came in handy. We knew before we booked that space around the bed was limited so it came as no suprize but might be a problem for some. We slept solidly due to having full days out though. The blackout curtains and quietness would have helped too. No complains from us but if a recommendation was needed, I’d say something like a narrow table behind you when your plating up meals would be a big help.
• Jill (8/5): A nice get away - The apartment was very clean indeed it was in a lovely spot there is a bus rout outside peachome Park to get into the town I went with my next door neighbour who is 73yrs of age we found the stairs quite hard with the suitcase
• Nicky (10/5): Warm and friendly place 10* - The place was immaculate. We was very impressed with our stay. Everything was thought out and so personal felt very homely. The bed was so comfortable also had a very good night's sleep. The little touches like leaving us milk, tea, coffee, bread and butter was so thoughtful. We will 100% stay here again if we return to scarbrough and will highly recommend to anyone . We was in walking distance to everything also and lovely quiet area . Can't pick anything to dislike at all
• Kim (10/5): Little Gem - Brilliant, well equipped little apartment in a perfect location. The owners were very accommodating and responded to messages promptly. The apartment itself had everything I needed and the view of the cricket ground from the bedroom explains why it's popular with cricket lovers! Much better than a hotel room for a longer stay and would certainly use again if I return to Scarborough.

Goodies provided by host such as milk bread etc. Bedroom not much space but improvised by moving bed slightly which was fine. Handrails on first set of stairs wern't there which was a little difficult for me.

The flat is light-filled, with high ceilings and a relaxed, calm vibe. The bedroom overlooks the cricket ground so there's no traffic noise - best sleep we had all week.

The property itself, comfort & cleanliness, the location The fact that we had to move our car after 2 hours due to it being a disc zone. It only really bothered us 1 of the days as we travelled out of the area 1 of the days, but on the day we stayed local we had to dash back to move the car

Check in was easy with use of the lock box and a parking permit was provided so we could park for free Beds could have been a bit more comfy but other than that I couldn’t fault the place at all!
• Laura (10/5): Perfect Family Getaway! - Wow!! This was our first family holiday with our little girl who has SEN and the property was perfect for us. As non-drivers location was important and this did not disappoint! Within 20mins walk max of anywhere we wished to visit, local amenities close by and a short walk to either beaches, it was perfect! The property was spotlessly clean and the hosts were so lovely! Answered any questions quickly and had lots of little extras we weren’t expecting; tea, coffee, milk, bread and even brownies and a treat for our little girl! So thoughtful. The hosts were very accommodating with our timing to arrive at and leave the property, going out of their way to make life easier. The bed was super comfy and we literally had everything we needed for a lovely family break, we couldn’t have asked for more! So much so that we booked to return in the summer next year before we’d even finished the first stay :-) Highly recommend and this will be our ‘go to’ place to stay now! Honestly no negatives for here, it was exactly as described and shown in photos :-)

• Diane (8/5): We had a fantastic stay and apart from the aforementioned issues which we hope are taken as helpful rather than a critic - Excellent location, very clean with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils We had great difficulty with the key fob on both entering and exiting the property. Also a double adapter in the kitchen for the toaster and kettle would be welcome. Perhaps a shelf in the bathroom also.
• Linda (9/5): Fabulous - The flat was lovely and the hosts who are just starting out were quick in responding to any questions or concerns we had. The fridge in the kitchen is just a bar fridge but for the amount of time we spent there it was perfect. There was fresh milk and a whole package of cookies on our arrival which was much appreciated. This flat is on a nice quiet street within 5 to 10 walking distance of small grocery stores and 15-20 minutes to the town centre. The duvet was very light. An extra blanket would have been nice to have and I was thinking a top sheet if the weather had been warm as there is no AC.

• Rangeley (8/5): Fantastic apartment for a family holiday - The property was perfect for our little family trip. Perfect location to beach and areas we wanted to be at. The apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in. All amenities we needed also in the apartment which was great. Lot of noise from the properties around people screaming and shouting at silly times in the morning but I think this was due to us having the window open due to the weather
