- Ricky (1/5): Scam booking.com should know better - Be canceled on me and still took my money I think this is a scam be careful Booking.com have been terrible in sorting this out I’ve phoned them twice and they have not helped in the slightest terrible service as I use these all the time It’s a scam he takes your money then tells you to cancel becsyse the property is damaged then takes your money
- Sinan (1/5): Bad - I would not recommend anyone to make an appointment from this business. I was already very tired and went to the address but could not see a hotel or a house-like structure. I contacted them via messages and asked them to confirm the address and they said they would pick me up at 2 in the afternoon. I went to the address a second time and they wrote that they had cancelled the reservation and I had a huge problem. I still haven't received a refund. But the biggest mistake is the booking company, they shouldn't offer without checking and I'm currently questioning booking regarding trust. - Ali (1/5): Bad - Don't bother booking here. I waited outside the house for 45 minutes phoning the host to let them know I had arrived and my calls kept getting cancelled. I took the decision not to stay in this property and I'm hoping for a full refund. The area also isn't the best.
- Junior (1/5): Bad - Avoid this property at all costs! I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Airbnb. The photos were completely misleading and did not reflect the actual state of the apartment. Upon arrival, I was met with a room that had a strong, offensive odor, making it impossible to stay there. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were far below acceptable standards. To make matters worse, the host was unhelpful and impolite when I raised my concerns. I couldn’t bring myself to stay in such a poorly maintained space and had no choice but to leave immediately. I am now requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable state of the accommodation. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this listing to anyone.
