La habitación muy bonita, todo limpio y en excelentes condiciones. La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra muy cerca la estación de metro. Sin duda regresaría a hospedarme aquí.

• Anastasiia (10/5): A wonderful stay with the most welcoming hosts! - 🇬🇧 We feel very lucky to have stayed in this wonderful place and can confidently say it was the best decision. The hotel is extremely comfortable, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. They greeted us warmly, explained everything, and made us feel at home right away. The location is fantastic- very close to the Vatican, in a მშვიდ and pleasant neighborhood. There are supermarkets nearby, the метро is just a 3-minute walk away, and there is also a bus stop close by. You can even walk to the city center if you like. The location is simply perfect. We absolutely loved the breakfasts. They were in a classic Italian style, a croissant with coffee or tea. Simple but incredibly delicious. I was looking forward to that morning croissant every day, it was just that good. Breakfast was served in a cozy little café on the corner, where you can experience authentic Italian mornings: locals stopping by for a quick coffee before work. A very charming atmosphere. The room itself was very clean, warm, and comfortable, with everything arranged thoughtfully. We especially appreciated the coffee machine, tea (which is quite rare in Italy!), and even a fridge in the room. A special thanks to the hosts for their excellent restaurant recommendations, they helped us a lot, gave great tips, and even provided some discounts. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely come back again! 🇺🇦 Нам дуже пощастило зупинитися в цьому чудовому місці, і одразу хочемо сказати- це було найкраще рішення. Готель дуже комфортний, а господарі неймовірно привітні. Вони тепло нас зустріли, все пояснили та показали. Район просто чудовий: дуже близько до Ватикану, спокійний і приємний. Поруч є супермаркети, метро буквально за 3 хвилини пішки, також є автобусна зупинка. За бажанням можна навіть дійти пішки до центру. Локація ідеальна. Сніданки нам дуже сподобалися, в італійському стилі: круасан і кава або чай. Просто, але неймовірно смачно.

Excellent access to the Metro on Linea A. - We didn't use the breakfast voucher as it wasn't so convenient to have to go out and then come back with the 'breakfast' once you are up and ready to go for the day. Was quite cramped to get around the room.

• Squire (10/5): Outstanding location to visit the Vatican, and nearby cultural & historical features - The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of the Vatican, the metro at the Cipro station and it allowed us to walk to the Vatican on a Sunday to be part of the Pope's mass. Giorgio was awesome and met us at the apartment to orient us on the property procedures as well as do a room inspection. For someone that wants to explore the Vatican and nearby historical features this was an excellent location. There is a grocery store within 75 feet of the entrance to the apartment and many other stores and restaurants nearby. We tried the restaurant that Giorgio recommended and it was excellent plus we got a discount We can't really evaluate the breakfast as the adjacent cafe that serves that breakfast was supposed to be closed for only one day to do repairs of some kind. It was closed for two days and on the third day we had to leave early to catch a train.

Le café est à disposition à l’entrée ce qui est un plus pour notre part ! Concernant le petit déjeuner il se situe à 2 pas de la résidence, la dame est d’une gentillesse, franchement nous recommandons vivement, nous ne sommes pas déçus! Du bruit à plusieurs reprises en plein milieu de la nuit

• Richard (9/5): Great value, comfortable, clean and in a perfect location - A fantastic location, just a minutes walk from the metro, and with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and facilities. The room was comfortable, warm and the shower was great! Fast internet, controllable heating and a fridge! Georgio was there to meet us and explained everything we needed to know, his communication with us on WhatsApp was excellent. The breakfast provided in the café about 20m away was lovely and the owners very friendly. We'll be recommending this to any of our friends who are coming to Rome!

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The accommodation itself was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. One quick tip for future guests: The soundproofing is a bit weak, so if you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, everything was excellent!

• PETER PAL (9/5): Great accomodation next to Vatican City - Giorgio and Elena were incredibly warm and welcoming. I was able to leave my luggage in the apartment early when I arrived. The room is very clean, and the bed was firm enough for my taste – but of course that’s personal. It’s very close to the Vatican, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The metro station Cipro is about 200 meters away, which makes it easy to reach everything. Breakfast is available about 100 meters from the apartment, and the service there is lovely. I travelled alone, and for me it was the perfect choice. Couples looking for a more intimate or luxurious atmosphere might prefer a different setting, but for convenience and value, this place is excellent."

Praktycznie na piechotę można dotrzeć do wielu atrakcji turystycznych.Kwatera jest cicha, Wszystkie udogodnienia zgadzały się z opisem. Mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić rzeczy w pokoju już rano po przylocie. Giorgio odpowiadał szybko i rzeczowo na wszystkie pytania, a jego żona Elena bardzo sympatycznie nas powitała i zakwaterowała.

Der Mini-Kühlschrank ist nach dem Einschalten etwas laut. Ich habe ihn ins Bad gestellt; die Tür zum Bad ist sehr dicht, so dass es dann ruhig war.

Clean Room that is equipped with everything for a pleasant stay: stable and fast internet, a comfortable bed, and a minibar. There was also a good espresso machine in the entrance area. Very convenient, and I really appreciated it. Giorgio, the host,arranged for my late check-in and did communicate clearly an about this . The location is easily accessible from the airport and Roma Termini (metro is a 3-minute walk away). There are plenty of local restaurants and coffee bars in the neighbourhood, as well as two supermarkets within a 1-minute walk of the guesthouse. Despite its name, the Vatican isn't close by. It's either one metro stop and then a 10-minute walk, or a brisk walk of about 25 minutes.

• Viktorija (8/5): Will be considering staying here once again when visiting Rome. - Awesome place for solo traveller on a first trip to Rome. 5 minutes away from the metro and bus station what makes it easy to commute. The host Giorgio is welcoming, the co host Elena is friendly and talkative. Got many recommendations on getting around and other city tips. It is possible to get a map at the counter and get around more easily. A clean shower and overall nicely furnished room. A lot of artworks in the hallway to admire. The coffee machine at the reception was a bonus. A tea kettle in a room for those that like tea. A small supermarket is just around the corner as well as some cafes to have a snack and a coffee. It would be worth to clean the air conditioner. As soon as I figured it out, switched it off and did not use it since. Mini bar refrigerator was not cold at all, so unfortunately could not use it for storing my own yoghurt and milk.
