Just a few things need a little touch up - The Shower and bathroom might be one of the nicest, most functional facilities Ive experienced in a hotel. Comfy bed, Nice staff and building. Modern Few issues with marks on the wall and a very large spider trapped in the shower door, the lights are on a very strange circuit that doesn’t allow you to use the small lights unless the main lights are turned on.

Luckily there wasn’t too much struggle to find parking on the streets nearby. Also it was a nice walkable distance from the town centre Everything was great - we were only here for a night. Only thing is that I wish their latest checkout was more than an hour from the original checkout time.

Bus and train made Heathrow easily accessible early morning, even on a Sunday. clean sheets, towel, floors etc. small room -but that was ok for my needs. The hotel has a 4-star rating, but this did not apply to my room: - fridge loud but I could not switch off - aircon kept coming on briefly then stopped, despite it being OFF - bathroom smelly -drain- and some mould in the shower I could hear the road. Not loud, but cars/busses clear. I did not sleep well

The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was always ready to help! - Gary (9/5): Much better than expected. - We did not have the breakfast. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and very helpful. If I have to criticise anything it would be that the room was on the small side and there was no chair in the room. My sister who is very short had trouble reaching hangers in wardrobe and opening the front door and bathroom door. They were quite heavy. A chair in the room would be helpful. And the doors a bit easier for the elderly to be able to open without struggling

The room is well kept, the bed is extremely comfortable, the dining area is beautiful, the location is good and close to public transport. Nothing I didn’t like, but I’d suggest that a mat in front of the shower would be a good investment. We had no mop and used a towel.

It was very clean and decorated nicely. My room was right by the entrance that everyone came in and out of the courtyard on the bottom floor. which meant I didn’t feel comfortable to have the curtains open, as people could see straight into my room. If the hotel can find more curtains that let the light in but have good privacy that would be amazing.

No light in toilet and issue not resolved when we raised it. General mould and dust in bathroom and family member cut themselves on the sharp sink corner. Paid for parking and then no space when we got back that evening. Issue resolved but frustrating when we had paid and said we would be coming back late.

Our room felt like a cozy retreat—clean and comfortably. It truly was the perfect peaceful getaway for a couple. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

- Ishant (10/5): Excellent Stay – Comfortable & Welcoming - The staff were very welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. At the entrance, there is a lovely library with novels and motivational books, which creates a very warm and thoughtful first impression. The common areas are amazing—spotlessly clean and very well maintained. My single bedroom was cozy, and the heater worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that was included. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

- Artur (2/5): One time is enough, never again. - First day: 16 degrees in the room. It took 2.5 hours to heat it up after we came back from the cold before we could take off our jackets. Unacceptable. In the meantime, we contacted reception four times and were assured that the AC was working, even though there were errors. The guy had to do some magic at reception to get the AC running in the room. The toilet was even colder; every wall there is an outside wall. The duvet cover was torn in several places, which looked bad. On the second day at reception, I got a card, and the guy said I could leave it in the room to keep the power on so it would be warm when I came back (as he said, “We don’t care about that”). Apparently, he didn’t inform the cleaning lady, so when we came back, it was cold again. At night, there was constant alarm beeping from the door, and some kid was kicking the door and crying loudly, so we couldn’t sleep well.
