• Stephen (10/5): Perfect relaxation - Location is superb. Easy to access, convenient for local pubs and food. Property is a great size and peaceful space to be in. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.
• Jam Shakeshaft (10/5): Tastefully decorated cosy cottage a stones throw away from The Waterfall Country - The cottage has been refurbished to the highest standard. Everything is immaculately clean and the space has been well thought through. We would have love to have stayed longer. Our only negative was the size of the beds. The rooms have ample space to put a king size bed in and this would have made our stay an all round 10/10

• Frank Michael (9/5): - Top Anfahrtsbeschreibung und Infos vorab per mail. Auch der Keycode für den Schlüsselsafe kommt per mail. Sehr schönes, gemütliches kleines Haus. Top ausgestattete Küche. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Terasse. 2 Schlafzimmer. Schönes Bad. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Mülltrennung mit ausreichenden Behältern für die verschiedenen Stoffe. Darauf wird hier sehr wert gelegt. Parkplatz auf der Straße vor der Tür. Manchmal muss man etwas enfernt (150m) parken wenn viele Touristen den Wanderweg zu den Wasserfällen besuchen. Die waren aber nachmittags alle weg und die Straße frei. Pub auf der anderen Straßenseite. Einkaufen/ Tanken im Nachbarort. Kontakt mit, sehr nettem, Vermieter über mail. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Wassertemperatur. Anfrage per mail, schnelle Antwort und am nächsten Morgen klopfte der Handwerker an die Tür und hat alles gerichtet. Top. Absolut zu empfehlen.
• Jess (10/5): Fab! - Beautiful cottage in a great location 2nd bedroom bed was tiny, I would say the property was suitable for 2-3 adults. Could benefit from a sofa bed to accommodate 4th person.

Great location and peaceful surroundings. - A lot of thought has gone into this property making it such a comfortable and homely stay. Really beautiful! It’s in a great location, near to the waterfalls walk. Nice and quiet, enjoyed sitting out on the decking with the sound of the river below. Really clean property. There are also a good selection of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend.

• Sam (10/5): Great location, great facilities, caring hosts. - Location was great - right in the middle of the village (but still quiet), a stone's throw from the local pubs and restaurants and about 2 minutes from the start of the 'waterfall walk'. Facilities were brilliant - all you could ask for and more - All mod cons, TVs in the bedrooms and even a dog basket for man's best friend Great little back porch where you could sit out in the evening sun overlooking the river Communications excellent. Absolutely nothing.

The decoration was very pretty.. you have everything you need in the kitchen.. actually there are no right words to explain how much we enjoed.. we really reccommend and definately will go back there. • Ceri (10/5): I couldn’t recommend enough. We loved staying here and did not want to leave. Would love to return one day. - The property is located in a beautiful little village and directly across the road from one of 3 eateries. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the waterfalls which was beautiful. As soon as you walked into the property, it felt so cosy and welcoming. The decor in each room was beautiful and all very well thought out. The property was very clean and had clearly been kept up to date. I had forgotten to buy coffee and to find sachets was a good added bonus! Just to add, my daughter left her teddy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had it back safely. 😊 Apart from the rain outside….this was the perfect night away.

• Connie (9/5): Fabulous accommodation overall - There was no electric toothbrush/ shaver charging point in the bathroom and no dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. There was also not enough loo roll for 4 people for 4 days. Shops were nearby so not a big problem. Really liked everything else.

We stayed here as a base before exploring the Brecon Beacons, and we wish we’d stayed another night! -

Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. I had trouble with the electric cooker hob. My husband found the eves/sloping ceiling too low in the double room.

They even had dog Bowles and a bed if you bring you fluffy friend definitely would stay here again and give this place a 10:/10 There wasn’t nothing not to like
• Michelle (10/5): Perfect place to reset after Christmas and New Year’s. - The property has been done to a very high standard. It’s cosy and stylish, has everything you need and even things you didn’t expect (torches/spare batteries) It’s in a great location for exploring the four waterfalls and there is a pub right opposite (they do stop serving food quite early and on Saturday night were actually closed by 9 so there was no disruptions) to wet your whistle when you get back. We’re already planning our return trip.

Easy access to some lovely places to eat and loved that we were saved washing up by the dishwasher 🤣 We have a very fluffy spaniel who loves to get wet and muddy, so would have been good to have an outside tap/hose for us to hose him down.

• Tamasyn (10/5): A cosy stay away from the hustle and bustle in a beautifully refurbished cottage. - We had the best time at Cottage Cwtch. It was absolutely immaculate and really well thought out with all the conveniences that you could wish for, even down to a clothes steamer, pilates mats and cold water in the fridge. These amenities are not listed on the description so I took some things that we didn't need, like coffee and a hair dryer, may I suggest that you list the amenities provided. The kitchen doors opening onto the veranda over the river was a real treat. The location is great, close to paths to the 4 Waterfalls and 3 pub/restaurants within 3 mins walk. We liked everything, however others may be surprised by the size. The cottage is small but was plenty big enough for one adult, 2 teens and a dog.
