Andreas (10/5): Perfect stay. Would rent again 10/10. - It was absolutely perfectly clean. Very spacious apartment with a fully equipped bar and kitchenette, incl. coffee and tea etc.. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Large outdoor private patio. It would be great for a party also. There is a 24/7 gas station incl. shop around the corner so you can get all basic necessities there. supermarkets are 20 min walk away. Great Kebab places and traditional german grill stations around the corner. Really, nothing to complain about!

Marina (10/5): Super Unterkunft in Dortmund, wir kommen wieder! - Wir waren wegen dem BVB in der Stadt und nur eine Nacht dort. Wären wir länger geblieben, wäre unser Apartment komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, quasi eine gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber! Wir waren top zufrieden! Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, ist das 140 cm Bett, sehr schmal für 2 Erwachsene Menschen. Für eine Nacht ok! Muss man halt kuscheln :)
DENIS (9/5): Excellente location. - L'espace de l'appartement et sa terrasse. Le calme et la facilité de stationnement. Les dosettes de café et l'eau en bouteille sont agréables quand on arrive. La bonne communication avec le propriétaire est un vrai plus.

Reza (10/5): Very comfortable stay, with a really kind and helpfull host! - The interior is really nice with a mix of new and modern kitchen appliances and extravagant paintings! Lots of space and everything you need and expect for a comfortable stay was present. The host was very helpfull, kind and gave a tour of where everything was and how everything worked. Really worth your money, nice to stay and would defenitly recommend! Just a minor thing, maybe add a cooking pan for baking an egg in the morning haha.
