• Guest (9/5): Consiglio a tutti per posizione, pulizia, ampi spazi e privacy. Arredamento curato e di prestigio. - E' andato tutto perfettamente. Sono stati gentili perchè ci hanno anticipato il check-in alle ore 13.00 come da richiesta. La posizione è ottima. La zona tranquilla anche la sera. Unico appartamento con 2 stanze favolose e così avevamo più privacy. Purtroppo non c'era molta pressione, per cui l'acqua scendeva poco dai rubinetti sia del lavandino e sia della doccia. L'acqua faceva fatica a raggiungere la temperatura , quindi non era molto calda.

Rustige achterkant kamer 1 Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep zeer moeizaam. Zo ontvingen we pas op de dag van aankomst de code voor de divers deuren. We ontvingen een mail (in het Italiaans) om onze toeristenbelasting te betalen, alhoewel die reeds betaald was bij onze boeking. Bij aankomst was er geen warm water en geen handdoeken. Laatste dag ook geen warm water. rest ok

• Leidi Johanna (9/5): Muy buena ubicación, buenos cajones para mantener todo organizado. - Me gusto la ubicación, la decoración y la habitacion muy amplia, tambien me gusto que tiene buen internet. La cama principal era un sofa cama lo cual es muy dura. La ducha se nos tapo el ultimo dia, mi esposo tuvo que levantar la rejilla para limpiarla, y que pudiera desaguar.

Auf Wünsche wie ausgegangenes Klopapier oder die Reinigung der verstopfte Duschtasse wurde rasch reagiert. Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Check-in mit Code war sehr einfach. Guter Stauraum für sperrige Koffer.

• ΘΑΛΕΙΑ (8/5): - Μεγάλα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια πλήρως ανακαινισμενα ,ιδανικό για οικογένεια ή παρέα φίλων. Τέλεια τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο μετρό, και όλα τα υπόλοιπα μνημεία, αξιοθέατα, σε ακτίνα 1,5-2 χιλιομέτρων.Πολυ καλη αγορά με kafe και εστιατόρια, περιοχή πολύ ομορφη Βρήκαμε μυρμήγκια στο μπάνιο και τα μαξιλάρια, ενώ ήταν καθαρά. Καθόλου πίεση στις βρύσες, με δυσκολία κάνεις μπάνιο ενώ είχε ζεστό νερό, και η συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη δεν γινόταν.αμεσα, δεν σηκώνει τηλέφωνο και στα μηνύματα απαντούσε μετά από ώρες ή και καθόλου, εξαρτάται την ερ τηση και το πρόβλημα, από ότι κατάλαβα
• Dóra (10/5): Clean room, quiet and elegant location - The location was very nice, a good escape from the main tourist areas. Felt very safe. I tried contacting the apartment beforehand with a question but never heard back. When we arrived everything went smooth and could get in with the received code, but since we didn’t hear back when we had questions we had our doubts that someone could help us in case we need any assistance with anything.

• Josie (9/5): Spacious and beautifully decorated place. - The location was good. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space to store clothing and the fan was great to have. It was decorated beautifully. The pillows were flat, and the mattresses were not very comfortable. However, this has been the case for all the places we have stayed throughout Italy.

• Maarten (7/5): Perfect voor stedentrip. - Ligging is uitstekend. Fijne wijk en dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en metro. Niet slecht, maar het kon schoner. Op zich prima, maar wattenschijfjes van voorgangers op de grond en vieze kitranden in de badkamer.

Really appreciate that property allowed us to leave our suitcases at the room before checking in and after we checked out. Amazing location, grocery store just block away and 10 minutes walking to Vatican. Will come back for sure.

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - When I first saw my room I can't believe how beautiful it is. It was exact as described on the site and according to photos. It is really beautiful and impressive rooms, a lot of space, super clean with wonderful and unforgetable decorations. Very comfortable beds, several towels for each person, all shower stuff provided and also we found a water in our fridge (for us it was very important as we checked-in in the middle of night). One more thing that really pleased us as we checked in at 3 am - for us was prepared ready to sleep sofa-bed, just lay down and sleep. Thank you for that, as we was really tired from road.

• Jaroslaw (9/5): Great place for a short holiday 😀 - Great location, close to metro station, lots of restaurants, mini markets, bakery's etc nearby. Very safe place. Nice and clean apartment, great value for money. I would stay here again and highly recommend for a short holiday. The fridge is way too small. Shower head needs to be repaired or replaced. Bring your own toilet paper. They provided only one for 4 people /2 nights .
• Dimitry (8/5): Very good - The apartment itself is lovely! Very clean, spacious, wonderfully furnished and decorated. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment and were back in this neighborhood for the second time. The rooms have air conditioners, good Internet, and nice shower. There was no kitchen, but we didn't need it anyways. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Coffee and tea were provided by the host. Lack of communication from the owners. We had some questions and were emailing and texting the owners with zero response. On our checkout, we met a guy outside of the apartment (in the hallway) who said we could live our luggage in the office for a few hours until our train; he showed us where to pick it up and said the code to the building and the apartment won't be changed until we leave. He gave us his phone number, name, etc so that we could reach him in case something doesn't work. When we came to retrieve our luggage, the codes didn't work and we had a hard time locating someone who could open the door for us. Turned out, this guy was not the owner of the property but a cleaning guy, and he didn't communicate to the owners that our luggage was stored in the office. Thankfully, he did pick up the phone when we called him and explained how to reach someone with the keys. So, after 30+mins waiting, we were able to retrieve our luggage, but it was stressful and we made it to our train very last minute. Long story short, do not leave your luggage with them if you need to be somewhere on time:) Otherwise, the apartment itself is amazing!

• Rapunzel (9/5): Vatican haven - The location is very close to the Vatican and the Vatican stop of the Airport bus. It is very comfortable and modern and is bigger than the usual rooms in this part of Rome. I particularly liked not having a physical key. It is also close to restaurants and has a lift! Communication kept on being in Italian despite repeated requests for it to be in English. I notified my arrival time way ahead of time but I already arrived in Rome and still did not have information on how to get into the property.

• Irina (10/5): Amazing location and a very comfortable apartment! - Fantastic location in Rome! The check in process and registration is overly complicated, could be simplified easily
• Jóhann (6/5): Pleasant - We had a delayed flight and a late arrival, 11 PM instead of planed 21pm. When we arrived the pin they gave us was not working and their telephone did not answer so we were messaging them in the middle of the night until they at last answered and found out they had put forgotten to put in the pin number for entering the apartment that was at 00:30 AM.
• Somoza (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent in an upscale area of Prati. The room was spotless and luxurious with thoughtful attention to comfort details. All the rooms are on one floor (2) and there is an elevator. There is daily housekeeping if you are out of your room by 10 am. There is no staff on the premises but they are very responsive online. We loved it for our short stay.
