• Elizabeth (9/5): - The location was fantastic, especially for visiting the Alhambra. The bed is comfy and we slept really well. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic.

• Juan Ignacio (9/5): Buen lugar para alojarse en Granada. Recomendable. - Pleno centro de Granada, alojamiento muy cómodo y perfecto para conocer la ciudad. El anfitrión fue muy bueno y agradable, nos sentimos muy bien desde el momento de la reserva, nos ayudó muchísimo. La escalera metálica de subida a los alojamientos del propio piso es un poco incómoda si vas con un carrito, pero nada que ver con el alojamiento, es del propio edificio.

• marcella (10/5): - La bellissima terrazza sul tetto con splendida vista sull'Alhambra. La posizione nella zona più bella di Granada, in una stradina tranquilla a pochi metri da Carrera del Darro. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'host.

• Paula (8/5): Gran estancia - Las vistas de la azotea son magníficas, y la ubicación excelente para llegar a cualquier sitio andando. El anfitrión muy atento y simpático. El colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio El cuarto de baño tenía bastante humedad, que no se muestra en las fotografías.

• Roberto (6/5): Pleasant - Good apartment but the pictures show you a terrace that is not on the apartment is on the last floor of the building. The heater did not make the apartment hot, this made us feel uncomfortable.

• Matthew (10/5): Clean, convenient - Great location, walking distance from the Alhambra if you don't mind hills too much. Had a good kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The terrace has a phenomenal view as seen in the picture, though I will note that it is a shared terrace and it is quite small. Nobody else was up there, but it was a bit chilly so I imagine during the summer peak season it might be more occupied. The only negative was that the windows all faced directly into the stairwell/walkways, so anyone passing by would be staring directly in, like, we're talking we could both put our hands on the window. For that reason I left the blinds closed for my stay.

• Kari (2/5): Stinks - The property has an issue with the plumbing that causes an overpowering sewage smell in the apartment. There were numerous low quality diffuser incense sticks distributed throughout the apartment to mask the smell. It created an offensive mix of chemical perfume and human excrement smell everywhere. I asked the host Miguel for a refund because I felt as if I couldn’t breathe or sleep well there, I just couldn’t enjoy myself and wanted to go elsewhere. He responded by saying that he had no idea that the sewage smell was an issue. I doubt this is true because of the quantity of incense sticks that he had set up in the flat. Then later he texted saying that he thought it was a neighborhood issue, and that he had already went with a plumber to try to fix it before he started renting. I had a local Spanish friend of mine there, who told me that although this is sometimes an issue, he had never smelled anything that extreme before. He believed there was a special problem with the plumbing in that house. The host said that I had to go through booking.com if I wanted to cancel, which turned out to be impossible. So, I had to pay for two nights there with no offering of refund. It was gross and stinky, so I purchased some natural incense for the flat (which didn’t do that much.) On top of it all, when the cleaning help came, I was accosted by a rude verbal attack from her. She told me in a condescending and exaggerated way that ashes that had fallen on the floor and were unacceptable. She said that I should be ashamed of myself because she had to clean it for me. Since it was simple to sweep up, I offered to do it for her, but she refused and continued to admonish me as if I was a child, not a paying guest! I left this rental with a disturbed and disgusted feeling that lingered for days, and really put a bad memory on my trip to Granada. Shortly after I posted this review I got this WhatsApp with vulgar and aggressive language. I feel unsafe using booking.

• Li (10/5): Fantastic rental I would recommend it - Convenient located in the very beautiful part of Granada. The apartment has everything you need and very clean safe neighborhood. Definitely a plus for a solo traveler. This is not a complaint, but a mistake on my part. There is another apartment which has very similar name just around the corner. This is a reminder so you don’t go to the wrong apartment like I did. The heater was a bit of challenge to operate. After several try it worked like a charm throughout my stay.
