Set in a peaceful square & housed high up in the building, it is very quiet...unless you are unlucky enough to be next to a person/people who are banging around at night & playing music loud. This is not the hotels fault though. Noisy neighbours

• Francesca (7/5): Una notte a Firenze - L'immobile storico con ascensore d'epoca, ristrutturato e piacevole. Camera spaziosa per 3 persone. I consigli del personale al momento del check in. Qualche dettaglio strutturale della camera (soprattutto del bagno con tavoletta wc inadeguata, assenza Porta della doccia) ma per poche notti non sono problemi significativi. La frequentazione del parco sottostante non è il massimo ma non dipende Dall'hotel.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Zona muy tranquila. Al no tener recepción 24 horas, puede ser v un poco más complicado si llegas fuera del horario de ellos.

• Bartow (10/5): Absolutely lovely - This was my favorite place I stayed in all of Italy. It was so comfortable and the room had a stunning view. The ac worked great, the bathroom was updated and lovely, the woman who checked us in was very friendly, and it was an amazing location. Incredible stay for the amount we paid. Only thing they could do better was give two room keys, you need to leave the key in a slot for the room to have electricity and there were times that I went out while my partner took a nap or vice versa, and that meant either one of us left without a room key or the other stayed behind in the dark. All in all though would recommend.

They greeted us from the second we walked in and even gave us a map with highlights of the city. They were so generous and kind. They provided a continental breakfast and water for the room. We are so thankful we decided to book here because it far exceeded our expectations. The location was prime for train routes, airport or walking the city. Maybe a little more signage out front for us to find the entrance. Otherwise nothing!!

• Dean (9/5): A simply delightful place to call home when visiting Florence - stay for more than 1 night! - This is a great location very near to the heart of Florence. The room was very comfortable and a great size. Staff were wonderful and very supportive with helpful tourist tips. We didn't stay long enough - 1 night was simply not enough but was all we could muster for this trip. When we do return to Florence this will be the first place we check for booking accommodation
• Guest (9/5): Beautiful, new, modern, clean hotel with a very kind and helpful staff! When we got there, we were lucky and able to che - It was very clean, the owner was soooo nice and kind! Two constructive feedback: It was hard to understand how to get in. We felt very confused and didn’t know how to ring them for them to open the door. Once we were inside because someone left, it was not clear what button to press to call them. I would say that it should be more clear in the instructions on how to get there. Lastly, there is no room for your toiletry in the bathroom which is not the end of the world but makes a definite difference in the bathroom!

• Beltrán (9/5): Maravillosa vistas de Florencia - Gran ubicación, vistas maravillosas de Florencia, recepción maravillosa y atenta, te gestionan parking privado. Sin duda si tuviera que volver a Florencia repetiría en este Hotel. No tenía zona de aparcamiento cercana y tenías que gastarte 35€ por día por en el parking privado, la zona de abajo del hotel daba un poco de miedo al volver de noche ya que había mucha gente durmiendo en los sillones del parque.

The lovely gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to help with everything and make us feel welcome. Highly recommend! Our room felt a bit cramped but it was our choice, just didn't pay attention at the square meters when booking.

Невозможно передать эмоции когда ты утром просыпаешься и не вставая с кровати видишь купол собора Святой Марии дель Фьоре, слышишь звон колокола и пение птиц. Мне очень понравился этот отель, может он и не супер комфортный, но вы получите здесь много положительных эмоций и сделаете много красивых фото. -

Incredibly pleasant sta - The room was gorgeous, the location was fantastic and it felt very secure with the security steps to get inside. The Television only has YouTube and cable. We would have liked access to other streaming apps and chrome cast.

Small fridge and kettle in room. Had a small outdoor space that was accessible however this was very small and was blocked in by aircon unit. The lady on reception was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations in Florence. Overall a great room! The hotel room was lovely, the best we have stayed in in Italy, however (not the hotels fault) the small park outside attracts a lot of homeless people. This made me uneasy coming to and from the hotel. Some steps to get into property - difficult with heavy luggage.

• Pia Patricia (7/5): - Good location, walking distance to all the sights. The room was clean and decent size. You have to pay extra 39-49€/day if you have your own car and they don't tell you about cheaper options. You can hear everything through the walls, also the bedding felt a little itchy.

Check-in process not the easiest as they're not available 24hs, so it requires a little planification and communication with them. We didn't have trouble as they provided a solution that worked. The door to the bedroom was faulty and didn't close properly every time. Had to open and close multiple times until I could get it to click and shut properly.

• Laura (10/5): Beautiful Florence and amazing hotel. - The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was unbelievable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The tram stop is 400 meters away and this goes to the airport for 1 euro 70. It also takes you to train station so don’t get a cab. Nothing. There is a cute old lift. This was amazing for luggage.
