Probabilmente a causa del minimo preavviso, mi è sta assegnata una camera poco curata, ma comunque completamente funzionale e pulita. Considerato che ci ho passato una notte sola, va bene così

• Άσπα (2/5): Δεν το προτείνουμε. - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν καλή, κοντά στο κέντρο, μπορείς να μετακινηθείς με τα πόδια. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο, το μπάνιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Αδιάφορο πρωινό. Απίστευτη φασαρία στους διαδρόμους, καθόλου ηχομόνωση.

• SUN (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Everything. The lady receptionist was very helpful finding out local and cross country transportation. We felt like we were VIP guests. Everything was satisfactory. None
• Evangelia (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη στο κέντρο τη πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και πλούσιο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα. Το ασανσέρ ήταν πολύ μικρό για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου (με το ζόρι 2 άτομα με βαλίτσες), οπότε μια και εκείνες τις ημέρες το ξενοδοχείο ήταν γεμάτο, η αναμονή ήταν τεράστια. Το μπάνιο, παρόλο που δεν ήταν μικρό, είχε πολύ μικρή ντουζιέρα με κουρτίνα, την οποία ήταν αδύνατο να μην ακουμπήσεις, γεγονός ιδιαίτερα ανθυγιεινό. Η επικοινωνία με τη ρεσεψιόν από τα τηλέφωνα του δωματίου δεν ήταν εφικτή.

• Ευγενία (1/5): Απαράδεκτο και απαίσιο απο κάθε άποψη - Το μόνο που ήταν αξιοπρεπές ήταν το πρωινό (αν και είχε αρκετά βρώμικα σκεύη) Το κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο, ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο και δεν είχαν άλλο. Τελικά μας άφησαν σε σπασμένο κρεβάτι . Κανένας δεν πήρε ευθύνη και είπαν θα μας καλέσει ο υπεύθυνος από Δευτέρα για να ζητήσουμε πίσω τα λεφτά μας, ο οποίος φυσικά δεν μας κάλεσε. Το κλιματιστικό ήταν παλιό και μη αποδοτικό και έκανε θόρυβο, η πόρτα του δωματίου ήταν σπασμένη και την είχαν καλύψει με μοκέτα για να μην φαίνεται η τρύπα. Απαράδεκτο από κάθε άποψη. Δεν το προτείνω σε κανέναν ούτε για μισή νύχτα.

• Altermatt (10/5): Recently renovated and next to the park - This is a newly renovated hotel with all the comfort you can expect for the price. I enjoyed my balcony looking over the park, yet I heard people on the streets, get atmosphere. In walking distance from the main bus terminal. I had a swim at the caravan park near the main bus terminal, it was wonderful. Not that I can think of anything.

• Helen (7/5): Good - Staff were nice and helpful. Room was lovely and warm. Good Internet. Comfy lounge area in reception. Slept well. Hotel is only a short walk from the bus station. I would stay here again. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (hairs on the wall) which I reported to reception. This was dealt with straight away. Shower could do with a hanging hook. Outside the hotel the street has poor lighting. The room has a balcony but no furniture provided.

• Alexis (6/5): Lower than average accomodation - The breakfast, location and the parking lot. The breakfast was above average. Don't book just an accomodation without breakfast. The whole infrastructure is old. A disgusting odour lingered in the room, probably because of humidity... The mattresses were so soft that you cannot sleep on them longer than one night. The entire room has just one plug on the wall!

The breakfast was good with a lot of items. The beds were comfort. The toilet equipments and its door were little old. The toilet's door was closed with difficulty....
