Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): Not bad for the price, but have to be lucky for peace and quiet - Everything on the bed was clean, beds were comfy, that is most important 😀. Smart TV was on wifi so I had fun using the apps. Microwave and hot water are nearby, but even better is that there is a convenient store on the same parking lot, where you can buy anything you need and get hot water or yummy coffee or snacks or use a microwave as well. Pet friendly means bring your annoying dog to the backyard and let it bark for hours, at least the dog owner put the dog away for night time. Also, the walls are too thin, we could easily hear next door conversations, they weren't yelling.

- Pam (4/5): Clean...always most important. No coffee machine, no coffee till after 9 am, empty promises - Clean. Was access to microwave but in hallway so only open when office was open. Luckily we were there in time to heat up our supper. good location and great parking. Front Office clerk was very helpful and not her fault on issues. No coffee maker in unit. Advertised that coffee available in Lobby. Except Lobby doesn't open until 9:00 - way after we were checking out. We always bring an electric kettle so we can make tea. Had an electric heating pad for back issues on a completely separate plug and blew circuit. Called it in at 8 am and told someone would be right over. Tried to pack up in dark and with phone flashlights. 9 am front office person awatchrrived and reconnected. Gave up on electric heating pad and just plugged in electric kettle and blew circuit again. 2. Fridge was cold which was promising and no door on fridge freezer. Got up in morning to frozen water bottle and fruit dish. and supper meal threw out. 3. Not a huge deal but three pillows on bed and no spare. If you are One person that is abundance - if you are two then who gets the third pillow to prop up so you can sit up comfortably on bed to watch tv,
- Ramandeep Singh (8/5): Excellent - Everything No hair dryer in washroom
- Jean (2/5): Not good - Available, cheap Other guests noisy until 4 am
- John (9/5): -
- Koffi (1/5): Bad mattress, very cheap pillows. Mattress was so poor quality it broke my back. Couldn’t sleep. - The hotel was overpriced for the quality.
The mattress was very bad. It broke my back.
Everything was cheap. You will come to appreciate the small things taken for granted in other hotels.
- Pat (1/5): The worst experience I have ever had . No refund held us at force dealing w/ hotel staff, booking.co - Nothing Everything
- Dale (3/5): Short - Yes I got locked out of my room and nobody answered phone number so I had to spend most of the night in my car until morning around 9:30 was not happy so it's like I didn't even get to stay in my room so disappointing When staff was there they were friendly
- Wickstrom (5/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - Staff was awesome very friendly. Room was clean little outdated but comfortable. Only complaint is wall are paper things you can hear the people next door and above you. Plus if some one has a shower in another room you won't sleep very noisy. Otherwise not bad for the price Noisy

- Satveer (9/5): -

- Sean Nash (6/5): Cozy - Location Nothing
- Jean (1/5): They took a $200 damage deposit and then charged me $200 for nothing - Dirty,
And they charged me $200 damage deposit and there was no damage. Will never stay there again. I do not recommend this place. They don’t make enough money so they charge their patron damaged deposits and don’t give them back

Dirty bedside table. Had to wipe it clean.
Very high price , after tax $213.
Won’t stay again.
- Sandra (4/5): You get what you pay for. - The rooms were relatively clean albeit run down. The back yard area was good for our team meet ups. The rooms and furniture have seen better days. The bathroom had patched holes that was not done professionally. The towels were threadbare and torn. The walls are extremely thin so we listened to the neighbours tv all night.
- Mary (4/5): - This place is horrible to stay at. Uncomfortable beds. People party all night and keep you awake you don't get any sleep. The owner doesn't care No SLEEP
- Michael (5/5): -

- Darnel (1/5): - That the Inn is called Grandview, not Grantview!!!
Can't even get the accuracy of the establishments name correct and this is booking.com who can't even get details correct. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The worst experience I have ever had through booking.com and staff at a motel/Inn.
Rooms were filthy, and the staff were just as bad. They would not refund our money even though we were there for 10 minutes, after I found hair, blood and other fluid stains on the sheets, door had been kicked in at one point poorly repaired and not replaced, bathroom tub/shower was coming apart and poorly sealed, walls and black out blinds were stained, most electrical outlet covers were broken. They would not give us our money back just kept offering another room and there is NO customer service through booking.com and they are the ones who take your money, worst hotel booking agency they don't do research on the companies they work with and just give the run around. Will never use booking.com again. Also found out that the inn subsidized low income housing. Which is not a bad thing in itself, but it should be disclosed. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
- Olena (1/5): - Nothing Charged me extra
- Dragomir (9/5): -
- FERNANDO (5/5): - El hote lo único que nos gustó era que estaba cerca de la casa de unos amigos. La cama sonaba demasiado, se veía sucia, y el olor no era agradable.
- Syed (6/5): What u pay is what u get. - WIFI is good. Location is decent. Close to US Canada border so u can leave early to beat the traffic at the border. Close to gas station. AC is so small that if u have 2 queen beds, the farther bed winter get the air easily. No breakfast. Everything is for a price even coffee.
- Vedisha (3/5): - close to white rock checked in at 8pm in the evening and hotel did not have the room ready and told us its over half an hour wait. what would happen if we had checked in at 4pm??????
- Parminder (1/5): -
- Asriatun (6/5): - Staff was busy on the phone when Guide me to a room , not even inform me wifi Password

- Margot (8/5): -
- Jody (1/5): - Nothing!! Our bed was completely broken, we spent hours fixing it, people smoking outside our door... it filled our room. we had to use our bath towels to block it from coming in the door, mowing started at 7am, shopping cart filled with stereo equipment outside our door, cobwebs all over our walls. When we asked for reimbursement for our troubles the manager told us owner refused to give us anything and also refused to give us her name!! We have photos of everything and will be reporting this to BC Hotel Association BCHA ,BBB and Office of the Ombudsperson, Compliance and Enforcement Unit. We are in BC to move our parents to a seniors home... this was a stressful trip to begin with...this just was HORRIBLE!!!! Nothing!! - Karen (8/5): It worked as our crash pad. Most of the time we were gone. - Great location. Laundry facilities were helpful. Lovely garden out back. Towels could be upgraded-a bit shabby. No breakfast, no microwave, fridge or coffee pot in room.
- Peter (2/5): -
- yubraj (1/5): - Could hear everything that was happening in the next room including sexual activities . Lot of noise and disturbances.
- Elijah (9/5): -
- Rahmati (3/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- Gordey (9/5): - Bed was comfy
Pillows were thick
Water pressure in show was great
AC worked well
Chairs outside of rooms
Price was fair
Let us check in after 8pm
Friendly and helpful desk staff No coffee maker in room
No complimentary coffee in office
No wall or any USB
- Jorge (9/5): Close to the Ferry - Close to every thing N/A
- Elizabeth (8/5): - The room was as expected for a budget motel. The bed was very squeaky though, so that was a challenge as it made noise with every minor movement. A microwave in the room would be an improvement. And the squeaky bed as stated above. Otherwise the room was as expected.
- Lawrence (8/5): I'll use again - I like location and room was clean That there wasn't n actual blanket
- Brad (8/5): -
- Cyndi (3/5): Extremely overpriced for a rundown motel with absolutely no frills not even a plug for the sink. Bed and pillows in te - Close to border Sketchy area and no convenient places to eat
- Campbell (10/5): Not the Ritz but cheapest in Surrey. - The price is definitely better then most. Can't beat 100$ a night on short notice on a weekend. It has a gas station a 1 minute walk away. It also has a restaurant across the parking lot. It's not the closest to central Surrey. About 20-25 minutes away. Decent if you have business in White Rock. Be cool if it had some kind of breakfast. Even just cereal or fruit. The walls and floors aren't very sound proof. Could hear every little foot step upstairs. But they had kids.
- Kathleen (7/5): -

- Singh (10/5): -
- Amanda (7/5): -
- Amarjit singh (1/5): -
- Ken (3/5): First night was good but second night I kept getting woken up throughout the night from neighbours - Spacious, soft towels Beds were hard, tv too small, could hear through walls very easy.
- Karen (8/5): - Basic, clean, comfortable accommodation near people we were visiting... exactly what we needed! Thank you to the friendly staff. I'm quite sure we will be back.
- Amdadur (7/5): -
- Robert (6/5): Good for quick stay - Friendly staff easy booking late check in was so handy The rooms are a lot outdated wall's need fixing lots of marks. Rust on shower curtain rod. Bathroom door frame brocken . No coffee or microwave quite noisy
