• GUY (9/5): Another Great Stay! - Arrived for check in and was warmly greeted by the manager and front desk staff. The hotel lobby was impeccable as was my room. The new towels in the room are soft and wonderful. The bed and pillows are comfy and allowed me a decent night's rest. The shower is ample size for a big guy, the water pressure is great and the hot water is almost instantaneous. The fridge was already running and allowed me to store dairy products immediately. The view of the sea from the room was a plus and the air con worked sufficiently during the day to keep me comfortable. I received another warm welcome from the restaurant manager as well as the restaurant staff and had a very enjoyable breakfast. My stay was too short!

• Marija (10/5): - Manji hotel sa predivnim osobljem i vrlo prijatnom porodicnom atmosferom. Ono sto smo primetili jeste da su gosti vecinom stalni i godinama dolaze u isti taj hotel. Uglavnom su porodice, mirno je i tiho.

All staff very good/friendly. Pool very clean and decent size. very convenient location for bars and supermarkets. There actually wasn't anything I didn't like regarding the hotel. Would have been nice if there were direct public busses from Protoras to Larnaca airport.

Прибирали щодня. Не одразу вдалось знайти та відкрити двері в апартаменти. Потрібно на рецепції взяти в оренду перехідник на розетку.
• Mill (7/5): Nice place near the beach - Good breakfast, location , big clean room, friendly staff. The pool was full of flies, the pool is too shallow, not suitable for adults.
• liat (10/5): A wonderful vacation in Protaras - The staff were very friendly, especially Spyridoula and Ilias were amazing, they always helped us and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is great. For our last night, the soap in the shower almost ran out, and instead of filling more soap, the cleaning lady filled it with water to make it feel like there's more soap while there isn't. We were not expecting this from such a good hotel.

• David Meparishvili (7/5): The price is a bit high for such a service. - Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, but some things need to be improved. The staff is very hospitable and attentive. Thanks to all staff involved in the customers service. There is a need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms (perhaps there are not enough cleaners for such a workload). The beds were made, but the linen was not changed even once during the week. As for dinner, it is recommended that water and tea (coffee) were included in the dinner price. Also, in other hotels, drinking water (in bottles) was always provided in rooms, but not in this hotel.

• Samantha (9/5): - Location of the hotel was great; cca. 200 m distance from the Vryssi beach and 250 m from the Fig tree bay. It was BB booking and the breakfast was well. The staff is very friendly. If you arrive before check in, there is room dedicated for your luggage, and also changing room with shower so the beach doesn't wait for the check in :)

Breakfast was great and had everything for the family. The staff also offered us a complimentary bottle of wine for our 10 year anniversary which was a great touch… thank you Shower was a bit slippery and no mattress protectors when we have little children…uh oh!!

• Gina (8/5): Family of 5 long weekend - Great breakfast with lots of options, amazing location walking distance from all the bars, restaurants, and beach.stayed for a few nights with a family of 5, the rooms are clean and accommodating. Children's entertainment, whilst there is a kids club, it's very small, not air conditioned. The pool also was quiet with few families the sunbeds were also reserved before the breakfast had ended with towels.
• Natalie (10/5): Relaxing, fun, beautiful! - I loved everything about this hotel! For me it was a random find, as I was travelling to Cyprus for a wedding at a hotel about half an hour walk away. We got so lucky with this hotel! It is modern, clean, the rooms are a great size and comfortable. We had a superior double room with seaview and the view was STUNNING! We arrived late at night, and we were so surprised with the gorgeous view when we woke up the next morning! The included breakfast was just gorgeous! Delicious with lots of choice, and we loved the guy at the eggs/omelette stand! He was always lovely, welcoming and had a big smile on his face!! The pool area was great, always lots of sun loungers available - I didn’t see a lot of reserving sunbeds going on! There are three pools, we spent our time in the pool with the swim up bar, and it was so lovely and chilled. We enjoyed the water aerobics and entertainment at the hotel! One of the best parts about this hotel was the location! Right on the strip, with a huge range of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach was a 5 minute walk away! I travelled here with my mum, and we both had the most incredible, relaxing holiday! All the staff & guests here were very friendly, we just loved everything about it! I would recommend this hotel, and Protaras in general, to everyone! Nothing!

• Guy (9/5): Did not disappoint! - The receptionists, the manager, the restaurant manager, the waiters, cooks, servers and support staff, the maintenance guy and cleaning staff were fantastic: enthusiastic, professional, helpful and delightful! Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food items to choose from. The egg station cook consistently delivered excellent omelettes. Loved the new coffee machines. The room was big enough and clean, bed was comfortable. The location is great and close to bars, restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. I wished I had one more day! That's it!

• Jayne (10/5): Great place to stay - We loved everything with the Sunrise Gardens Aparthotel. Very clean staff couldn't do enough for you. it was great value for money and location. Perfect is the word. My husband doesn't like buffet food, but the food was amazing. The head chef Vasileios TheOdorides was brilliant his food tasted fantastic and the variety was great and we found out that he did our food at the Sunrise Beach when we got married over 14 years ago, the gentleman front of house in the restaurant was so lovely know could say a bad word against him, he was always smiling, and if you needed anything he would get you it, we also found out that one of the other gentleman had also come from.the Sunrise Beach and he was our barman at our wedding, can not say enough good things about the Sunrise Gardens will definitely be returning. There was nothing to complain about.
