• Catherine (3/5): Malheureusement je ne peux qu’avertir les futurs vacanciers d’être alerter sur les punaises de lit que nous avons eue da - La vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse et du petit déjeuner. Rien à dire on reste bouche bée devant les pyramides de Gizeh. Des punaises de lit qui m’ont donné de nombreuses piqûres et certaines avec des allergies: ampoules, hématomes…
• Deniz (1/5): Didn’t even happen. - Scammer hotel. No hotel exists with this name. Scammer hotel. They made us wait at lobby to tell us the hotel is full even though we paid in advance via booking.com. They transferred us to a lower class hotel.

• Mark (10/5): The view . Amazing to just sit with that and think about life - Well obviously the location and the view . So it’s not big international hotel and doesn’t look much from outside. But it is absolutely fine the lift worked , the room was as advertised. The toilet and shower worked , the door locked , the bath did have the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was good and the view whilst eating unbelievable. People expecting their 5 star experience will find things to complain about but it is a great hotel, on the main road, a little shop next door, 5 min walk down to the Sphinx entrance gate . Can’t complain about anything So the only thing that annoyed me was that the location/address shown is not that of the hotel. I get why it’s done , it’s the address if the great pyramid, but this doesn’t help taxi drivers , mine tried to take me to the great pyramid and stopped at a cafe to ask and a local alarmed by saying it’s a fake booking . It took a while for me to explain where I thought the hotel actually was ( I’d used an Ariel view on maps to locate it ) its actually the Kings Gate hotel not “Pyramid hotel” as it’s advertised

Kımseye tavsıye etmem sakın book yapmayın bölgede bircok hotel var çok daha iyi Merdıven ayakları cok pis va arka tarafta idi . Banyo cok kirli ve 2 kişiye 1 havlu . Duş başlıgı sökülmüş oda temizlıgi hiç yok . Ortalıklarda kımseyi görmessin .
• vivienne (7/5): Ok for one night. Staff were very helpful - On the terrace. Great staff. Most things were broken. For example toilet roll holder falling off. Shower was ineffective. When unplugged an item it pulled the socket out of the wall. No bedside tables.

• Arroyo (9/5): Great view and breakfast spot - Location and staff were great. The breakfast that was included was the best. The view was superb. The room could use some better finishing as it looks like it was still going through renovations.
• Adrienn (7/5): Szuper - Közel volt a piramisokhoz, csodálatos volt a kilátás és a terasz is nagyon tetszett, az ágy kényelmes volt. Abdallah nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész, annak ellenére is hogy nehezen ment nekünk az angol. a környéken körbevezetett minket és másnapra szervezett nekünk buszt és ebédet a piramisokhoz és más látványosságokhoz is. Segített transzfert szervezni a szálláshoz és utána visszafele is, nagyon elégedettek voltunk vele! Bármivel kereshettük. A reggeli is finom volt és bőséges számunkra, indulásunkkor pedig elcsomagolt ételt kaptunk, mert korán indultunk. Nagyon koszos volt, foltos a matrac, a kádba bele sem mertünk ülni, mert nem volt rendesen kitakarítva, látszódott a kosz benne, ami mellesleg egy kis súrolószerrel leszedhető lenne. A fürdő szintén koszos volt, a zuhanyban hajszálak voltak, wc ülőke le volt törve. Nem voltak poharak csak 1db, törölköző 1db volt kettőnknek és 1 kissebb kéztörlésre. Bogarak voltak az ágyban, csak kissebbek de a szomszéd a sajátjában többet is talált. Wc papír 1db volt 3 napra, azért tartalékba bekészíthettek volna többet. Alacsony volt a víznyomás.
• Anna (4/5): - Panorama spettacolare, stanza per gli standard di Giza e buona, non c'èra il phon magari se lo avessi chiesto me lo avrebbero dato , tanto non mi sono potuta lavare i capelli, perché l' acqua usciva poca poca , ogni tanto si sentiva una forte puzza di fogna,la stanza non l' anno pulita per tutti i 4 giorni compreso gli asciugamani.La vasca da bagno e inutile l' acqua esce a filo per riempirla ci metteresti un giorno.Quindi non metteteli in terra tanto non entrano mai in camera. Colazione, caffè latte buono uova sode cose tipiche del posto.Metterò delle foto..nel complesso se ci si adatta può andare. Il bagno

• ines (10/5): incroyable appartement avec sa vue sur les pyramides - incroyable appartement, le plus est vraiment la vue sur les pyramides de Giza, l’entrée aux pyramides se trouvent à moins de 10 min à pied, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien, pour le dîner, le personnel vous apportera le menu de leur restaurant si vous le souhaiter, le personnel est serviable et il y a toujours une personne présente pour vous aider, ils répondront à toutes les questions que vous avez, je vous recommande ces appartements, foncez ! il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas aimer
• Larose (8/5): Très bien pour un séjour court - Le plus est la grande terrasse partagée avec les autres chambres à partir de laquelle on a une très belle vue sur les pyramides. L'accès aux pyramides peut se faire à pied et est à environ 400 m. La chambre est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse est correct. La chambre possède une baignoire mais celle-ci n'est pas vraiment utilisable car la pression d'eau est tellement faible qu'il faudrait un temps fou pour le remplir. La chambre donne sur la rue et n'est pas vraiment isolée du bruit.
• Marc (5/5): Goed voor maximaal een nacht of 2 geen week! - Het uitzicht op de piramides. Voor betaling doormiddel van alles is duurder dan het werkelijk kost willen ze alles wel voor je doen. Het adres wat via Booking staat aangegeven is niet het echte adres. Tevens heet het hotel ook geen Pyramid Hotel Maar (Kings Gate Hotel) Daar kwam ik achter nadat ik 3 uur met de taxi op zoek was geweest naar een niet bestaand adres of hotel. De eerste ochtend geen warm water. De volgende dag van 17:00 tot 23:00 gewacht op de monteur. De volgende ochtend nog steeds geen warm water. Nieuwe kamer af moeten dwingen! Het ontbijt is om de dag hetzelfde en erg simpel totaal geen keuzes. De advertentie bied Netflix aan echter is dit niet te gebruiken vanwege het trage wegvallende WiFi signaal. Tevens wordt er gesproken over geluid isolerende maatregelen daar merk je niet van.
• Meriem Nour (9/5): Assolutamente consigliata! - Una vista mozzafiato vale mooolto più del prezzo sono stata una notte ma avrei voluto stare di più, un tramonto magico sulle piramidi (da non perdere), avevo la terrazza tutta per me praticamente visto che nel piano c’erano solo 4 stanze, la struttura molto pulita e bella tutto è praticamente nuovo hanno rinnovato tutto, lo staff gentile e cortese disponibile sempre Il wifi è un po’ scarso, in stanza mancano un po’ di cose l’angolo cottura è praticamente inutile perché c’è solo un lavandino, un bicchiere piccolo di caffè e microonde non c’era il bollitore, il letto non è comodo ma nonostante tutto ci ritornerei volentieri
• Baude (1/5): Lamentable - Rien car nous n’avons pas pu avoir la chambre qui était réservée La chambre était en travaux et l’hôtel était complet mais le personnel ne nous a pas prévenu et voulait nous mettre dans un autre hôtel bas de gamme
• Nathan (4/5): - View of the pyramids, room had AC. Toilet was wobbly, shower wasnt fully functional water pressure was bad. Building was under renovations and lots of trash around. Staff were inattentive and regularly took long times to serve basic drinks. The bathroom had a general bad smell to it.

• Etienne (2/5): Je ne recommande pas du tout - L’hôtel était complet (malgré notre réservation) et notre hôte nous a recasé dans une autre chambre d’un autre hôtel La chambre dans l’autre hôtel était correcte mais pas du tout à la hauteur de celle que nous avions réservé. Pas de vue sur les pyramides, beaucoup plus petite, pas de baignoires etc.

Le personnel est serviable, la chambre confortable et climatisée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, excellent rapport qualité prix. Accès facile pour retrouver son chauffeur, un guide ou un taxi, pas loin des sites historiques. Très bien. La pression de l'eau dans la douche insuffisante surtout pourl'eau chaude. Une.petite remarque un simple détail il y'a une bouilloire dans la chambre du thé du sucre mais pas de dosette de café. Une dosette de café serait très appréciée par certains voyages je pense! Mais c'est un détail

• Julien (8/5): Un hotel simple mais parfait pour voir le coucher et levé de soleil sur les pyramides - Superbe vue sur les pyramides de la chambre et de votre terrasse. bien situé dans l' artère centrale proche de l' accés aux pyramides. La gentillesse et le sourire des hotes. La propreté des carreaux vous cachent la vue sur le pyramides. La salle de bain est propre, mais les finitions laissent à désirer. Un peu d' équipement serait le bienvenu (papier toilette, café, vaisselle)

• Martinez Carpintero (5/5): Ánimo! falta mejorar - La atención del personal fue muy buena, intentaron solucionar los inconvenientes, son amables y solidarios Las habitaciones que ofrecen por la pagina no son las que te dan al llegar al hotel, son totalmente distintas y no son tan agradables, el desayuno no me gustó, solo una opción árabe sin alternativas para turistas. El personal rota muy seguido y la comunicación no es muy asertiva entre ellos. La ubicación en el mapa que aparece en la página no es la real, fue una odisea poder encontrar el hotel y además el nombre del hotel no es el mismo de la página.

• debora (7/5): - La camera ristrutturata recentemente molto carina spaziosa comoda. Una terrazza molto bella con vista mozzafiato sulle piramidi. Posizione comoda per visitare le piramidi e il nuovo museo egizio. Personale veramente gentile. Abdallah ci ha aiutato ad organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Difficoltà nel trovare l hotel perché il nome è Kings Lion Piramyd Inn, mentre su booking è riportato solo Piramyd Inn, inoltre è all interno di un palazzo e le camere sono all ultimi due piani dello stesso. Per quanto riguarda la colazione e il ristorante praticamente non c è. La colazione ti viene portata da fuori e consumata in terrazza ai tavoli che ogni camera ha. Idem per il ristorante la prima sera abbiamo chiesto la cena e ci hanno fatto vedere un menù e dopo è arrivata la cena completamente fredda perché vanno a prenderla in qualche locale vicino all hotel oltretutto pagata 40 euro in due. Mi sento di dire che consiglierei di togliere la dicitura ristorante dalle descrizioni di booking.
