- Hazal (3/5): not a good experience - the staff was helpful when we complain teh cleanliness were zero. we made the booking by going ourselves and talking to the manager and the staff. we had many guests coming and checking in different days and time. but all the time when there is a new check in either the toilet was very dirty ( really there were poo poo remains fro. previous guest) or the bedsheet was not clean. when we complain they cleaned of course but the next day again the same problem. If it was not very close to my house and very convenient for my guests, I would leave and get anpther hotel immediately. sometime there was no toilet tissue, no towel etc.

- Christian (1/5): Bad - Nothing Ten minutes after we had checked in we already checked out again First we waited around twenty minutes for the receptionist to be called to the Warung. Had paid the upgrade for the best room, but got the worst room. After complaining about cleanliness (multiple hair and fresh stains on the bed matching the rest of the room) we were shown a different room with matching bad cleanliness. Highlight was the leaking bum gun thrown into the mouldy shower. Money was not refundable. We think the high rating is some scam. PS slept in better hotels for 6 bucks in rural afrika or while camping on the AT.
