• A (1/5): Never again... - Location - walking distance to Suva City, self-contained with washing machine. Property was under construction so noisy from morning to evening, at times we had no water or internet ; mosquitoes; although self-contained the kitchen wasn't well stocked. I had to keep asking for things from the owner who lives upstairs. She was nice about it but took time to reply. In the end we were given a discount but the experience left us feeling very disappointed.
• Hitesh (6/5): Nice location and big rooms - Large rooms which is good if you have kids. Bought for view of harbour which you get but there was construction happening which didn't help. The owner/host tried to mitigate it but that didn't stop the construction crews... The bathroom did not drain so well after showers. Don't think there was anything wong...it just took a long time to drain.

• Sam (1/5): We were very disappointed as my wife had booked this as the best choice referencing the photos and descriptions on booki - It’s location The accomodation is falsely advertised. It was very hard to find and this is because It was still under construction with scaffolding and rubble everywhere around the outside. It looked like an abandoned building. The water pipe draining sink in bathroom was split and gushing water. The aircon in one of the rooms was blowing into the room what we suspect was construction dust and it smelt unhealthy. The kitchen cabinets were unfinished. The kitchen supplies were not complete. Some tiles were uneven so trip hazards. We did not feel safe here due to health and safety risks. The owner did make contact to listen to and acknowledge our feedback and did not charge us for the stay.
• Rose (9/5): Great Value for Money - Apartment is so spacious, clean and great value for money. There is a little confusion and misunderstanding with the staff bit was all resolved.
• Watch (10/5): Otherwise, the apartment had a perfect view to the Suva Harbor. It is just a walking distance to the main CBD. There’s a - The house was fully equipped with utensils, beddings, toiletries and Air conditioning. Very well laidd out. The floor and cushion were quite dusty but it’s manageable for adults. If you have kids, it’s gonna be a hustle to clean up before you settle in.

• Mere (1/5): Unprofessional apartment - I will never recommend this place of stay , as I booked in 1day earlier with this app having confirmed booking number and liasing direct on property about my booking I didn't received the apartment as the lady name zaheer informed me in the 11th hour someone else checked in before me and she can't do anything as it's beyond her control on this and for me to check elsewhere . I travel all the way from the west and 100% depend on this place to stay in but very very pathetic service and unprofessional service to be said . I have a strong suggestion to guest please be mindfull on booking this place .JUST A KEY NOTE TO WHO EVER OWN THIS PLACE BECAREFUL ON WHAT YOU ADVERTISE AND BE REAL ONCE FOR ALL . I STRONGLY 💪 DONT LIKE THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND THIS WILL DEFINITELY HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE TO OTHERS WHO WILL BOOK IN, HAVE YOUR ALLYBY WHEN BOOKING WITH THIS SO CALL APARTMENT.
• Nair (8/5): overall it was a good stay - The propperty was in a convinient location. The shower did not have a heater system which was a downer for me.

• Rosemary (9/5): Suva delight - Convenient location - supermarkets, Tappoo City, downtown Suva, medical facilities. Kitchen clean & well serviced. Host will get anything else you require. The lounge has a great view of the harbour & beyond. 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Aircon Washing machine & drying area. Off street parking. You could not wish for any better host than Saher. She is available next door & will provide you with anything you require & answer all your questions. She is so kind and caring, even looking after us when one of us was unwell one day. Bathrooms. Didn't show accurately in photos. Host says they're having renovations done soon, so bear with it. They are functional.
• Angeline (9/5): love it, location is great and home is well kept - Loved my stay here, the location is great only a short walk to the city and short ride to the nightlife. We felt very safe as there is security who work throughout the night, Our host was very welcoming and let us know what to do and where to go. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom water pressure was excellent, definetly will book again

Strong odor of cleaning solution was overwhelming and didn’t dissipate for more than 24 hours. Place is rundown and needs to be spruced up. No towel bars. Noise from port.

The apartment was very well maintained , very clean , with full kitchen appliances , laundry , nice shower with hot water ,secured lot with parking . Beautiful view of the bay . The owner did not even asked for the payment and said we can pay the morning we leave .which we did She also gave us an excellent deal . Would have stayed for another night but unfortunately it was already booked . My family loved the place and the host . The best place we stayed during our holiday in Fiji . Will surely recommend to my family and friends .My personal Thank you to SAHER . There was nothing that i didn't like . That's the way to upkeep your rental place and have satisfied customers . Better than most hotels. Your pleasant customer service goes a long way . Keep it up . God bless .

• Bernadette (10/5): Peaceful and convenient location - The location was perfect. Host was attentive and helpful also very friendly and easy to approach. Starting with our first night there, we checked in a-bit late, host was very understanding and very attentive. Place was spacious, clean and had all the facilities needed. Wi-Fi was also free. Lots of space for cars to park. Hot water was a bonus, my kids were sometimes too loud but never had any problems with the hosts or neighbours. The neighbourhood is very quiet, security is always around, which made us feel very safe. He is also very kind and friendly that we’ve made friends with him 😊 Overall I would definitely recommend. The only thing is the gate entrance is a very tight spot and is situated right on the bend which is a blind spot, might need an experienced driver or someone to guide you in. TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE CAREFUL Be very careful and cautious with traffic and make sure to give other drivers enough time to let them know you’re about to turn.

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Any minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed, which we greatly appreciated.
