• Michael (4/5): Wouldn't recommend and we would not stay there again. - No comment read what didn't you like The name of the property is a misnomer it is not a shore cottage, although a short walk to the beach and sea it is in a narrow back alley facing a row of garages and adjoining an enormous old 3 storey building. We had 2 large red vans parked each side of the cottage every night one outside the bedroom window. The back garden is a rubbish dump so there is no outside space. Fortunately the weather was very kind to us so we were able to spend most of the day along the seafront. I think if we had gone out for the day we wouldn't have been able to park anywhere near the property as apart from the 2 red vans 2 large white vans where also parked in the alley after around 4pm. The owner was very helpful and the property was very clean and I have submited this review with some regret but the truth has to be told.
• Julie (10/5): Best little cost cottage and great 9 days here. - This lovely cottage has ease of access for me which helped as I can’t do steps and stairs. The cottage was cosy, warm and so comfortable. You have a welcome pack to with instructions and suggestions. Great place too as it was a 30 second walk to the beachfront and close to all other amenities like shops, amusements and harbour. Loved it here as I’ve been coming since the late 70’s/80’s when I was a kid and so many memories here. This cottage made it all the better and a great 8 days. Well 9 as we booked an extra night. We will definitely book here again. To be honest we had no issues at all.
