IRINA (10/5): - Персонал тактичный. Номер чистенький. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Особенно понравился балкончик , с видом на сад, где можно посидеть, выпить кофе, вечером вино. Местоположение хорошее, пешком доходили до каскада. Тапочки явно не для взрослых, но эта мелочь не испортила нам настроение

Ryan (10/5): Hidden gem in best part of Yerevan! Great staff, best beds! Highly recommend! - This was our 5th stay in a week in Armenia and a few things stood out to me at the Armenia Hotel that did not occur at the others. The beds were the most comfortable we had, the location is secluded in a quiet street in a prime area of Yerevan. The hotel staff were the friendliest we encountered, they accommodated us with a better room then we booked and they coordinated an airport shuttle for us at 03:45 in the morning. They allowed us to use their kitchen and provided us tea cups and a water boiler. This was all incredible as we had a daily tea time with my girlfriend’s father and one last one before our flight on the balcony was special! A few others that may not seem like a big deal to those who don’t know, but most bathrooms in Armenia don’t have a divider to prevent the shower water from flowing all over the bathroom floor. Finally in our 5th stay, we found this hotel that actually had shower doors and a floor divider which kept the bathroom floor clean and dry. It’s a little thing, but meant a lot. The last thing… for those who don’t know… toilet paper in Armenia can be really bad in some places and this hotel had the best toilet paper out of all the 5 stays 😂😂. I could keep going.. they have nice cats and kittens on the property. I highly recommend this stay as it was simply the best and was extremely affordable! Thank you Armenia Hotel! If we make it back, we would gladly stay again! Nothing at all to complain about. 10 out of 10!

Юлия (4/5): - Удачное расположение, кондиционер в номере Приехала в отель к 21:00, номер не был готов и убран, хотя о времени заезда сообщала заранее. Ужасно грязный номер, в комнате не было мебели кроме стула, крови и холодильника- ни вешалки, ни шкафа, ни тумбочки. Общая ванная комната отвратительно грязная, пол в следах обуви с грязью, сантехника вся в пятнах, волосах, нет мыла. Общая ванная находится на ресепшене и ей пользуются как общественным туалетом все кто выходит и заходит в отель и персонал.

Плюс , что в Ереване очень вкусная вода поэтому кофе получался очень вкусным.В номере ужасная звукоизоляция ( вернее её полное отсутствие).

Saleh (3/5): لا انصح به - لا يستحق ان يكون فندق هو نزل، وعرض علي الذهب لموقع آخر لهم ، وهو كذلك نزل ، لا تتوفر فيه شروط السلامة. الدرج بدون حاجز. وهذا خطر الموقع غير جيد والسلالم بدون دربزين.

Marcin (9/5): - Great location close to the very centre of the city. Spacious room with access to the garden. Air conditioning & parking available. Brand new bathroom newly renovated. It is possible to drink tap water. Friendly staff. The common kitchen and garden was dirty. Lots of rubbish in the garden, people were feeding cats but newer cleaned afforestation themselves as a result lots of empty plastic boxes spread everywhere.

Anna (8/5): - Небольшой отель, здесь можно найти все для комфортного проживания: вай-фай, кондиционер, на первом этаже есть кухня для общественного пользования, парковка ( хозяева пропускают за шлагбаум). Белье чистое, свежее. В целом хорошо - по соотношению цена качество, и если хотите приватные номера - рекомендую. Видно, что отель активно используется и некоторые вещи требуют обновления. Так в первый день в номере очень плохо работал кондиционер (но по нашей просьбе хозяева взвали на сл день мастера и все исправили), на двери в ванную комнату отвалилась ручка, не хватало отдельного полотенца для ног, чтобы можно было постелить как коврик в ванной чтобы собирал воду после душа. Во всем остальном было хорошо. Мы с комфортом провели время!
Tibor from Hungary (1/5): SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! - Scam, Scam, Scam!!! Do not book in this hotel! We paid a full price, but after the payment we got a dorm instead of the paid presidential suite! Scam, Scam, Scam!!! We have paid presidential suite and confirmed 3 times (!), that we were arriving, but our rooms had been sold. We had to pay the full price, but instead of the presidential suite we had a dorm in a hostel! Outside was 38 Celsius, in the dorm there was no AC, full of mosquitos, smell and noise - we could not sleep at all. No money back, just yelling - even though we paid the full price!

Tatsiana (10/5): Впечатляющая, незабываемая остановка в отеле - Впервые остановились в этом отеле. С первых минут посещения отеля были в восторге от гостеприимства молодого человека по имени Нарек. Как только он услышал, что у нас особенный день (юбилей с дня свадьбы - 30 лет) предложил нам повысить комфортность нашего номера без доплаты да еще и с символичным для нас номером 12 даты свадебного юбилея. Первоначально у нас был номер с общей ванной комнатой, мы получили номер с собственной ванной комнатой, баллончиком со столиком и стульями из ротанга. В номере холодильник, телевизор, тапочки, набор из зубной щетки и пасты, тапочки. Интерьер номера роскошный королевская кровать со спинкой из велюра с белоснежным бельем, красивая современная люстра, расписные обои в серебристо голубых тонах. Интерьер самого отеля тоже впечатляет, ароматный парфюмированный воздух, стены теплых персиковых тонов, красивые светильники на коридоре. Выезжали из отеля мы в 21.30, работник сешепшина (брат Нарека) помог нам с вызовом такси, отнести багаж к такси. Здесь действительно рады гостям и сделают все для комфортного отдыха любой группе гостей - молодым парам, семьям с детьми, возрастным парам. Недостатков мы не отметили несмотря на то, что мы очень требовательные путешественники, но здесь действительно нам создали комфортные условия для самых дорогих гостей.

Misleading and deceptive practices. - I booked a room listed as having an " private external bathroom," which gave the impression it was a private bathroom located outside the room. At no point did the listing clarify that the bathroom was shared — let alone that it was a public bathroom located next to the reception and used by all visitors and multiple rooms. Had I known this, I would never have booked. The bathroom, given the number of people using it, remained consistently unclean. Additionally, the hotel operates under misleading names. While it is listed as "Armenia Hotel," the actual property is called Old Armenia Hotel, which has poor reviews and ratings on Google. In fact, on Google Maps, only "Old Armenia Hotel" appears — not "Armenia Hotel." There are also serious issues with payment and transparency. They don’t accept pre-payment, and once you arrive, you're told they accept only cash, not credit cards — a policy not disclosed during booking. Housekeeping is nonexistent — no room cleaning, no fresh towels, and no bed sheet changes, even during a four-night stay. Finally, they offered a $3-per-day discount if I agreed not to leave a negative review or inform the booking platform about these issues — a clear attempt to suppress honest feedback. When I pointed out that the room description clearly mentioned a private external bathroom—not a public shared one—the hotel staff simply told me I was free to leave and find another place. Imagine landing in a foreign country, only to be met at the hotel reception with a "take it or leave it The only positives: a central location and access to a kitchen with basic utensils (plates, knives, spoons). Strongly advise booking elsewhere.

Regina (1/5): Ужасное отношение к гостям. Никому не рекомендую - Мы забронировали Представительский 3-хместный номер с кондиционером, террасой. Сообщили владельцу, что приедем к 22-23 часам. Приехали в 22:30. Администратор сказал, что номера нет. В долгом обсуждении нашел 2-хместный номер в другом отеле. Нас, напомню, 3 взрослых разнополых человека. Мы приехали в этот другой отель. Оказался 2-х местный номер. БЕЗ КОНДИЦИОНЕРА, под крышей. Раскладушку нам принесли на вторую ночь. В первую ночь один из трех спал на полу. Пришлось купить надувной матрас. За 2-хместный номер мы заплатили ровно столько же, сколько было заброшено за ПРЕДСТАВИТЕЛЬСКИЙ 3-х местный номер. Администратор Армения Отель нагло разговаривал,говоря нам, либо 2-хместный номер, либо идите на улицу. При этом отказывался отменить со своей стороны бронирование на сайте

У нее не было имени, и мы назвали её Наринэ ❤️ Санузел расположен прямо напротив комнаты, к нему есть отдельный ключ. На кухне есть посуда, за отдельную плату можно постирать бельё в стиральной машине. Что сделало бы место идеальным: - ночник в комнате - растительное масло на кухне - починка шланга от душа (он немного брызгается)

It was clean enough, but it wasn’t freshened every morning, not even with fresh toilet paper. A little more effort would make this a gem of an affordable stay.

Kieran (2/5): Unattentive staff, cockroaches, itchy stained linens, and impossible to get a good nights sleep - The location was close to shops, juice, and a short walk from a good tavern restaurant. The room is not dark at night, a gap in the curtains means a bright green light from the garden shines in your eyes at night, and the sun shines straight in your face from 6am. The staff were not very present - often absent from the front desk. The sheets were itchy, and the towels were torn and stained. When I requested the staff change the bed sheets (or left the sign on the doorhandle to make up the room) the sheets and towels still weren't changed, and the bedding wasn't changed for days. I asked to do some laundry, and was told to get it later that day. But, after 36 hours, it still wasn't done - I had to take the damp clothes off a rack myself in the dark, dusty basement before I left - and was still expected to pay for the 'service'. I saw cockroaches in the room at night. The room had marks on the walls and exposed wires. The bathroom is a wet room in the hallway, and you have to cross the hotel foyer to take a shower. The shower also sprays water out of the handle, so everything gets wet. The Booking.com information is inaccurate. There's no flatscreen TV, terrace, free toiletries, etc.

Guest (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel at all. - The room we booked was okay, but the bathroom was not really clean - the shower was full of limescale, the faucets looked old and not clean as I would expect it from a hotel. The shower gel was in small bottles which looked rather old and dirty. The pictures on booking are definately old ones, everything looks older now. After the 2nd day we asked the staff to clean the room with the sign on the door ("please clean up my room"). - In the evening we noticed that the only thing the cleaning person did, was to renew the bed linen. - It was not deep-cleaned, nor vacuumed, and in the bathroom they only changed the towels - that is definately not what I expect from a Hotel. The bathroom was not cleaned at all! They did not take away the tea mugs we used the day before. The next morning I told the staff at the reception that the bathroom was not cleaned at all and that I expect the room to be cleaned on this day. He only said: "Ok, we will clean the room now". - In the afternoon we came back to the room, nothing was cleaned or changed again. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. It is poorly managed and maintained, the staff does not care about anything, and the cleaning staff does not clean at all. There is a common kitchen for the guests and there it is rather dirty: the sink is not clean, there are old and dirty dishwashing-sponges, and the mugs and classes themselves are dirty. I was happy I did not book a breakfast at the hotel.
Amigo (1/5): - Вроде не плохая кровать . Есть холодильник . Общая большая кухня со всем не обходимым. В комнате нет шкафа . Есть окно с пола до потолка но занавеска там только темная и плотная. Открытым держать не можешь потому что практически на земле и все люди видят тебя . А закрыть шторой темно и воздух не пооходит. Самое ужасное это то что в течении дня не убирается общий туалет. И каждый раз когда туда заходишь там не смыта вода . Мне пришлось уйти после 11 вечера. Так как была не только не спущена вода а еще и наложена куча . Когда я обратилась к парню естественно он ничего не смог предложить и я сьехала в другое место . Если вы делаете общий туалет то хотя бы убирайте его как положено. Вообщем эта ситуация перечеркнула все плюсы .

aihua (8/5): 推荐 - 我分别订了两晚，同一个房间为什么还要让我把行李搬出去，以至于我丢了一个转换插头，后来我发现那个寄存行李的房间有非常多的箱子，而我的手提包因为不能锁，所以转换插头就丢了。酒店因为比较便宜所以住的人比较杂，东西要保管好。

Понравился камин и светильники. Было слышно как льется вода в другом номере. Полотенца и набор косметических средств был неполным. Выключатель желательно расположить ближе к кровати.

Alfredo (7/5): Buen staff, pero necesita mejoras la instalación. - Relación calidad precio está bien. Lo más destacable es el excelente personal. No está muy en el centro pero se puede ir andando. Es tranquilo y limpio en las áreas comunes. Hay aire acondicionado. Lindo patrio . La cama rota, de un lado, casi me hago daño. Recomendaría una televisión. Lo prefiero antes q la nevera q metía mucho ruido.
