• Hans Siegbert Weber (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert. - die Lage ist super mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See und Penol. Die Ruhe ist fantastisch, denn vor dem APTO ist eine kleine Terrasse. Man kann zu Fuß in das Zentrum, ca. 20 Minuten oder mit einem Tuk Tuk fahren, kostet nur 5.000 Pesos. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, vor allem Sandra, denn sie hilft bei allen Fragen. Leider sind die Matratzen sehr hart, was nicht jedem gefallen wird. Ein Schrank für die Kleider wäre sehr empfehlenswert, dazu eine stärkere Lampe zum Lesen. Das Frühstück sollte, etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, denn , wenn man längere Zeit dort verbringen möchte, hat man keine Lust jeden Tag Eier zu essen. Pfannkuchen wäre eine gute Idee, guter Schinken und Käse wäre super.

Tienes también opción de hacer kayak o otros deportes. El personal es muy amable y siempre atento a lo que necesites. Los desayunos son buenos y las habitaciones son muy lindas, limpias y con una hermosa vista. 100% recomendado. Nada, todo perfecto!

Algo que me sorprendió es la amabilidad de todo el personal, realmente me sentí como en casa, y siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todo. Me he hospedado en muchos lugares, hoteles, airbnb, y creo que este es de los que más voy a recomendar. Creo que la habitación pese a que está muy bien, podría mejorar un poco en el tema de los cortineros y alguna que otra luz que no encendía, fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien.

• Helena (8/5): It’s ok for one or two nights - The property has an amazing view of the lake, also the main house where the reception is is very nice. The building where our room was was not the nicest, and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The bed was ok but the pillows were very bad, although we asked for two more and they were super kind to bring them to us. Also the bathroom has a smell. We had to sleep with the windows open. Also the shower was very hard to manage but it had hot water and good pressure.

Przepiękny widok z pokoju robi niesamowite wrażenie, a wanna na balkonie z tym widokiem to absolutny hit i totalny relaks. Obsługa niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić!

• Liam (10/5): Amazing views and a lovely host - The lady who runs the place, is easily the loveliest person i met on my entire trip round Colombia. The views are amazing just like the pictures. I hired a kayak to go out on the lake, which was very tranquil. Bus station is about a 10min walk away. I did enjoy the novelty of having a bath out on the balcony Breakfast was nice but so so small. I was still starving!

• Stefanie (5/5): Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage - Der Ausblick vom Balkon mit dem Jacuzzi ist sehr schön. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt auf den bewachten Hotelparkplatz abstellen. Es war nur eine Lichtquelle (Lampe) in der Mitte des Zimmers. Lesen im Bett war dadurch schwierig. Kein Zimmerservice und das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Auf dem Nachtisch hat etwas geklebt. Personal spricht nur Spanisch und beim Frühstücken war die Angestellte nicht gerade freundlich, eine zweite Tasse Kaffee oder heißes Wasser war Zuviel - additional.

• Voyageur75 (4/5): Très décevant malgré une vue magnifique - - La localisation proche de Guatapé tout en étant un peu en retrait - La belle vue depuis la chambre et le balcon - Le personnel sympathique - L'eau à disposition Dommage que l'hôtel semble tout miser sur sa vue superbe et ne fasse pas d'efforts sur le confort, il pourrait être exceptionnel. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Booking, le lit n'est pas un king size mais un standard 140/190 très peu confortable. Il n'y a quasiment pas de meubles pour poser ses affaires dans la chambre et rien dans la salle de bains. L'eau alternait entre le brûlant et le glacé (probablement à cause de la taille des chauffe-eau que nous avons pu voir, qui ne seraient même pas suffisants pour une personne). Les draps et les serviettes étaient tâchés. Le petit déjeuner était le plus mauvais de notre séjour. Suite à nos plaintes, l'hôtel a fait un petit geste sur le prix mais nous avons tout de même été très déçus de notre séjour, l'hôtel ne correspondant pas à ce que nous attendions au vu de sa description.

• Philipp (10/5): Buen apartamento para relajarse - Uestrs habitación tenía muy buenas vistas a la piedra y al no estar situado el hotel en el centro del pueblo, la calle era muy tranquila. La chica de la recepción fue muy agradable y nos dió algunos co dejos de que visitar y dónde comer. El desayuno es muy mejorable en cuanto a variedad y a cantidad.

L’endroit est propre et calme avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et la Piedra Peñol. Mais ce qui fait toute la différence c’est l’accueil chaleureux et la sympathie de l’hôte, Sandra.

• Yesenia Forero (10/5): La vista es muy linda, es un lugar para desconectar y descansar - La vista del lugar es muy linda y los colaboradores sin duda son lo mejor. Muy amables y siempre atentos a las necesidades que teníamos. La Suite Presidencial le falta privacidad, las cortinas no brindan resguardo visual de otros huéspedes, entendemos que la vista tiene un plus muy importante, sin embargo no la recomiendo para personas que vayan en plan de parejas. Fuimos en plan con una amiga así que no pedimos cambio de habitación. Pueden mejorar la experiencia sólo colocando señalización para los otros huéspedes sepan que es un área privada y no pasen al área del balcón. Sin duda regresaría al lugar pero a otra habitación.

• Edmund Stephen (10/5): A really comfortable stay with incredible views from our room. - We chose the Presidential Suite as it had a wonderful view over the lake and El Penol in the distance. Waking up in the morning with the 180 degree view was a real treat. The hotel is on the edge of town which means it's quite but just a short, safe walk to the centre. We didn't dislike anything about our stay.

• Camille (2/5): Très décevant. - Malheureusement les seules choses que nous avons apprécié sont la vue sur la Piedra del PEÑOL et le chat. La literie est médiocre, les draps ne sont pas adaptés à la taille du lit 2 personnes. Les chambres ne sont pas isolées donc on entend les voisins, le soir nous avons dû demander au propriétaire de l’hôtel de demander à ce que nos voisins baissent la musique qui était très forte. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas tellement. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas agréable et nous avons remarqué quelques regards déplacés : lorsqu’on a demandé un café supplémentaire cela s’est fait remarquer que ça dérangeait. Le 2nd jour nous avons demandé à nouveau un café supplémentaire, qu’ils ont voulu nous facturer, du jamais vu dans notre voyage en Colombie, surtout au prix de la chambre! Il n’y a que 2 choix au petit déjeuner : des œufs ou du yaourt grec avec fruits. Le 2nd jour nous voulions 2 yaourts grec, malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu le choix car il ne restait qu’un bowl ! Le stock aurait pu être maîtrisé pour éviter ceci.

• Christopher (10/5): Truly amazing experience! - Such an amazing/tranquil stay with amazing staff, views, and a wonderful balcony bath! The manager was incredibly friendly and attentive which made the stay perfect. Wonderfully flexible too and helpful beyond. The neighbours below were loud at night. We had to call reception about the girl's voice/music. I would just say pay attention to this in the future. I asked for sunny side up eggs in the morning and the waitress wouldn't budge in terms of how they are made. This is a little stubborn in my opinion as they only do scrambled eggs/omellette. I don't think it's a big ask.
