• Snigdha (7/5): Experience was good.. little improvement needed. - It is about a km from Asakusa station, Sensoji temple. Location wise it is convenient. Also there is a cloth dryer in bathroom which was extremely useful. No tea bags provided. This is very common and is provided in all hotels nowadays. Also the room felt a little congested. Wifi was weak. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel provided per head for 3 nights.
• Jasmin (7/5): - Die Ausstattung war gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Als ich in das Zimmer kam, stank es stark nach Schweiß. Ich musste alle Fenster aufmachen, damit er vergeht. Das Zimmer schien generell nur oberflächlich geputzt worden zu sein.

• Antoni (9/5): - The info about checking in was very detailed, so there was no problem arriving and selfchecking in. There were some loose wires lying or hanging around the room, so it looked "unfinished". What's more is smelled stale. Opening the windows each time we came back helped though.

• Alejandro (8/5): - Great location near Asakusa station. Neighborhood is really quiet at night. The air conditioner in the bath has a mode to dry out the clothes which was really useful. Instructions to input the door code could be improved.

• Alan Wing Chung (9/5): Little gem not too far from Asakusa - Large enough for a few people to live even if it could be a little cramped, you can see the skytree from the room and there is an escalator in case you have lots of heavy luggage The neighbourhood is quiet considering you’re not that far from Asakusa so if you don’t mind a short walk and you don’t have too much heavy luggage, great location There aren’t many options to eat close by so you need to walk a little further to find convenience stores and food
• Mireille (8/5): Goed verblijf in een rustige wijk van Tokyo - Dichtbij metro Asakusa en de Ginzaline. Goede communicatie met Mr. Kintaro. Het appartement was goed schoon. Rustige wijk, maar alles snel bereikbaar. De ruimte was wat beperkt met 3 volwassenen en 3 koffers. Er waren maar twee stoelen waardoor we op bed ontbeten. Verder een prima accommodatie.

• Fabiana (7/5): Bella camera ma… - La camera era molto grande per due persone, cosa inusuale per il Giappone, e dotata di molti confort come lavatrice e cucina. Pulizia adeguata. Posizione strategica a 10 minuti a piedi dalle metro e da Asakusa centro. Per ciò che riguarda la stanza, c’era un cattivo odore di fogna all’ingresso abbastanza fastidioso e le asciugamani erano vecchie e piccole. L’aspetto che valuto più negativamente è l’assenza di una reception e di personale presente in struttura con cui potersi confrontare dal vivo in caso di imprevisti, cosa che per un viaggio internazionale si è rivelata fondamentale e che purtroppo non avevo considerato prima di prenotare. In particolare, io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto un serio problema con la consegna dei bagagli da Kyoto a Mr Kintaro, aggravato da informazioni errate fornite dal personale online. Tengo a precisare che sono sempre stati disponibili e rapidi nelle risposte, ma continuavano a ripeterci che loro non offrivano il servizio di spedizione bagagli, quando il problema non era questo: la spedizione l’avevamo già organizzata autonomamente. Il vero problema erano le indicazioni sbagliate ricevute, che ci hanno portato a non ricevere i bagagli nei tempi previsti. Siamo rimasti in casa un’intera serata ad aspettarli, rinunciando anche a uscire a Tokyo, convinti che il corriere avrebbe bussato alla porta. Successivamente ci è stato detto che non avevamo risposto al campanello, nonostante fossimo presenti. Solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che non esisteva alcuna porta a cui bussare direttamente, perché il corriere non aveva il codice di accesso al portone principale. Una situazione decisamente frustrante e che avrebbe potuto essere evitata con informazioni corrette fin dall’inizio.

• Zsolt (8/5): Compact stay with some minor drawbacks - We really appreciated the quiet location, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped (also including user guidelines in English :). As we only had one adapter, the USB charging station was particularly helpful for charging all our devices easily. The space was quite small (though we understand this is typical in Japan), and there was no light in the wardrobe area, so we had to use our phone flashlight in the evenings. The train and metro stations were also a bit far—especially after long days of walking—but Asakusa Station is directly accessible from Narita Airport, and luckily we didn’t have to deal with rain when walking with our luggage, which made the longer distance more manageable.

• Luisa (4/5): Für 2 Personen, die unter 100€ pro Nacht zahlen wollen, oke. Für mehr als 2 Personen NICHT zu empfehlen - 10 min nach Asakusa Licht schrecklich grell. Platz viel zu eng. Absolute Frechheit in ein eh schon enges Zimmer einen Tisch zustellen, der so nah am Bett steht, weil es eigentlich keinen Platz für ihn gibt, dass man sich im Schlaf das Knie an der Kante anstößt. Haben die Garnitur auf den Balkon tragen müssen.

• Supawat (8/5): Good location, reasonable price - I chose this place because of its location, which is close to the main tourist attractions in Tokyo that I was interested in—Asakusa, Ueno, and Tokyo Skytree. The staff responded to my messages quickly and provided complete and clear information. Most importantly, the building has an elevator, which was very convenient for carrying luggage since I stayed on the 5th floor. The street in front of the accommodation was not busy, making it quiet and peaceful. The price was reasonable, and for a 3-night stay, it was definitely worth it considering the location. Once the bedding for four people is laid out, the room feels a bit cramped compared to the photos, which made it look more spacious. There isn’t much room left for placing luggage or even for a spot to sit and eat.

Yes, the room is compact (as expected in Tokyo), but it’s incredibly well-designed and makes smart use of every inch. Everything you need is there: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and even space to open a suitcase if you plan it right. • The cleanliness was top-notch—everything felt fresh and well-maintained The layout is small but super efficient (very Japanese-style practicality) Great location, easy access to transport and convenience stores nearby Space is definitely tight if you have large luggage or more than 2 people

You need to walk a little bit to a subway station, but besides that everything was great. Good facilities in the room and good communication with the host. I stayed here with two other friends and we had a great time. Great value for money!! Having a bigger room, but that's not easy to fix :)

And very close to Asakusa - The location is walking distance from the sensoji temple and asakusa station and very easy to find. The room not that spacious but enough for us 3 people in 1 room. You can wash your dirty cloth and dry it in the bath room. The hall way is to narrow and we need to waiting in turn to open our luggages.

Plusieurs stations de métro à moins d'un quart d'heure à pied. Nous recommandons ! ...un humidificateur pour ne pas trop souffrir de l'air sec du logement serait appréciable...

• Ekaterina (10/5): A pleasant stay in Tokyo - The property is vey close to the metro station, little walk with beautiful view of the river and sky tree, 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, a lot of shops like 7/11 or Family Mart. The property is small, about 24 sq. m including bathroom, restroom snd kitchen, but everything is organised well. Very nice brochure with the rules of staying.

• Simone (10/5): - The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the train station. The room had everything you could need to accommodate a family, especially if you were to cook meals. As it is winter when we went, the drying room to dry our clothes was a life-saver! The staff were amazing, the check in and out process was well communicated and very simple. Our young son left his sleep toy in the bushes outside and the owner arranged for staff to find it and package it up for us to collect - definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Nothing.
• Nicole (6/5): It was in a nice quiet area and good location - I would have liked a tea towel to dry dishes. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee and milk. A suggestion would be if you are going to continue to cater for Western tourists then please provide a electric toaster. We couldn't have any breakfast during our stay which was very frustrating. Towels were very small. No toaster. No glasses only cups. I expected a little bit more essential items to be provided so we could cook.

Room is quite small but well-equipped with the necessities and very comfortable. The owner was really helpful and quick with responding. Room is a bit small for 3 people.
• MUN CHEN (10/5): A warm and pleasant experience, staying in this apartment. Cozy for our family of 3(My son is 16). Needs a little reorga - Check-in Instruction was clear. There was even a folder, which contained information for the appliances in the apartment. Clean and cozy apartment. It has everything we needed to use during our stay-washing machine and ceiling-clothes dryer in the bathroom,iron+board, microwave,fridge,tv. There were even 2 extension cords for charging our mobile devices. The construction/road work noise ,just below the block was a pain. It Started as early as 8.30AM, throughout our 5-day stay.

• Laurence (9/5): Très bon hébergement calme et confortable - Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans ce logement. Le quartier est très calme. Les transports en commun sont proches, le bus passe à 4 min. Le logement est petit mais très confortable. Nous étions 2. Je pense qu'à 3 avec des valises cela aurait été compliqué. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et tout était très propre. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et qui est très réactif pour répondre. Nous sommes très satisfaits et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement. Le canapé nous a semblé superflu compte tenu du peu de place.

Zona tranquila pero con muchos servicios. Apartamento un poco pequeño, aunque en la media de los qie hay en Tokio.
