Después de disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno buffet, salí a caminar, pero tropecé y me caí, sufriendo una lesión leve; sin embargo, me brindaron primeros auxilios de forma rápida y amable. • Lylliam (9/5): Lugar excepcional, servicio bueno en general con algunos detalles que mejorar. - El personal de Recepción me colaboró con una solicitud especial y particular. En la primera mañana sufrí una cefalea repentina en la hora del baño provocada por el cambio brusco de temperatura por el aire helado en el ambiente que entraba por el techo (concepto abierto, con parte del techo parcialmente descubierta, 15C en ese momento) y el agua tibia de la ducha, un dolor intenso que creí desmayar y que me pude sobreponer; al salir les solicite que pudiesen tapar esa entrada y al regresar pude ver que me habían resuelto el problema con un plastico grueso asegurado con piedras, eso implicó una gran diferencia al dia siguiente. Esto fue un gran gesto de servicio desde mi punto de vista, ahora bien, aquí mi sugerencia: podemos haber personas con alguna predisposicion (en mi caso soy de un país calido) y no todos los huespedes pueden ser de paises de clima templado, deberían instalar un cobertizo plegable para que el huesped pueda a su gusto y tolerancia dejar esa apertura abierta o cerrada y evitar la filtracion del aire externo, ojala lo puedan considerar, porque el cuarto es una belleza. El servicio del restaurantes es muy lento, toma alrededor de 20-30 minutos que sirvan las órdenes a la carta. Tambien daban contado la cantidad de jugo, según la mesera 4 onzas pero eso solo era un tercio de una copa, aunque observe que a huespedes extranjeros si les servian hasta la mitad, las 2 veces que desayune tuve que pedir que llenara a media copa.

The hotel was designed very tastefully and sympathetic to the surroundings. The facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played along the walkways and within the facilities. Staff were all friendly, polite and very welcoming. The room smelled a little damp

• Antonio (7/5): Amazing food, amazing service with great value. - The hotel pool area and the restaurant Everything was great however, if you are looking to stay overnight you can hear everything, all night from motorcycles to trucks to music non stop, which i understand but, if you want to relax..a good night sleep is important. Windows and walls are not noise proof you hear everything all night. I enjoyed everything about my stay except for sleep.. I did not sleep at all from the noise. Also, the roads before entering the resort the roads have so much garbage and it is not appealing.

• Judy (10/5): Great Family Experience - Beautiful, relaxing setting, unique architecture, thermal pools, great food. The property itself was amazing! I opted to have the property arrange transportation to the hotel from Guatemala City for us, which turned out to not be so good. They sent a car that was too small for us and our luggage, so we needed to have a 2nd car sent, and ended up paying double! It would have been easier and more economical to have arranged our own transportation.

• Margarita (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was good enough. Personnel was great. Location was awesome. For no reason we were charged another $46.16 at checkout. Booking showed it would be $300.73 but we were charged $346.89. Nobody could explain why. I think the difference should be refunded.
