• Simon (6/5): A good location - but a tall building with a very slow lift. - The location was central. around 10 minutes to bus stop -only 5 minutes to market. The instructions clearly state that two keys are provided - yet only one in lockbox. Time consuming to sort out. The WiFi code was not in the room. We got a communication - when we checked out or our room we found the notification under the sofa. The list is the smallest slowest lift We have ever encountered. It is quicker to walk. We advise using it for luggage only. There were several black outs in the property leaving us without electricity and having to reset the wifi (later sorted out).
• Simon (5/5): A good location - but make sure you get the room you have paid for. - The location; close to the centre of town and not too far to the main bus station. A good city view - but from the loft room terrace only. We booked the Penthouse (loft) room as it has a view and sunbathing area for the end of our holiday. It was not initially available and was only made available to us a day later; after our insistence. My wife was told that a refund in the cost difference would be made - it did not arrive! The loft room is dark with just two small windows at the base of the sloping roof. The lighting was inadequate to read a book etc. The lift is very slow and small. It took several trips to get our stuff to the floor below the loft room and then we had to climb a staircase (without a banister for support) a further floor up. It was time-consuming and tiring. Only one key for our room despite two being specified.
• FRANCO (9/5): viaggio turistico e culturale a Mahon - posizione dell'appartamento in centro città per chi vuole visitarla senza spostarsi in auto o mezzi pubblici. Pronta risposta del proprietario a fronte della richiesta di cambiare l'appartamento alla sera del giorno di arrivo ho avvertito un rumore proveniente dalla parete esterna dell'appartamento al terzo piano, probabilmente causato da un condizionatore di un edificio confinante. Il proprietario dell'appartamento mi ha proposto di spostarmi nell'appartamento al piano inferiore dove il rumore si sentiva molto meno. Dopo una decina di minuti il rumore del condizionatore non l'ho più sentito perchè molto probabilmente è stato spento. Per tutto il mio soggiorno non ho più sentito il rumore di tale condizionatore.
