• Frankie Maine (9/5): Great value for money. Consider this hotel - Great location. Around 2 blocks from ximending. Has local restos, coffee shops, tea shops and convenience stores nearby. You will never go hungry. Rooms are a little old and small but clean. If you are a family and persons of size better get the bigger rooms. Staff are great. No toothbrushes and other amenities. But not much pf a problem considering its price

• Guohua Abel (10/5): Good location with pleasant staffs. - No breakfast provided. The location is just next to Xi Men Ding, making buying breakfast and supper great. Very close to Metro Station too. Staffs, including cleaners are friend and polite. On last night, there is drilling on the main road next to the hotel starting from 12am. Irritating and couldn't sleep.

Come back after 3 p.m. for your room card, and you are all set. I also like that it had a checkout time at 12 p.m., unlike most hotels, which is 11 a.m.

• 蕭琬陵 (5/5): 電視真的要維修，不然會誤以為是靈異事件~ - 1.地點離西門捷運站近，附近的超商很多。 2.櫃台人員很願意提供協助，並且有追蹤後續狀況。 3.浴室乾淨，免治馬桶很舒服。 先說明，之前兩次入住都是住雙人房，這次是單人房。 1.房間坪數很小，加上冷氣孔剛好在床鋪上方，整個很冷；詢問櫃檯人員後，得到無法自行調整溫度，雖然嘗試把冷氣關掉，但是整體還是顯悶。 2.房間的設備壞掉。 (1)電話一開始無法撥打，櫃台人員有協助維修後可以使用。 (2)電視剛進房間，自動打開(後來發現是房卡拔掉前沒有關電視就會發生這個狀況)，後續再觀看電視時，電視會自動切換模式，使用遙控器也無法控制，當下真的蠻崩潰的~~ 3.床鋪牆壁邊有小黑點。

• AzzurraJ (10/5): Great stay, great location, no complaints. - Fantastic location. We are big walkers and walked everywhere from here or jumped on YOU bikes. Great area for eating and being in the midst of lots of shops. We had two different rooms due to making two seperate bookings. Both rooms were great! Decently sized, comfortable beds, clean, strong showers. No complaints from us.

• Ahmed (8/5): - Great location. Staff were wonderful. They always refill the water bottles in the room. Price was affordable for the fact it was in ximending, 4 minutes from ximen station. Walls are thin, you can hear everything from the room next to you and the shower running above you. Bed could be more comfortable, and if you are 5’10”(178cm), you are longer than the mattress and you have to sleep diagonally or with bent legs.

Nguyen (6/5): Misleading Photos and Uncomfortable Stay - Really good location, daily cleaning, clean toilet with electric bidet (Japanese style) Be cautious with the room photos, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The walls are dirty with black marks, the floors have visible skid marks, and the carpets are heavily stained and unclean. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted to heating mode, making the rooms extremely cold with strong drafts; turning it off makes the room feel suffocating. After staying a few nights, I even caught a severe cold. Soundproofing is very poor, and overall the prices are far too high for the quality provided. Staffs are not good with English as well.

• Cristina (7/5): - The hotel was very central and the size of the room was comfortable for one person. The bed was especially comfortable. You get clean towels every day. It is also very centrally located and at night you're at one of the most liveliest part of the city. I would definitely recommend if it's the first time in Taipei. The shower head would have only very little water when turned to hot water. However, I could have mentioned this to the staff (no time).
• Quentin (6/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist zentral, aber gleich beim Hotel fahren jegliche Busse und weiterer Verkehr vorbei bis spät im die Nacht. Die Busse piepsen in Taipeh leider konstant sehr laut, was im Zimmer sehr gut zu hören ist neben dem „normalen“ Strassenlärm. Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein und ohne die Matratze liegt am Boden. Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht.

• NPV (1/5): A convenient stay overall, but a serious cleanliness issue with the room left a negative impression - Location, room size, room facilities We were intentionally assigned a room that had already been used by another guest. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and transparency. We saw the guests returning the keycards and overheard them mention using the room and slippers. The receptionist still insisted it was not used, clean and checked. When we entered, the toilet (urine on toilet seat) and bed showed clear signs of use. We had to request at least some cleaning and new sheets because room change was denied. The whole process made us very late for our plans. This post is not to get anyone in trouble, but I hope the hotel implements a proper solution for situations like this.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean — ideal for resting after a day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. In summary, a very good option in Taipei if you’re looking for comfort and a great location.” “My stay was generally fine, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists (who refused to give me his name). He treated me with poor manners and even shouted at me because I was one hour late for checkout after getting distracted while shopping. I accepted the extra charge without any problem, but that did not give him any right to speak to me that way. I believe a hotel should maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards its guests at all times, and this behaviour really spoiled my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.”
