- John (10/5): Hidden gem - Clean, tidy and the owner was super helpful I couldn't stay longer
- Karen (9/5): Small Moments - The Apartment was lovely. The bed very comfortable and there is air con and TV. However there is a ticking clock, which is most annoying and the bathroom needs a little update. Cheap Toilet seat. The taps to the shower are difficult to regulate as they are individual. A mixer tap would be such an improvement. I would stay there again. Just a couple of things that niggled me. Well equipped, but the wardrobe was full of cleaning equipment, and the wash smelled musty. Door needs leaving open.
Overall a lovely comfortable place.
- Victor (9/5): Really enjoyed having an easy and comfy touchdown point in Perth between destinations in Australia - Convenient to access autonomously, coffee machine with milk frother (luxury!!) and washing machine Bed on wheels and the bath shower is a bit slippery
- Margaret (7/5): Cute apartment, close to Perth downtown. - This is a cute apartment very well located in Perth. We were able to easily walk into the CBD. We enjoyed having free coffee capsules. We had lots of luggage and my husband and I could hardly find room to put our suitcases anywhere. As well, when we stayed there, they were doing lots of road work so you could hear this through the night as well as the elevator going up and down. The apartment has modest cooking facilities but the owner informed us there was a very sensitive fire detector and if you set it off, it could incur a big fine. This turned us off doing any cooking.
- Mike (8/5): - Comfortable and clean. Further we had booked one day short, owners allowed us a 4th night. The reception area would not look after our luggage the day we left, our booking was direct with the owners. All the locks and security were difficult to make it work. Access to TV programmes was limited. Very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

- Egor (4/5): Despite a good location and interior, the stay was negatively affected by noise, confusing check-in, and unprofessional - The location was convenient, the apartment was relatively clean, the interior design felt calm, and the kitchen was well equipped Unfortunately, there were several serious issues that negatively affected my stay. The check-in instructions were not clear, which made the arrival very stressful after a long flight, especially since the hosts were not answering calls when I needed assistance. The walls are very thin, so it was difficult to rest as noise from neighbors was easily heard
After the stay, the communication with the hosts became even more unpleasant… instead of resolving an issue with Booking.com directly, they shifted responsibility onto me, used an accusatory tone, and pressured me about payment. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable as a guest. Overall, the combination of poor instructions, lack of support, noise, and the stressful post-stay communication made the experience much less positive than it should have been
- so kuen (10/5): - Nicely decorated interior with exquisite taste, convenient location with good food around, close to Langley Park that I could enjoy morning jog, clear communications from the host. Nothing
- Eden (9/5): Superb -
- Shane (6/5): Host communicated well but the place is just ok. - Good location. Nothing provided - no soap / shampoo for example. The milk in the fridge was out of date 2 months...The foyer is dated at best. Room isn't any bigger than a hotel room.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (9/5): The apartment was modern, well appointed and walk to city centre - N/A. Apartment- we had our own. We arrived a little early; met the cleaner who indicated the room would be ready by 2pm. We came back to building, waited and had to phone owner twice to finally get key fob. The cleaner did not replenish hand soap in bathroom, completely empty!
- Gavin (8/5): Very good -
- Howe (8/5): Great Relaxation - Very comfortable and peaceful. A bit far from CBD but public transport is nearby. Coffee machine was a bonus as was cooking facilities. Bit noisy after 10pm from traffic and pedestrians outside building.
- Alice (10/5): Great location. Nice apartment for short stays - Comfortable, clean, tidy and great location. Well equipped kitchen.
Coffee pod machine was an added bonus
Great communication and easy access to property The lift was a little noisy
- Terrence (4/5): Terrible - priced like a motel suite, but it's an old overpriced air bnb. - There is nothing to like about this. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. It is a poorly managed air bnb apartment. When I arrived, the keypad on the room would not work. The only contact I had from the host was an email address. It was 7:00 pm at night and as I could not get in, I had to walk with my luggage and book into the closet hotel (the Duxton) which cost me an extra $250 for the night. I finally found a contact mobile phone number on booking.com and called the host who met me the next morning with a key. No apology. No offer of a refund. The apartment block is old, the entrance and lifts are dirty and it feels like a hostel. The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer. I ran out of toilet paper and could not find a second roll. The clothes hanger in the cupboard fell to the floor when I hung up some shirts. The fittings are cheap and it has awful decor. It is not a nice place to stay.
- Neal (8/5): Very good - Small but spacious well laid out and equiped unit.
- Simone (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ina (10/5): Exceptional - The room so spacious, clean and comfortable with high end kitchen appliances
The Apartment walking distance to everywhere so close to CBD & Elizabeth quay
