• Judith (10/5): Great value for money on the quieter West Bank - The apartment was large and really spacious. The rooftop terrace is fantastic with a great Nile view. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the Nile and it’s easy to cross from there in a taxi boat or 5 minute walk to the river ferry. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and the kids were very happy with it. Mohammed the owner was lovely and so helpful with organising taxis giving us information about Luxor and generally looking after us. We loved our stay here.

• Henricus (10/5): Prachtig appartement op een super locatie! - We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Villa Belzoni in Luxor. We verbleven in een prachtig appartement op de west bank, op slechts 100 meter lopen van de Nijl – echt een toplocatie! Echt een plek om tot rust te komen na alle indrukken. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen door Mohammed. Hij heeft ons verblijf perfect verzorgd en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. Dat maakt echt het verschil.

When an ATM kept my €400 during an exchange issue, he even accepted the refund to his own account and gave me all the money back immediately. His honesty and support meant a lot. In Egypt, feeling safe is very important, and with him I truly did.

• CHRISTINE (9/5): - Nous sommes ravis de notre location, le logement que nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes est bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Situé sur la rive ouest du Nil nous étions au calme tout en étant très proche de Louxor, la traversée en bateau prend à peine 10 mn. Notre hôte Mo est très agréable, toujours prêt à rendre service et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement la villa Belzoni.
• Merewyn (10/5): Exceptional - great place and surroundings and fabulous owner and family who are always on hand for whatever you need or - It was spacious and clean with 3 doors that lead onto the swimming pool. It was cool when hot and you could let light and air in in the morning when cooler. Sitting by the pool was gorgeous as was the roof terrace early morning when you can see the balloons go over Luxor and in the evening. The owner also takes great care of the garden which is verdant and softens the environment, making it a haven to the hustle and bustle of Luxor.

• Conrad (9/5): We teally appreciated being on the West bank away from the mote touristy East, but close enough to catch the ferry over - Beautiful and quirky place with topnotch staff and an excellent location. It felt as though we were stepping through a portal to an early Twentieth Century hotel. Lots of fruit for breakfast! Kitchen wasn’t very functional when we arrived but problems were fixed promptly.

Staying at the Villa Belzoni is like visiting an old cousin's house : you feel at home as soon as you get into the garden and the decoration is charmingly old-fashioned. • Claudelix (10/5): - Our family of 4 spent 4 nights at Villa Belzoni and we just loved it. Mo was an amazing host, walked us to the nearest food store, organized our airport transfer, found a tour guide for us to explore the tombs and temples around Luxor, and referred us an excellent boat owner to cruise up and down the Nile. Location is great, just a few steps from the water front but far enough back to be very quiet at night. Room was clean, and overall comfort was good, though beds were a bit hard. Full kitchen and washing machine were very big pluses! The pool looked very clean but we did not use it as too cold. Free breakfast on the terrace is basic but delicious! Really, excellent value for money and a great base to explore Luxor. Be wary of mosquitoes getting into the room from the lush garden that surrounds the villa.

• Marc (10/5): Merveilleux ! On en a pris plein les yeux ! - Mohamed est un hôte extrêmement attentif et toujours disponible. Il est prévenant, facilitant et force de propositions pour des sorties ou des activités en famille. Les appartements sont spacieux, confortables et agréables. Le lieu est plein de charme, très calme et pourtant proche des restaurants, et en face du temple de Louxor facilement accessible par bateau. La vue sur le Nil depuis la terrasse, toujours ouverte, est splendide. Les petits-déjeuners y sont servis généreusement. Bref, c'est L'adresse, où se poser notamment pour les familles désireuses d'un havre pour se ressourcer entre deux visites ou barboter dans la piscine à la saison chaude.

• péchoultres (10/5): Séjour calme et tranquille à Villa Belzoni . Mohamed a pu nous arranger des événements à notre demande. C’était super 👍 - Super hôte et bel appartement . La terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable . La piscine a été appréciée par les enfants malgré la température de l’eau ( nous y sommes allés en hiver ) . L’emplacement sur la rive ouest permet d’être au calme du tumulte de la ville, les restaurants à 2 minutes de l’hôtel nous ont tous régalés !
• SHUMING (10/5): 充满着后殖民时代装修 静谧而美好的房子 - 充满着后殖民时代装修 静谧而美好的房子 刚好碰上斋月的第一天，开罗到卢克索的航班少得可怜，选了20点的航班，被严重延误到23点40分起飞，到达民宿已经是凌晨2点。感谢管家帅哥的耐心等候，见面帮我拿行李，并介绍了房子的使用，咨询我明天几点吃早餐，很感谢！ 整栋房子应该有3个独立的空间，我2个户外的公用空间，我们是1楼，可容纳6个人休息，我们是一家四口入住，1客厅，2卧室，2洗漱间（含马桶淋浴），1厨房有洗衣机。户外有个小花园，有一个由浅到深的小泳池，小朋友使用要注意，深水区很深。顶楼是大露台，能看到绝美日出。 非常喜欢卢克索，有壮观的卢克索神庙，还有震撼的热气球体验。 酒店设施：房子是旧建筑，看得出房东有精心维护，但是生活设施确实是有点年份了，但是可以理解。 服务：管家刷哥会说英语，沟通没问题，会帮我解决任何问题，到顶楼享受早餐，真的很惬意 位置：我们包车，其实住哪里都不是什么问题，不过如果需要从西岸（民宿位置）到东岸，开车需要半小时，岸边有船家直接送过去，会更便利，但是我没试过。 性价比：性价比非常高，推荐所有人。离开当天的早上，见到房东，热情和我们聊天。 设施需要全面检查一下，有点小毛病

It was in a very quiet location, back off the road but with a lovely view from the roof terrace. Close to the public ferry and private boats. • Sohaib (10/5): Cannot recommend this place enough if you're in Luxor. - The apartment is beautifully decorated and has lots of character and charm. Mohammad is a kind, gracious host, and was very accommodating during our stay. Keep in mind, this is in west bank which can feel a little rural but is absolutely worth staying in to get some peace and quiet after a long day of exploring the chaotic east side. The villa is also conveniently located near multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Getting to the east bank takes 5 minutes via boat.

The Lo action is on the west side, so a bit away from the east side night life and restaurants. Address seems to be an issue when noted for drivers.

На верхних этажах также есть другие аппартаменты. Все выполненны в египетском стиле. Каждое утро сервируют завтрак на видовой крыше на Нил. Персонал всегда на связи, поэтому с заселением и решением бытовых проблем никаких вопросов нет. Очень слабый и нестабильный wi-fi. В половине отелей, в которых мы проживали в Египте, это было также проблемой.

• Anne (9/5): Gastvrije, rustige en gezellige accommodatie - Het appartement is sfeervol, ruim en ligt op een mooie plek in Luxor. Het is er erg rustig met een mooie binnentuin. De gastheer Mohammed is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en maakt elke ochtend een heerlijk lokaal ontbijt voor je klaar. We aten elke ochtend op het dakterras met uitzicht op Luxor. De wifi is wat onstabiel en de douche is wat verouderd.

Mohamed went out of his way to help us arrange taxis, boats, and a hot-air balloon ride—all of which turned out amazing. Both Mohamed and Leon shared great tips about Luxor, and they were always quick to respond and ready to help with anything we needed. We had an excellent time during our stay. The breakfast was excellent each morning and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Villa Belzoni. The accommodation itself is fantastic, and the people here make the experience even more special. Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
• Tomomi (10/5): 最高に快適で幸せな滞在 - 5人組でこちらで２泊滞在しました。ホストに空港までのタクシーの手配を頼んだところ、快くご手配いただいた。カイロ からの飛行機が遅れ、やきもきしたが、ホストは大丈夫だから旅を楽しんでと言ってくれて、安心して遅れた飛行機に乗って移動することができた。滞在中は英語でコミュニケーションを取ってくれて、私たちがリラックスして過ごすことができるように常に気を配ってくれた。部屋はとても広く、５人が滞在しても十分な広さで、清潔でロマンチックだった。子供はプールも喜んで泳いでいた。朝食もとてもおいしく、本当にここに滞在することにしてよかったと思っています。ルクソールの旅を最高のものにしてくれて本当にありがとう。今度はもっとゆっくり滞在します。 A group of five stayed here for two nights. We asked the host to arrange a taxi to the airport, and he gladly did so. Our flight from Cairo was delayed, which made us anxious, but the host assured us it was okay and we could enjoy our trip, so we were able to board the delayed flight with peace of mind. They communicated with us in English throughout our stay and always made sure we were relaxed and comfortable. The room was very spacious, more than enough for five people, clean, and romantic. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The breakfast was also delicious, and we're really glad we decided to stay here. Thank you so much for making our trip to Luxor the best it could be. Next time, we'll stay longer. 何もないです。何も！ Nothing! If you come to Luxor you should stay here.

Good location - close to the embankment (for an evening stroll and dinner), public pier on the east bank. The disadvantages include the unstable WiFi working. Also in one of the rooms the fan was somewhat noisy.
• Qing (10/5): It’s one of the best experiences so far! - Great location with stylish furniture. Mohamed, the owner, welcomed us in person and showed us around the property. It’s a large, spacious building perfect for solo travelers or groups. There are nice restaurants nearby, as well as taxis, private motorboats, and public ferries within walking distance. Mohamed prepares breakfast for all guests himself. The service is five-star, and the super-friendly staff help start your day. All bed linens and towels are cleaned by the owner himself. It’s one of the best experiences so far!

Mohamed, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful — he gave us great advice to make sure we didn’t get overcharged in Luxor and really went out of his way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The villa itself is huge, very comfortable, and perfectly located near the Nile. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing — the view at sunset is unforgettable! Highly recommend staying here.

• Gilles (10/5): A magical place - Everything. Simply the best place we have stayed at in Egypt. It is an oasis. Beautifully decorated, calm and peaceful. The swimming pool is great. But what makes the place unforgettable is Mohammed the owner. A very nice man who makes you feel welcome and at home. I will go back there without any hesitation.
• Natalia (10/5): - Mo's Villa was a highlight of our trip to Egypt, only here we could relax and enjoy our time. Mo helped us with everything starting with a pick up at the airport, he organized a car and met us personally at the airport. He also organized a transport, so we could visit all the landmarks of the West Bank. Mohamed was a very friendly and caring host. He showed us the area and his favorite cafe which was so great that we had all our meals there :) Breakfasts at Mo's were also the best! I had the best falafel in my life, thanks again to Mo's wife who cooked it! The villa has a rooftop with a beautiful view and also great swimming pool! It's an old historical building full of beautiful details and retro elements, it's made with love and is well taken care of. I wish we could stay much longer!! Definitely recommended and hope we can come back one day :) The villa has old ACs in every room and they are pretty loud if they are on at night.

• TONG (10/5): 环球旅行中绝对难忘的地方 - 这绝对是我们在埃及住过最难忘的地方！ 我没有想到这个价格居然能够入住到被精心打造的泳池别墅。房间空间感十足，面积和层高都极佳，尤其是房间内的装修，家具和内饰都充满设计艺术感，哪怕是走廊上的关于埃及的书籍都非常经验，能够感受到老板的用心与不落俗。 位置绝佳，紧靠尼罗河，步行即可到达公共码头，可以在这里的楼顶看到热气球起飞的美景。 对于我需要帮助的一切，老板都及时且热情的帮助了我，譬如预定热气球，预定尼罗河落日帆船等，且低于市场价格。当天我在其他旅行社都很难预定到次日3个人的热气球，老板却大半夜帮我搞定了，让我没有了遗憾，真的很感谢！ 房东的友好和魅力会让你觉得不是在旅行，而是来到一个老朋友的家里。老板对他所经营的民宿的热爱和赤诚以及和他相谈甚欢有幸了解到的他丰富的人生阅历，成为了我在环球旅行中难忘的时刻！ 没有
• haarkon (7/5): Pas un hotel, mais une bonne adresse - Louxor est un must en Égypte. La vallée des rois, des reines, des nobles et des artisans, le temple de Karnak, le temple de Louxor, au moins 3 jours sont nécessaires pour avoir le temps de visiter. Un bon hôtel est donc indispensable pour pouvoir se reposer et profiter de la douceur de la ville. Avec sa piscine et le calme du West Bank, l'adresse est bonne. L'appartement est immense. La vue de la terrasse est assez fabuleuse et le propriétaire a de bonnes adresses (comme le Nile Freedom, un très bon restaurant à quelques mètres). N'hésitez pas à lui demander. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine et d'un lave-linge dont on a largement profité. La déco intérieure est soignée et le jardin est très agréable. Comme on n'est pas trop piscine, on n'en a pas profité, mais elle est belle et bien entretenue. Pour rejoindre le East Bank (où se trouve la ville et les temples), le ferry est une excellente solution (20LE/personne/voyage), même si ça ne vous empêchera pas d'être sursollicité par les bateliers qui veulent tous vous faire traverser, quitte à vous suivre sur 25m en essayant de vous expliquer que vous ne devriez pas prendre le ferry, qu'il est en panne, arrêté, etc. N'hésitez pas à leur faire fermement (mais poliment) que vous n'êtes pas intéressés. La Villa Belzoni est un bon établissement de la ville, mais ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel, c'est plutôt une location. Pas de ménage pendant le séjour, pas de changement du linge (il a fallu qu'on insiste pour obtenir un changement de drap et c'est nous qui les avons changés). Ce n'est pas vraiment grave, ni gênant, mais un hôtel, ce n'est pas ça. Le petit déjeuner aussi n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur : 1er jour : frites, omelette et café, ce n'est pas satisfaisant ! En réclamant, on a eu les jours suivants de bons jus de mangues (il y a plein de manguiers à Louxor et elles sont vraiment excellentes), des falafels et du foul maison (ce qui est mieux sans être non plus exceptionnel).

• Elena (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico - Villa Belzoni è in un'ottima posizione, posto meraviglioso con una bella piscina per rilassarsi nelle giornate calde, appartamento molto spazioso e pulito, colazione ricca e buona, il padrone di casa e una persona premurosa, sta sempre attento a i bisogni, si e preso cura di noi per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno perché ci siamo ammalati il che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Quindi consiglio questo alloggio vivamente.

• BENEDICTE (9/5): Très belle rencontre et piscine plus qu'agréable avec la chaleur ! - La villa Belzoni bénéficie de tout le confort souhaité et la piscine, très bien entretenue est un vrai plus dans cette guesthouse. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Et que dire de la bienveillance et de la générosité de Mohamed, le propriétaire. C'est une très belle rencontre, nous avons beaucoup aimé passer du temps avec lui, il nous a aidé dès que nous en avions besoin et nous a préparé un repas egyptien que nous avons partagé avec lui. C'est une de nos plus belles rencontre en Egyte. Nous recommandons fortement ! Rien, tout était très bien et adapté

• Thalia (9/5): Great stay - Lovely apartment, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and loungeroom. Had a washing machine which was great, comfortabel beds and a pool downstairs. Friendly owner who made us feel welcome and helped with all our questions. Great location! Would definitely go back.
• Mary (10/5): Would definitely return here as well as recommend it to anyone. - I can't say enough about Villa Belzoni. Mohamed is an excellent host, helping us to arrange transportation, and making sure that we had everything we needed. He takes great pride in his place and keeps it immaculate. The apartment was surprisingly spacious as well, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was perfect; near the public ferry, and off the main street so it was a little quieter. From the terrace on top, there is also a view of the Nile and the mountains where the Valley of the Kings is located. You are welcome to have breakfast up there or in the gazebo in the lovely garden. Villa Belzoni is truly an oasis!
• Gilles (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at villa Belzoni was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, and the apartment was very nicely decorated, making it a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located, with several delicious restaurants nearby where you can enjoy great meals. What made the experience even better was the hospitality of the host, who was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

• Nasser (9/5): Had a good time - The location was on the west bank of the Nile, much quieter than the east bank, which was a plus. You will get a very nice view from the roof of the property. The Host Mo is very helpful and kind he explained to us how the scammers work and gave us advice on how to deal with them. He helped us negotiate local rates with the boat to cross to the other side of the Nile. And offered drinks and good company when we were at the property.

• Hans (10/5): We will be back. - My wife and I spent a week in Luxor at the end of February. Friends had recommended the west bank opposite the Luxor Temple. Villa Belzoni is ideally located and has a wonderful roof terrace with a magnificent view of the river and the Luxor Temple, which is illuminated at night. In the other direction you can see the chain of hills behind which the Valley of the Kings lies just 5 km away. Other temples (Karnak, Hatshepsut, Habu) and tombs are also very close by. The local ferry to cross the Nile is a 5-minute walk away. Villa Belzoni is very quiet due to its location in a side street. Our apartment on the first floor was extremely spacious and cozy, the room height of an estimated 4m supports this generous room design. We enjoyed the very tasty Egyptian breakfast in front of the house in the garden, but mostly on the roof terrace because of the view. The entire staircase is lined with artistically appealing ornaments and motifs and the terrace with beautiful images of ancient Egyptian deities. Mohammed was a great host who took care of all our needs. He showed us where to shop, explained the price structure and provided us with all of the services we needed for our daily routine. Overall, this is one of the best stays we have had in Egypt. n.a.
• Hannah (10/5): Friendly, welcoming and well situated. - The host, Mohamed, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is right on the Nile, lovely views from the rooftop garden. We booked a 2 room apartment and it was HUGE, filled with interesting decor from Egypt and other places, fully equipped kitchen. For the price, extremely good value for money and I will definitely return. The property is on the West Bank, directly opposite Luxor temple, a 5 minute boat ride and you're at Luxor. It's minutes away from Valleys of Kings, Queens, Nobles, Workers etc and lots of little cafes and restaurants around. Nothing

• Dermot (10/5): Value for money in a wonderful location. - It was ideally located in the West Bank of the Nile with beautiful views of the river from our spacious balcony. It was all we could wish for in this wonderful location. Mohammed was a super host looking after our every need. His wife even cooked us a sumptuous meal served on the rooftop. The swimming pool is an added bonus. It was clean and very pleasant to swim in at any time of the day. Overall this is one of the best stays we’ve had in Egypt. There was nothing we disliked about the property apart from having to leave.
