The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator. The ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are lower than usual. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Alea (6/5): Good location though quite loud - Great location nicely decorated beautiful apartment Very loud apartment, the street isn't super busy but it was very loud all night and hard to sleep. I normally wouldn't mind as the location was so good but it would benefit from thicker blinds or curtains to help block out the sound
- Lazaro (7/5): Precio muy caro para lo que ofrece. - Que tenía dos “ habitaciones “ El barrio donde está no me gustó mucho, la habitación que está en el altillo es muy bajita tenía que estar todo el rato agachado ya que solo mide 1,70cm como mucho hasta ducharse es incómodo. Eso precio para una noche me parece excesivo por los motivos que he comentado.

- pierre (7/5): appartement charmant avec quelques bémols - charme du lieu, emplacement, confort de la literie, propreté, 2 salles de bain 1) la deuxième chambre est très basse de plafond, si vous mesurez plus d'1m70 vous ne pourrez pas tenir debout. c'est aussi une mezzanine qui donne sur la cuisine, vous serez réveillés si quelqu'un veut se faire du café 2) la cuisine est bien équipée mais il y a un problème important avec l'électricité : vous ne pouvez faire fonctionner qu'une seule chose à la fois parmi les éléments suivants: plaques / four / bouilloire / grille-pain. Cela complique la préparation des plats si vous aimez cuisiner.

Prostran apartman sa odvojenim sobama, na odlicnoj lokaciji, muzeji na samo par minuta hoda, odlicni lokalni barovi sa mnogo zivota i prelijepom atmosferom. Uglavnom, bez potrebe za javnim prevozom sa lakocom se iz ovog apartmana obidje siri centar Madrida. Ako volite flea markete i oni su bukvalno na vrhu ulice :) Nema nedostataka.

- FERNANDA (8/5): - La ubicación y lo equipado que estaba el depto la zona tranquila pero al alcance de todo hermosa zona. El techo del baño se arriba y ubicación muy bajos no se cabe parados cómodo pero sacando eso si no sos muy alto pequeño detalle el depto va bien es hermoso re lindo decorado y tiene de todo en cuanto a equipamiento . La llave de ingreso un poco complicado con muchos pasos para acceder pero nada difícil de concretar.

Bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Procédure pour le check in autonome très bien expliquée. Instructions nombreuses et complètes. Bon contact et bonne réactivité à nos sollicitations. La societé qui gère le logement nous a contacté le lendemain de notre arrivée pour savoir si tout allait bien et nous donner des recommandations. Cafetière en panne, mais la société nous a dédommagé du désagrément par une remise sur la location. Bonne prise en charge et réponses.

- Lauren (7/5): Great location and social areas, downstairs is difficult to live in if you’re tall - Nice space for a group of friends to chill. Good kitchen facilities, TV could link to Netflix which was really nice. Felt secure with good safety features. Good location to get around Madrid I’m 5ft 8 so the upstairs level for me was difficult to get around (had to bend over the whole time) and I couldn’t stand up in the shower either. Hot water ran out quickly in the shower and the air con was not very effective.

- Tbazet (5/5): Passable - Good location, 2 separate bathrooms The house is very cold, plus it's not insulated and the street is very noisy. It's a loft, so you have to go upstairs for the second room, and the ceiling is very, very low (not apt for tall people). There's no place to work. It's just a place to sleep. You have to give a deposit of 300€ and the app sometimes does not work, so you have to go all the way to their offices to do it personally. Everything is automatized, so if you are looking for an (old school) personalised service, this is not for you.
- Emma (9/5): A great value apartment for exploring or working in Madrid - The size was perfect for the three of us, with a nice size living space and enough privacy for my daughters. We really enjoyed the location, as it is relatively quiet but close enough to the city centre to allow us to walk to attractions, entertainment and restaurants. Oh, and the "Nespresso" coffee machine was a great bonus! There were only a couple of niggles. There didn't seem to be sufficient lighting in the hallway to see the number pad to key-in the entry code. A small problem with drainage from one of the showers was fixed very quickly indeed.
