- Danilo Zentner (10/5): Traumhaft schön und erholsam - Einfach alles. Angefangen vom sehr herzlichen Empfang bis hin zum freundlichen Abschied. Ein kleines aber sehr feines Boutique-Hotel, in dem Kinder und Hunde willkommen sind. Im Restaurant wird frisch gekocht und das Frühstück war immer ebenfalls lecker und frisch. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Es gab nichts Negatives.

- Laima (8/5): - Senoje, renovuotoje aliejaus spaudykloje įrengtas viešbutukas. Kambarių nedaug, visi su atskiru išėjimu į lauką. Alyvuogių sodelis, vakare gana smagu pasėdėti lauke, ramu ir tylu, sklando šikšnosparniai. Personalas malonus, orientuotas į klientą. Pusryčiai tikrai geri. Kambarys jaukus, erdvus, vonios kambarys šiuolaikiškas. Pritaikytas keliavimui su augintiniais, paslauga kainuoja, bet yra ir guoliai ir dubenėliai. Tad jeigu tinka atokesnė lokacija nuo jūros, verta sugrįžti. Jeigu būtų baseinas - būtų tobula :-) Parkingas - be problemų, įvažiavimas iš vidinio kiemo.

- Michal (9/5): Pekné, čisté a tiché ubytovanie v okrajovej časti Umagu - Veľmi priateľský personál, vkusne a štýlovo zariadený hotel, čistota izieb aj spoločných priestorov, veľmi pohodlné postele a naozaj ticho a kľud. Izby sú klimatizované. Ubytovanie sa nachádza cca 2km od najbližšej pláže, no na biku je to kúsok. Okolie si ešte vyžaduje nejaké úpravy, ale verím, že po dokončení to bude perfektné. Raňajky boli skromnejšie, no chutné. Nám chýbalo viacej zeleniny...
- David (10/5): - Nádherně rekonstruované prostory staré zpracovatelny oliv, zasazené do olivového háje. K moři cca 1,5km - krásně se dá dojít, jsou k dispozici k půjčení i kola a dá se dojet a zaparkovat (za poplatek) u pláže i autem. Samotné místo ubytování velmi klidné, bez velkých turistických center a hotelů. Městečko Umag přitom jen do 3km, také krásně dostupné. V rámci krátké dovolené náš pobyt výrazně předčil očekávání - klidem, čistotou i vstřícností Provozovatel/majitel velmi ochotný s čímkoliv pomoci, poradit, výborně vaří. Asi jsem nenašli vady.

- Romana (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert - Die Betten waren super gemütlich. Absolut Hundefreundlich. Näpfe und ein Bettchen waren bei Ankunft im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Gute Auswahl. Frisch und lecker. Wir haben das Frühstück immer im Garten unter Olivenbäumen genossen. Traumhaft schön. Lage abgelegen und ruhig. Das Richtige für Ruhesuchende. Man ist aber mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 min bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Strand mit Cocktailbar etwa 2km entfernt. Auch zu Fuß gut machbar. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr bemüht. Der Kühlschrank war bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Wirklich tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Schoki. Aber ein bisschen Platz für Eigenes wäre schön gewesen. Zudem waren einige Produkte abgelaufen.

Wirklich ohne Übertreibung: es war eine 10/10! Absolute Top Empfehlung, wenn man Ruhe und auch sehr hohen Komfort im Zimmer sucht! Wir haben es sehr genossen, man merkt in jeder Ecke, da ist man auf Kundenzufriedenheit orientiert! Danke dafür! Es war eine schöne Zeit mit freundlichen Menschen! Wir kommen wieder:)
- Dg (10/5): Nečekal jsme takovou míru autentičnosti a historie na jednom místě, kde bylo vše TOP! - Snídaně vynikající, personál ochotný, snídali jsme venku pod mladými olivovníky, sem tam přiletěla vosa, nebo se objevil mravenec, ale to není výtka, jen fakt, že si dáte snídani venku v usedlosti, kde se historie snoubí s přírodou, ne v obrovském hotelovém resortu, kde je vše nepřirozené. Pokoje jsou klimatizované, mají super pohodlné postele a koupelnu, celkově spíte v nádherně klidném prostředí , které je sice vzdálené od nejbližší pláže cca 5 minut autem, ale v zase tam v pohodě dojedete a zaparkujete a ani zde není moc lidí v plné sezóně. Vůbec žádná výtka.

Zum Dessert wurden Saison Früchte (bei uns waren es saftige Pfirsiche, Aprikosen und zuckersüße Melone) angeboten. Die Atmosphäre an sich entspannte, wir kommen richtig erholt nach Hause. Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet, sauber; tolles Bett, geschlafen wie zu Hause - nämlich gut, Klima Anlage, Bademantel, Schlappen und Dusch- und Handtücher, war alles da. Nach Wunsch könnte man noch Massage dazu buchen. Es ist wirklich tolles Urlaub dort gewesen. Dankeschön Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, etwas weiter von Meer, aber man kann vor Ort Fahrräder mieten, wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren war alles gut gelaufen 👍

We loved the yard with the olive trees! We spent our first night of vacation here as a stop over and couldn’t have been more perfect. The bed was so comfy, the rooms was gorgeous and spacious, our dog was very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and more than we could have wished for. It was the perfect start into a vacation for us. Nothing.
- Fabio (9/5): Un confortevole casolare per visitare Umag e il nord dell'Istria - Il paese è a 4,5 km dal centro di Umag, immerso nella natura della terra istriana. E' il regno del silenzio e della tranquillità. L'hotel è una casa paesana completamente ristrutturata e le stanze sono tutte moderne, con tv e climatizzatore. Bella la sala da pranzo interna con la macina in bella vista e il giardino esterno in mezzo agli ulivi. Ci sono anche degli attrezzi da palestra nel giardino più piccolo. La colazione (nel mio caso compresa nella prenotazione) era di tipo internazionale con salumi, dolci e frutta, succhi, caffè e tè, e si può decidere se farla dentro o nel giardino. Il primo giorno avevo bisogno di farla alle 6:30 (orario standard 8-11) e sono stato accontentato con cappuccino e brioche: molto bene. In camera c'era anche la possibilità di farsi del tè. Il titolare parla bene inglese e il personale anche italiano: tutti sono molto cordiali. C'è un parcheggio privato davanti alla struttura per una decina di vetture. Ti lasciano la chiave per entrare a qualsiasi ora dalla porta posteriore nel caso alla reception non ci sia nessuno. Arrivato in paese non ho trovato nessuna indicazione dell'hotel, ma visto che il paese è piccolissimo e non ha altri locali, non si può sbagliare: al fico d'india gira a destra. La mia camera aveva il letto è in una nicchia raggiungibile da una scala: ero solo ma forse in due non sarebbe stato tanto comodo. Auto o bici per spostarsi: arrivare a piedi a Umag è troppo lontano.

Lo staff dell'hotel, Tim, Susana ed il giovane titolare si sono fatti in quattro per aiutarmi e trasformare un problema in un soggiorno splendido. Questo piccolo hotel di 10 stanze, creato dentro un vecchio frantoio, azienda agricola, a meno di 2 km dal mare, tra Umago e Cittanova ha un atmosfera speciale. Relax, fuga dallo stress? Venite qui! - Jochen (7/5): Mediterrane Oase in einfacher Umgebung - Anwesen hat tolles Ambiente, gutes Frühstück und der Betreiber bietet an bestimmten Tagen ein sehr preiswertes Abendessen an (wechselndes Menü mit individueller Auswahlmöglichkeit), welches auf regionale Produkte setzt. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Parkplatz und Haustier waren kostenlos und die anwesende Mitarbeiterin im Rahmen ihrer begrenzten sprachlichen Möglichkeiten sehr nett. Begrüßung aufgrund sprachlicher Barrieren der Angestellten leider so gut wie nicht vorhanden (es wurde lediglich der Schlüssel übergeben und gezeigt wo das Zimmer ist). Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr aktive Kommunikation seitens der Mitarbeiter gewünscht. Sämtliche Angebote der Unterkunft wurden erst auf Nachfrage erläutert. Für die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs fallen hohe Gebühren an. Im Zimmer fehlte uns Tageslicht, da es nur ein kleines Fenster im hinterern Raum gab.

Smještaj je lijep, uredan, doručak je dobar, a gđa Suzana je predivna, pristupačna, draga, jako ugodno smo se osjećali. Tv nije u funkciji, internet veza nije najbolja.

- Esther (10/5): Eine Wohlfühloase! - Was die hervorragenden Unterkünfte von den guten Unterscheidet ist, dass sich der Gastgeber viel Gedanken macht, was Gäste brauchen. So hier im Maslina Apartment, viele Kleinigkeiten, die ich in anderen Ferienwohnungen oft vermisse. Dass in der Küche eine Schere war, in der Wohnung, die für Familien ausgerichtet ist, sogar eine Crepe Pfanne war, die Stühle auf der Terasse super bequem, Handtücher en masse, ein Stecker mit Insektenschutz, ich im Erdgeschoss die Waschmaschine nutzen konnte und vieles mehr. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit, freundlich, unaufdringlich, sehr serviceorientiert, genau richtig. Als ich etwas im Bad zu beanstanden hatte, haben sie es an einem Sonntag sofort in Ordnung gebracht, obwohl ich sagte, dass es reicht, wenn man das am Montag macht. Sicher gibt es die ein oder andere Gebrauchsspur, aber der tolle Gesamteindruck macht das alles absolut wett. Ich war ein paar Tage allein im Haus und habe mich stets wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre des Grundstücks ist wunderbar mit den Olivenbäumen, Vogelgezwitscher, Grillenzirpen, herumspazierenden Katzen, so entspannt! Wer auf Erholung und Ruhe aus ist, ist hier genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist es nach Umag nur ein Katzensprung. Es war genau, was ich gebraucht habe und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, Team Maslina, für einen perfekten Urlaub! Nichts!

- Martin (9/5): Unexpected romantic place in the middle of Croatian fields. - I was amazed by the oliva trees in front of the building. The name of the hotel actually means Oliva - so it started to make sense. :-) Also the olive oil making equipment is placed in several places as nice decorations. Unfortunately the bed in our room was too short for me but I quickly found a solution with my camping matt and the stay was pleasant for me.

- Lisa (10/5): Tra gli ulivi della campagna Istriana, a pochi kilometri da Umago - È più un affitta camere che un hotel, nella campagna,immerso tra gli ulivi a un paio di km dalla statale che porta a Umago (5 km dal centro di Umago). Silenziosissimo, si sente solo qualche trattore che rientra la sera e le galline la mattina a colazione. I tavoli x la colazione sono sotto gli ulivi. Si può anche cenare alla carta. Cena più che dignitosa. Stanze moderne ben attrezzate con frigo bar pieno! Per me che non amo stare in mezzo alla confusione è una soluzione perfetta. Lo consiglio. C'è anche una rimessa per lasciare la bici al sicuro. Ho trovato tutto perfetto. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

- beata (9/5): Odpoczynek na łonie natury. - Jeśli chcesz odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku to miejsce idealne. Spokojna okolica idealna do wypoczynku położona w sąsiedztwie winnic i gajow oliwnych.W odległości kilku kilometrów piękne plaże. W hotelu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wspaniały personel.

- Langus (10/5): - Prijetno vzdušje, v objemu hvaležno lepega ambienta oljk, je bilo prisotno od sprejema do odhoda. Luka in gospa gospodinja globok poklon in spoštovanje. Veliko potujeva in nama veliko pomeni minimalizem in predvsem čistoča in prijaznost...tu je bilo iskreno lepo, čisto in dobro. Manj je več se je tudi tokrat pokazalo kot zlato pravilo vrhunskega gostitelja Hotel-a Maslina. Čuti se prisotnost profesionalnosti s prisotnostjo okusa, kilometrine in izskušenosti. Spoštovanje. Vsega v pravi meri in kar največ šteje, so naju tu presenetile vrhunske drobne pozornosti, ki so dodale kandirano višnjo na vrhu smetane. Hvaležna sva za nepozaben vikend. Tomaž in Nataša Vse je bilo hvaležno lepo.

- gianni (9/5): Bellissima esperienza, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Posizione in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, un pò difficile da trovare. La camera era ampia e dotata di tutto quello che serve, oltre che pulitissima. La colazione era eccellente e molto varia e si consumava in uno spazio aperto fra gli ulivi. Blag, il factotum della struttura, si è rivelato una persona estremamente disponibile e simpatica ed è anche un ottimo cuoco. Ci ha preparato due cene buonissime con ampia scelta e prodotti del luogo ad un prezzo veramente conveniente. Raccomandatissimo. Il bagno era un pò piccolo.

- Nataša L (10/5): IZJEMNO - VSE. Zelo lep ambijent, soba čudovita, točno takšna kot na slikah. Postelja zelo udobna,mini bar,grelnik za vodo,WiFi, klima,celo repelent proti komarjem je v sobi. Izjemno prijazen in simpatičen gostitelj. Zajtrk zelo dober in raznolik, katerega sva jedli na dvorišču, v senci pod oljkami. Tudi parkirišče je neposredno pred hotelom in dovolj veliko za vse in dobro dostopno.

- Odali (3/5): - Bel posto nel suo insieme Per quanto il posto sia carino, ho prenotato e non ho avuto ciò che mi era stato descritto nella prenotazione......nessuna TV,nessun minibar, nessuna asciuga capelli, il bagno vecchio e per niente rifinito , non c'era nemmeno un posto dove appendere l'accappatoio. Siamo andati con una copia di nostri amici prenotando due stanze divise e ci siamo trovati in una specie di appartamento con una stanza e un divano letto con un solo bagno . L'appartamento aveva anche la lavanderia della struttura...sembrava un appartamento ancora da ridefinire. Ma il problema non era questo ..ma si può pagare una notte ( parlo dei miei amici) 190 € per con dividere un bagno, che per arrivarci dovevano attraversare il salotto dove dormivamo noi????

- Hans Silberfuchs (9/5): Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und ein Zimmer das alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat. - Das Frühstück war im Garten angerichtet,....sensationell schön. Der Eingang war sehr schlecht erkennbar und nicht beschriftet, ich und andere Ankömmlinge sind ziemlich ratlos gewesen. So lösungsorientiert wie die Chefin war, wird sie das sicher bald beheben.
