• Ivanov (9/5): Very nice for the price - Overall good location. 20 minutes walking to the Old town. You can use the public transportation and it will take 10 minutes to go over there. Around there are a lot of shops to buy whatever you want. Just in front of the apartment there is a nice bakery which provide everything what you need for a breakfast. The apartment was spacious enough and clean. Vasilis met us and the check-in was smooth. Overall we are very happy. The only thing that missing - no tools for cleaning the floor and nobody clean the apartment during the stay.

• Nicolas KHOURY (9/5): - I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Zephyros Beach, Kato Petres Beach, and the Old Town of Rhodes. There are plenty of coffee shops, very tasty and affordable restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Daniel is a fantastic host, kind and helpful. The only minor downside, as in many places in Greece, is the open shower design which can make the bathroom a bit wet. But it’s easy to manage and didn’t affect my stay.

• Anzhelina (10/5): - Everything was perfect. I recommend staying at this lovely place. The flat is nice and modern. There is a kitchenette if you’re bored from the restaurants-with a stove and an oven. The balcony was my favourite-spacious and perfect to chill out after the beach. Our room was cleaned regularly which exceeded my expectations. We’d definitely come back! I’d have liked if there were more utensils, for example, we had to buy our own knife because the one that was in the cupboard wasn’t cutting at all but that’s a personal preference.

• GiulioSall (9/5): - L'appartamento è comodissimo, luminoso, spazioso ed arredato con gran gusto. La cucina ben attrezzata con piano cottura ad induzione, forno, macchina da caffè e bollitore. Il bagno più grande della media. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili si sono messi a disposizione per ogni necessità. Al piano terra una pizzeria e nel raggio di 50 metri un supermercato ed una banca. Comodo parcheggio di fronte casa. Insomma ottima location per una vacanza in famiglia per chi non vuole rinunciare alle comodità. L'appartamento si trova ad una decina di minuti a piedi dalle mura della città vecchia. Certamente risiedere nel cuore del centro storico può essere più suggestivo ma la comodità e la dimensione dell'appartamento ripagano di questo piccolo disagio.

• Bianca (9/5): Loved it! - We loved the position, 2 minutes driving from old town and plenty of parking lots. We had the upper floor studio which was well equipped and petferct for our stay. If you don't mind the stairs that's the one to pick. The staff, especially Maria was very polite and helpful. They asked if we needed extra cleaning or fresh towels all the time. We didn't use the ground floor pizzeria, but it is a plus. I am just writing some minor comments io order to reach perfection: The kitchen could be better furbished. Pillows were not very comfortable. A bigger drying rack and pegs would be helpful.

It was a bit off the old town, and finding a cab was only posssible via the staff’s endless callings; but this is not the problem of the apartment but the town itself.

• Anikó (10/5): Perfect stay on a beautiful island - This apartment is ideally located near the centre of Rhodes, it is about a 15-minute walk to the historic Old Town. Whether you're looking to explore the town, stroll through charming cobblestone streets, walk along the seaside, or enjoy a night out at a local taverna, everything is within walking distance. The beach isn’t too far either. This apartment is both modern and stylish, perfectly mirroring the photos online. The living space, though compact, is well-designed for two people. The layout is thoughtful, with the bedroom separated from the living area by a wall and set on a raised floor with a comfortable double bed. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. The apartment comes with a range of modern amenities that make it a comfortable and convenient choice. The air conditioning is a definite plus, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warm Greek summers. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and cutlery, although it could benefit from a bit more kitchenware. A unique feature is the pizzeria downstairs, owned by the same owner, which is open until midnight. This was perfect for our late arrival, and the staff was accommodating in preparing special meals for our daughter, who requires a specific diet. Their willingness to accommodate our daughter's dietary requirements was especially appreciated. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and a cleaning lady came regularly to ensure that the space remains pristine throughout the stay. The ability to leave our luggage in the pizzeria after check-out was an added convenience that enhanced our stay. Given its location and high level of comfort, this apartment offers excellent value for money and it’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore this beautiful island. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Rhodes. The only minor area for improvement could be the addition of more kitchenware, but this is a small issue in an otherwise outstanding experience.

You can go tgrough fortress or around, both in nice shade. Nearby there's nice supermarket. And under there is Leventis pizza place. Very nice food, and best of all staff from there were super helpful to us.

Lovely apartment with fantastic Pizza restaurant downstairs. Situated close to all amenities Terrible constant traffic noise, non stop motor bikes up and down the main road. Not really a sundowner on the balcony type of apartment.

The location was very convenient for us: within walking distance of the beaches, the farmers' market, the old town, a 5-minute walk to bus stops for Lindos, Faliraki, city center, etc. If you rent a car, there is a large parking lot near the house. On the ground floor there is a pizzeria with delicious food. The apartment has an iron and a good hairdryer. Cleaning is done every two days. The owners are very nice people who respond to all your requests., The oven did not work

Our apartment was cleaned regularly, and also towels were changed every two days. Air-conditioning in both rooms. Parking spots available in front of the building. Bed mattress was rather hard for us. Smells from the restaurant during the day.

• Ge0rgia (10/5): Very nice studio. - Nice, clean and cozy studio in a quiet area. Pizzaria downstairs has very tasty pizzas. A young lady was very helpfull and kind. She helped us with the check-in. Nice veranda. No wifi password provided. Not enough cuttlery. Oven and stove not working, but we didnt use it, so we did not report it. There is no lift.

There is a free parking right in front of the apartment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. A/C was really good. Apartment was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. And the hosts were very nice and friendly. We really liked our stay in Rhodes, which was rather short, but we will surely come back and, before any other accommodation, check if this one is free! -

They let us check in early and didn‘t charged us for it and also offered us Coffee while we waited till the apartment is ready. - The apartment was very big and clean - Powerful Air Conditioning in the living room and bed room. - Two Balkonies - TV with Netflix and Prime Video - Soundproof walls It was the first time that an Apartment looked exact like the pictures. I recommend to visit the Owner’s Pizza Restaurant which is located under the apartment. The prices were veary cheap and the food was excellent. Location could be better but with a Taxi its just 6 minutes to the city and Taxi‘s are cheap.

There was free parking in front of the place. Friendly owners. There’s a pizzaria below the apartment where you can sit and eat or order for take away. Delicious food. Affordable prices. Wifi was good, there are two tv’s in the apartment. One is a smart tv so you can watch Netflix or plug in a chrome cast. It was a lovely stay. We enjoyed it and would recommend it. We wanted to clean ourselves (wash dishes) so we bought cleaning stuff because there wasn’t any.

• Stanislau (10/5): Perfect - Everything was perfect! Its 20 mins walking from the sea and 25 mins walking from the old town. The stay is connected with Italian restaurant which is perfect for dinner after long day of exploring the town. Internet connection is quite stable, it was enough for me to work the full day without reconnecting vpn.
• Zobiya (9/5): Amazing - I stayed here with two other people and absolutely loved it and felt there was enough room. The place was lovely, clean and a great location. The owners are amazing and went above and beyond throughout our stay. The apartment is above their restaurant which has lovely food. I would definitely stay here again if I came and I would recommend people who consider as a place to stay. There are some great food places nearby and bus stop! I want to just thank the owners for being lovely and giving us a great place to stay ☺️
